my review is 4 years in the making, my wife and i went to Jeep 24 to go look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee as we were starting a family. We go jump through all the hoops they asked of us and we tell our sales man that we just want numbers as we were just in the beginning stages of our new family car search. Sales man made it his job (which it is) to get us into a new car. This ends up being my fault for letting them talk my wife into buying from this terrible dealership. after all said and done they had convinced my wife of a fully loaded Grand for way over what we wanted to spend and refused to let us pick a color, they would not allow it. Again my fault for not being more involved. Almost 3 years into the lease they called us to buy back and get us into another Vehicle. we go in to talk and explained to them we wanted to check out the Wrangler Unlimited, as the baby is bigger and we wanted to make the switch. the exact words we got were " Oh no you could never afford it" Mind you we had leased a 50K Grand back in '15. how could we not afford a 15K less vehicle. we opted for another grand Cherokee since we thought we couldn't go see another dealer and again they told us they only had one color, while there are 30 plus cars on the lot. Well in the first 4 months into this lease we got into 3 accidents all of them caused by other drivers, 1 of which blew a red light and put the jeep into the shop for a month. That's when i decided to call Central Jeep in Raynham, simply the best move we made, we explained the situation and that we wanted to get into a Jeep Wrangler. not only did they go out of there way to help us they put us in a 2018 JLU. So my finally comment is avoid this Jeep 24 like the plague as they are only there for themselves and not the customer. Go anywhere else but strongly recommend Central 44 Raynham.
