When I purchased my vehicle from Chrysler Winona it didn t come with any of the user s manuals. Used vehicle. I get it. When I asked for a set I was directed to a web site where I could download a PDF copy. Okay, I guess, but unsatisfactory and not what I would have expected for having just forked out $19,000.

2000 miles later I went in for my first oil change. (I was assuming it was supposed to be 2000 miles because I didn t have a freaking user s manual.) Anyways, the technician who performed the oil change didn t properly reattach the splash shield and it came loose while I was on a business trip. Because of their incompetence, the shield corner was caught by the airflow and was shredded by the road. Instead of owning up to their ineptitude and replacing the shield, all they would do was bend it back into place and secure it.
