Took the family for a little weekend get away . The kids loved it I loved it wife loved it clean rooms good atmosphere great customer service all around great place to stay for children and teens alike
Bathroom could use some renovation. Other than that great stay.
Nice room, great breakfast, free bike rental, friendly staff. Wish parking spaces were bigger, did have to ask for wash clothes. Lots of amenities.
This hotel is a little rough around the edges. The locks struggle to read the key cards. The wallpaper is peeling in spots. But the service was very good and I was comfortable in my room.
Location is a bit odd, but the single room was quite nice with no complaints. The complementary breakfast was also similar to all hotels operated by Hilton, meaning it was good but nothing extraordinary. I had no real discussions with the service. My only real complaint is that there aren't any room markers from the outside, so it's not obvious how to navigate to your room from the outside for the first time.
Horrible service. I paid for a 2 bed room suite in advance because I knew I would be arriving late and wanted to make sure I had the room. When checking in at 1:30 am I was told they gave the room to someone else and I would be given two separate rooms. I am traveling with my wife and 4 children under 6. So two separate rooms is not going to work and not what I payed for. Ended up sleeping on the couch in a 1 bedroom allowing the wife and 4 kids to have the beds. NEVER STAYING WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Wish I could give -5 star
Easy location off Baseline Road in Boulder. 12 minutes or less to both Pearl Street and 29th Street malls, even less to local university area. Friendly staff and comfortable suites make this an easy choice.
Crickey! Soopuh noice plyace. No Crocks in the pool eh?
We had a great stay here! Big suite with a mini kitchen, everything you would need to make some simple meals over an extended stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was a good basic hot breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend out of town guests to stay here.
My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was extremely clean and very cozy. We were on the ground floor and it was extremely quiet. We had a problem hooking up to wifi and a very nice office girl came over in less than a minute and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this place and would and will stay there again.

I've stayed here many times, but they're really off their game. The hot water is schizophrenic - you get scalded and frozen without reason or warning in the shower and sink . Worse, the internet has been down for days and the staff can't explain it and doesn't seem to care. Don't stay here if you're on business and need connectivity.
The hotel is nice comfortable even though they sell the room with a fireplace but since its with real wood who actually uses it ?? the part I did not like is its location behind a shopping strip mall and just before a highway. The rest was very nice and the free night entertainment and breakfast makes up the difference if you like these things. I was at the Boulderado on Pearl street the week before for the same rate and enjoyed my stay much more there
Good location in that it is not too far to downtown and there are restaurants and a grocery store right next to the hotel. They offer a shuttle service which is very useful on business trips if you don't want to rent a car or drive. Breakfast is awesome (I love the fresh berries) and there is a complimentary light supper with drinks on week nights. The lounge and eating area is great for socializing with a larger group. The suites have a kitchenette and TV area separated from the bedroom and bathroom by a doorway that can be closed which is nice if you have kids.
Clean , comfy room
Good free breakfast
It's a homewood, it's awesome, but this one doesn't have an ice maker in the room fridge
The hotel is very big, so it can make it difficult to get to your room and then to breakfast as those may be in separate buildings. However, the rooms and the employees are nice and accommodating.
First impression is everything. And that's what I received at check-in, courtesy. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff was wonderful, anything I needed, all I had to do was just call and I received it. I would stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton again.
Was here when i had a month long training. I had stayed in Candlewood and this is for business personel stay, the suite with kitchen. Very minimal kitchen. Comfortable bed, office desk. Amazing breakfast, Continental. They also have a evening social with wine and beer Mon thru Thursday. It's a different experience to candlewood. Great stay nevertheless. Would recommend.
VERY nice place! My mom and I stayed there for my Grandmas funeral, the place has everything you need to relax. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is a wide variety of good food at breakfast, hot and cold. And if you get the nibbles at any point they have a little shop in the lobby with snacks and frozen foods that you can heat up in your room's microwave. They also have an "office" with computers and a printer so you can print your boarding pass when you need to go home with no worries.
The room was clean, the breakfast was a good spread, and the staff helped sort out a misbooking by me.
Decently clean and reasonably priced. Room #113 was quite for our stay. No bed begs in our room for our whole 5 days 6 nights as they can be known to travel room to room. I check every place I stay at now days. They provide a breakfast that could use some attention except the breakfast enchiladas are really good. And if your not happy with the breakfast option you can always make the cereal, bagels, and they even have a belguim waffle maker they provide. Also fruit served every morning. Within 10 minutes of almost everything local in Boulder, grocery, dispensaries, etc. The fitter is the best headshop in town dont waste your time. & Helping hand, fresh-baked, & drift are the best dispensaries and avoid Native Roots IMO.
The rooms were a good size and attractive. The food was good and well presented. The lobby was large and attractive. The staff was friendly and eager to help.
