Eric Ehrat is wonderful! He has a very peaceful demeanor which makes working with him extremely pleasant. Buying a car is supposed to be fun, but spending money for me is stressful regardless of what it is that I am buying! Eric and the team at Chrysler Winona made the process stress-free and actually fun for me! They were extremely patient with me as I did not decide to buy until three months after my initial test drive. I am LOVING my "new" vehicle, and I had a genuinely wonderful overall experience. I would highly recommend Eric Ehrat and Chrysler Winona to anyone who is looking for a dealership to call their "home" for whatever their need may be!
