It took me weeks (maybe months!) to decide what kind of car I wanted which meant numerous test drives and questions- this process became longer once I did know which type of car I wanted (Jeep Grand Cherokee) because of all of the options available. Andy, Tony, and everyone else at Chrysler were patient during all of it and I'm grateful for their ongoing service; it's helpful to know that in the future when I have any issue I can call them.