Homewood Suites has a wonderful "layout", as well as a professional & friendly Staff. The Hotel Rooms are located within Apartment like Buildings A-E. Each Building had 3 Floors & a small lobby like entryway. The Hotel's parking lot surrounds the entire property, making it very easy to find "Free Hotel Parking" right outside of the Building you're staying in. The Hotel Lobby & Buildings A-E encompass a large outdoor Courtyard. The pool was closed for seasonal reasons. This Hotel Courtyard was equalivent to an upscale "furnished Patio". There are even 2 Large impressive propane Grills & a Gas Firepit available for guests to use too!! Excellent Entertainment area!! Less than a 2min walk away, there's an extremely large Strip Mall & Gas Station. The shopping complex includes a Safeway, Rite-Aid, Starbucks, Papa Murphy's, several Hair&Nail Salons, a variety of Restraunts & even a small Emergency Clinic!! Hotel offers an impressive Hot Breakfast each morning from 6:30-9:30am. In the evenings, the Lobby offers Guests a cozy "Lounge" environment. There is a large burning stove, a buffet of hot/cold appetizers & 24/7 Hot Coffee/Tea. Attached to the Main Lobby there is a small Hotel Laundromat with 2 Top Loader Washers & 2 Front Loader Dryers & tiny countertop to fold clothes. The cost to use the machines is $2 in Quarters PER Load. There is a small Hotel Convenient Store located next to Front Desk, where guests may purchase laundry products, toiletries, beverages & hot/cold snacks. I did NOT see, however, any other type of "vending machines" in our detached Hotel Room Building. The Hotel does offer complimentary Free WiFi. There is a Printer/Fax machine located inside the designated "Office Area" that is attached to the Main Lobby as well. A Free Hotel Shuttle offers pick up/drop off service to near by destinations. Tegan, their Shuttle Driver, knows his way around the area & has great conversational skills as well!!
Lots to enjoy here, EXCEPT...... Nice rooms, great housekeeping service, breakfast and happy hours. The staff are friendly. Location is good. EXCEPT- why oh why must there by stadium lights on full blast all night, extremely close to the windows?? It is NEVER dark out. I might as well live in Alaska. Its excessive. You have to close the currents and clip together, however you then you lose the fresh air! Disappointed.
Quiet, affordable, spacious, clean rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is behind mall and is a little difficult to find. Used Lyft to get around Boulder and was quick and easy. The breakfest is included and the food was adequate and staff helpful in the kitchen. They do have several bikes available to ride around area. There are some trails are within a couple miles of this place. On the negative side, the outside of the building looks like a nursing home and the views are not very good. In summary, for the price it is definitely worth it.
A great place to stay. Rooms are well equipped for a short or long stay. Breakfast is good and staff is great. Location gets an extra mark due to access to the shopping arcade.
Directions to the hotel could have been clearer, but once we got there it was great. Nice, spacious, clean rooms. Dinner and Breakfast included!
Great hotel, with great amenities. Complimentary breakfast. Complimentary drinks on Monday! The gym is a bit underwhelming, but the nearby park makes up for it!
Location : Decent , Rooms: Fantastic , Service: Suspicious, they always know when I leave and come in to clean when I do
The breakfast here was good enough, but the really notable thing is that they serve dinner as well! That will save you a few dollars. And my team was able to get a room at GSA rates.
Friendly professional staff. Rooms cleaned, great water pressure in the shower, and breakfast & evening meals were well prepared and plentiful.
Great place and location. Amazing staffs. One of the few places that would give you the feeling of home.
Front desk staff felt bothered for asking for new towels and amenities. Only guests that stay 7 days get housekeeping. Other nearby hotels are better
Very disappointed, hectic; not organized. Put us on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order the day we checked out and we had to carry our luggage down from the 3rd floor. We asked for an extra bottle of water and were refused and we had a 4 night stay. And to top it off our last day they ran out of coffee and didnt have coffee for breakfast.
Rather be in Paris than at a Hotel, oh, wait, there is a Holton there too!
Excellent service.Staff understands what is needed and provides immediately. Beds and pool are fantastic, and wait staff were on top of needs. We ll be back any time.
Nice enough hotel / management does not fix issues - oh, except they did call me up at 2:45 am to "discuss" - stay away!
The staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet and secured well.
Friendly staff, amazing rooms, great shuttle service, good breakfast, very convenient
Rooms are spacious with lots of dishes and cookware of you just want to dine in. Staff are all super friendly. Would have liked the rooms to have brighter lights but it wasn't terrible. Dinners Mon thru Thurs are pretty good. Not restaurant quality but good for free. Breakfasts aren't bad either.
Awesome place to stay. Cozy rooms, great food and situated in a quiet place
Rooms are very spacious and have everything one might need. Close to many places in town. Overall great experience.
Stayed there for 10 nights. Housekeeping did the bare minimum. It's the small details that differentiate. The air conditioner sounded like a 747 taking off
Quality Hilton. Good breakfast and their supper Monday thru Thursday.
