First I had found a car on AutoTrader that I had inquired about. Shortly after I received a nice email from one of their business developers who put me in contact with one of their sales rep Brendan Rappoport. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and treated very well. Brendan was super helpful and made the whole experience stress free. I am a first time buyer so I went in with a lot of questions and anxiety and I felt that Brendans approach was understanding, calm and non aggressive. I work in customer service so I am VERY picky when it comes to being the customer and Brendan exceeded expectations and made buying a car a really enjoyable experience. He was respectful and attentive to my needs.
I truly feel like he worked with me while keeping me in my budget and I never once felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He even helped me quote out auto insurance which was extremely helpful for first time buyers! I walked away with the car of my dreams at a price that works for me and empowered with more knowledge and confidence in my experience. I'd recommend CJDR 24 to anyone.
