Great little hotel/resort in a nice location in Colorado Springs. It is next to a country club with a beautiful view of a golf course and the mountains. The outdoor pool is heated and kids loved it. The fitness center is at the club and is huge.

Beautiful hotel, situated right next to Cheyenne Mountain. Plenty outdoor spaces to enjoy the view. Staff is friendly, hotel reseraunt is good, rooms were clean and well appointed. In the winter, try to stay in the main lodge. It gets cold walking to the outer lodges.

Here for a large event and very impressed with the overall quality. Staff had to valet, feed, and cater to hundreds of people without batting an eye. Will have to come back for an individual stay some day.

I live a couple of blocks away from the resort. I wish I had gotten a room here earlier. The place is very peaceful and the service is top notch. If you are looking for a local vacation, I highly suggest this place.

The staff here at the Cheyenne mountain resort have been nothing less than accommodating and kind. The place itself is beautiful and the view from the restaurant nothing short of gorgeous.

I feel in love with this place base of the phone service I received from Kathleen, the front desk agent. She was amazing! She provided exceptional service and even went above and beyond her call. Then I spoke to her manager ( trying to get a hold of Kathleen) and explained to her and she Kathy ( front desk manager) again provided service that super exceeded my expectation. Everyone we encounter was phenomenal! The resort was beautiful and so much to do... oh the food was fantastic lol.

This was so centered as lily located for me to see the sites of Colorado springs! Had some issues with norv, so they upgraded my room to the main bldg. & I had no problems after that. Great concierge named Andy. Helped me with where to go for New Years Eve. Have a great exercise facility & hot tub! Would stay here again!

Not worth the money. At 400 a night for a "SUITE" it's not worth it. The "Suite" was just a regular room with old high quality finish. So yes while the furnishings were high quality they all looked 20 years old. The room was nothing special. Amenities are also gonna cost an arm and a leg. Breakfast closes at 9 on Sunday so forget that. Nothing is included for 400 a night and when we arrived at 4p.m. there was not even someone to take our bags to the room, and no offer for such at the front counter. You can have a lot more @ other places for this price.

We stayed in the Quail Ridge Building of the resort, and it was absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing, the spa was phenomenal, and the views were perfect. I cannot say enough good things.

Food was poor, service was lacking, didn't receive crib that we asked for, "resort view" is more like "parking lot view", indoor pool was colder than outdoor pool - and neither were warm enough for swimming (which was our main reason for picking them - we have a 3 year old who loves to swim), walls are paper thin - heard every conversation in the hall way, $20 resort fee is a joke, breakfast buffet is $20 for less than average food. Would have had a better experience at a Holiday Inn Express or any other common hotel chain - which is sad. The word "Resort" in the name Cheyenne Mountain Resort is laughable. Would not go back.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Colorado Springs go to the Broadmoor Hotel. My wife and I had one of the worst experience at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The entire weekend was ruined due to uninformative staff, thin walls, broken elevators, and overall poor accommodations. Provided more in depth feedback of the conditions to management and to Dolce Resorts through their after visit surveys and was told someone would follow up with me regarding my concerns. There was never any follow up. Again, I would recommend not staying at this resort.

Nice.

Short and sweet review, not much to say! Beautiful views some nice people some rich and snooty, wildlife everywhere, great staff, great rooms. Only 1 problem... There is no microwave in the rooms???! There's a mini fridge but no microwave... How am I supposed to reheat all the amazing leftovers from our meals and relax on the balcony without a microwave!

Stay away. Old and outdated hotel. HVAC system outdated and doesn't cool room. Room service brought hot bottled water amd food is poor quality. If you're in your 60s or older, want a trip back in time, and don't care about quality this is your place. Otherwise don't waste your money and time. It was one of the only hotels with available rooms and now we know why - no one else wanted to stay here. Also bugs im rooms. Again, just stay away. Not worth the hassle. - edit, plumbing is also leaky in rooms. In addition, the bathtub wouldn't drain when showing. Just a terrible experience.

Great all inclusive family resort with conference facilities. Great breakfast buffet really stands out at the restaurant! All food here is really good to high quality however. There is also a bar with a smaller menu and finger food. My family loves staying here.

A stunning mountain and lake view directly saw from our room, it was an unforgettable memory. The resort with all the facilities where you can enjoy together with family for a short stay or longer. Very easy access to the highway and grocery stores!

Friendly staff- The valet, bartender and coffee barista were all so kind. Even Isaiah, who was sweeping the floor, was pleasant. I could tell that the Cheyenne Mountain resort must treat their staff well for everyone seemed very happy to help me. Entire staff was attentive and seemed to care about my good experience. Will definitely return.

AAA four diamond for a reason, they do everything with excellence. Tons of outdoor space, decks on top off decks with tons of relaxing outdoor seating. Plus a fire pit and heaters everywhere.

Great service from friendly staff and the food was creative and exceptionally well! However, parts of the hotel aren't very accommodating for strollers. Also, bring your own pack-n-play if you have a little one, the hotel's are uncomfortable and sub-par.

Our stay here was just fine, which normally would not elicit a review. However, I was so displeased with my check-in experience that I wanted to write something. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, and when the front desk attendant asked why were there and we told him, he responded with the excitement I would expect if someone told me they just finished a round of golf. He then went immediately into an explanation of the resort's amenities at a pace that made it clear he just wanted to get this check-in over with and didn't care if we remembered the details. While we had no other complaints about our stay, this was not the ideal start to our honeymoon.

I stayed here for DECA State Conference, and it was amazing! Fantastic views, heated Jacuzzi, huge gym with indoor and outdoor tennis courts, plus a golf course and spa. It's luxurious in a very cosy way. If you're watching the sunset, be sure to bring a jacket, and the best spot to watch it would be the top decks. Also. Bring your own toothpaste because they have everything except that

Went to the pool/lake today. There were NO pool lifeguards on duty even though it's late summer and there were at least 50 kids in the pool. It was complete mayhem. This is a change from years past. Previously, there would be three to five lifeguards rotating and taking care of the area.

While sitting at the beach, I saw the beach lifeguard attempting to use the recovery boat to aid a sail boat on the far side of the lake. The boat stalled 5 times -- it took over a minute to get there.

I asked the staff what time the lake is closed. I was told they don't know. Was told that the communication from management is non-existent. I asked about the recovery boat and was told that it had been reported to management multiple times but not repaired.

The schedules and support seem focused more on money than customer satisfaction this summer.
