Chuck the service manager was the most pleasing part of my experience. From start to finish he set the right expectation and he definitely under promised and over delivered. He was very transparent about everything right from the beginning and I couldn't be happier with my entire service experience. I feel like he treats me like I'm a part of his own family and that warms my heart. I always know I am in good hands with him and the whole team. I drive almost an hour away just to service my vehicle with Chuck at Jeep 24. Dealing with someone I know I can trust gives me peace of mind and that's what Chuck does for me. I highly recommend everyone service there vehicle here no matter the make or model. They service any and all vehicles and are reliable and trustworthy. Thanks for everything Chuck!