The accommodations were amazing. Comfortable and tidy. The continental breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel
Good location, feels more like an apartment setup than a hotel. Breakfast was nice as well.
Overall I really liked this hotel. The room was great and really spacious. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary continental breakfast. Good wifi. The two negatives I had: hot water ran out very quickly and room entrance is directly to the outside, motel-style.
The rooms were dirty to the max and the bed mattress flipped of the bed the website and photos are false worst hotel ive ever been to
Clean, spacious place to stay in Boulder. Stayed here with a family for Ironman Boulder and was the best choice we could have made. Close enough to shops and activity without the noise and chaos.
If it wasn't for the company I work for. I could t afford this. Lol its pretty nice though. Could use an oven though
My wedding guests stayed here. The staff were very helpful and understanding. The suites were large and clean and nice. The amenities are top notch.
Room was nice, however the floor both on my level and the level above me squeaked so bad that when the guests above me got back it woke me up and kept me up for the next hour. The bed and pillows were mediocre but the amenities we're nice.
Very, very friendly front desk staff. Well appointed breakfast, 4 hot items daily plus waffle maker and quality condiments (salsa, cheese, hot sauce multiple coffee creamer flavors). Even a happy hour / light dinner M-R. Super easy walk to good food and groceries. Grills outside for guest use (awesome perk). Convenient shuttle [Pearl St, Google, etc], but minus a star for stopping at 5pm and no seat covers in public restrooms. Likely my first choice to stay if I am out in Boulder again. EDIT-I added a star back now that my stay is ending after getting to use the grills and host 12 colleagues made it a fantastic event. Head of house Sandra was extremely generous and helpful providing not only grill tools, but foil, serve tray, plates. The shuttle driver Tegan has been quick friendly and on point with drop offs and pickups. Night front desk man Paul was also super friendly making us feel welcome in the lobby past midnight, not that we caused any disturbance. And of course Michelle was super nice and funny when checking in and when I called down. And Lupe on Thursday morning made the crispiest, light, non greasy hotel bacon I've ever had (and it was 1 of 4 free hot items for breakfast, besides waffles and oatmeal). Seriously, wow! Top bottom this place some how has a gem of the genuinely friendliest service staff of any hotel any where. It was totally unexpected and it will be the only place I stay if I am back in Boulder. Highly recommended.
I stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed every day. The front desk is very helpful, kind and welcoming. I used Shuttle service to go around in Boulder and that's operated very professionally. In addition I loved the way each housekeeping staff made my suite everyday. The hotel also has an exceptionally maintenance staff. My stay was simply perfect and very much like home. Thank you.
Accommodations were fine, but our bed sheets had hair all over them. The sheets smelled clean, but there was noticeable human hair all over. We were too exhausted by the time we went to bed to call for an exchange. So, yes, we slept in them anyway! Argh. Our guess is that their dryer is not filtering out as it should.
My family and I had a great stay here for 3 nights. Dinner and breakfast were both included in our room rate though we only had breakfast there (very good)
Pool is lovely and clean.
Rooms are slightly cramped and beds are too soft which is why I am only giving it 4 stars.
Clean, great rooms, excellent breakfast. Staff is eager to please!
Good atmosphere, friendly staff, nice facilities. Good location with nice views.
Customer service was superb, they give free drinks mon-thurs as well as free dinner items. Comfortable lounge area and friendly staff.
I had to clean the room almost every single day but that's ok I guess. Most of the staff was accommodating to my family I mean even after the one front desk member was rude to my husband and canceled his reservation. And at one point the fire alarm went off at like 6am and the maintenance man had no sense of urgency and was quite rude to the sweet elderly lady(who had recently lost her house to a fire) when she said she smelled smoke.
I got bit by a brown recluse spider and had something stolen from me. I'm not sure if it was an employee or a guest.
But, the room was nice and I loved our room.
As a loyal Hilton customer this location was a disappointment. The rooms are dated and cramped. Pricing is not a good value. Don't recommend.
My parents always end up staying here when they come into town. I really like their options for breakfast. They always have fresh berries. Last time we went, they had beer and wine as well as pie for supper. I will always enjoy this place's homelike environment. All of the rooms feel more like appartments than they do hotel rooms. I definitely recommend this place.
The hotel was quiet, easy to find, easy access to CU Boulder. The personnel was great, breakfast was top notch. We have a king suite which was two rooms with kitchenette. Close to a stripe mall with restaurants and grocery store. Would stay there again and again!
The location is nice although it can be a bit confusing to find at first. It's only a few minutes from the Flatirons and Pearl Street. The rooms have a kitchenette and are comfortable enough, but a bit dark. Light dinners served Monday through Thursday are a nice bonus.
The format is well known for Homewood Suites. Good room layouts and the service has been great this visit. Bathrooms could use some updating.
Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Excellent. Only thing, it's a bit far from everything but it does have a reduced rate compared to other hotels in Boulder so I food it more than an equal trade off.
Spent Christmas here with the family. Perfect get-away.
