I leased a new vehicle from CJDR24 recently and I must say, if not for Travis Ziegler I would have gone elsewhere. Everyone knows that considering buying/leasing a vehicle is difficult enough without having to deal with some inept "salesman" who only cares about the sale and not the person or their unique situation. Upon my first visit I specifically asked to be left alone when tire-kicking whereas I didn't want to be SOLD a vehicle, and CJDR24 respected that. When I was ready to ask questions I sought Gerry Azor and he respected me enough to inform me that he had just began working with another customer and didn't want me to have to wait. He assured me that I would be taken care of and immediately introduced me to Travis. Travis spent time getting to know me and asked questions about my needs, wants and unique requirements and even spent the time engaging in diverse intellectual conversations while I toggled between one vehicle and another and then another. At no point was it ever hinted that he was interested in SELLING me a vehicle, but more of helping me obtain what I wanted. He literally built me a virtual vehicle in his mind from listening to me and then somehow created and produced the very same vehicle from within their inventory. If Travis did not know the answer to a question he told me so and then without hesitation found someone who did know. He was tireless and professional from the first handshake all the way to present day as he frequently checks in on me pledging complete satisfaction. If not for Travis and the ones he worked alongside with at CJDR24 I would not have spent a dime or a minute longer. This is not my first purchase from this location but I was skeptical about returning to them after some time away; that was until Gerry introduced me to Travis. I appreciated the way the sales team worked with each other and the way Jake and Adam remained accessible to both Travis and myself during the process. I will continue to recommend Travis to my friends and family and I highly suggest anyone reading this review to seek out Travis and the others he works with for their next new/used purchase or lease.
