This is a very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. The staff is polite and helpful and the location is convenient.

Messed up our reservation and Debbie manager left my family without a hotel searching for 3 hrs and treated us so bad

Fantastic place to stay a few days, great lounge area, clean and followed COVID procedures well, as all Hilton properties I ve stayed in have.

Pretty solid but had constant issues with my room key.

Super friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms. Good amenities. We used the pool, that was awesome. The morning breakfast was nice, always had coffee. The evening dinners are also nice, with wine and beer available. Great place! We will definitely be coming back.

I stayed here for a week before I moved out of the city and I enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, quite, and well maintained. My kids loved playing in the pool. Also, their free breakfast was nice. The proximity to the shops and restaurants was also a plus.

The rooms are clean, up to date. The beds are comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is above average.

It was a great experience very professional knows their stuff

Nice and clean reception and room with very welcoming staff. The only thing I will point out is the lack of privacy in the bathroom...the bathroom door had no lock and when the door was closed there was a considerably large gap. Apart from this I can not fault the hotel and it s cleanliness and location it would be 5 stars if it wasn t for the lack of privacy in the bathroom.

It's a great place to stay. Everyone is friendly, from the front desk to the house keepers. They Definitely make a great influence on having a great stay. They go above and beyond to help you or get you what you need. they have the best of the best employees. The rooms are great beds are comfortable. Mini snack bar always stocked everyday. Very good breakfasts. Hot fresh coffee at the door. I mean really what more can you ask for. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you don't have a good stay, well then I think something's wrong with you. Or because I got a bunny and you didn't

Guest service was excellent. All staff were so kind and helpful. The only problem was a bad toilet in our room.

Fast and easy check in. Nice and clean rooms. And most importantly the shower and sink temperatures work!

Staff is phenomenal and the managers accommodated all of our needs. Thank you! We will be staying here anytime we are in Colorado Springs.

Some issues with housekeeping but overall a good place to stay

The cleaning of the room does not work. For two days in a row was due to training of the cleaning staff only very limited and on request, the towels changed. One day our room was completely forgotten.
On two other days someone came late at noon to my complaint.

The Homewood suites is in a great area that has access to great stores and restaurants all around. Their suites are fantastic. Loaded with everything including a stove and refrigerator it's easily a great replacement home while away from home.

Hotel was OK but BEWARE all the Hilton properties in Colorado Springs will charge you a parking fee just like the airlines nickel and dime you. The charge is understandable in a major metro downtown location but no way warranted here,BEWARE because no other hotels in Colorado Springs charges you to park

Stayed Valentine's Day weekend because there were very few other rooms anywhere in Colorado. Got one of the suite rooms. Bed was not very comfortable nor were the sheets nice. TV was adequate. Big refrigerator and plenty of dishes. Temperature of the room was good once we set it.

Neighborhood is fine right by I-25 and Focus on the Family. Lots of good stores across the street at the promenade shops.

Breakfast was not extremely great. Very much the same each day mostly. Eggs, oatmeal, cereal, oranges, bananas, waffles, sausages, juice.

Toilet had a problem, but the maintenance person fixed it right away. Thank you.

Housekeeping: please take the dishes out of the dishwasher and put them into the cabinets before a customer arrives. I did not know so many dishes were actually in our room.

Great rooms and amenities. What else could you ask for? Loved the smartphone app; being able to unlock the door with my phone was more fun than it was convenient, but that's worth something.

Overall a good place to stay at. The hotel could use some updates and just overall better attention to detail. Our room was not restocked with paper supplies. Breakfast is ok for the level of the hotel. Rear elevators were out of service.

Nice, clean large suites with large RCA LCD TV's. Beautiful location close to shopping and upscale restaurants.

Getting to the hotel was a little tricky due to constuction happening. The hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious. Halls to and from ekevator wete tricky to navigate. It felt like I was in a labrynth.

Room was great and snacks were much appreciated; however, my car window was smashed and broken into and duffle bag was stolen - - the parking lot has NO video surveillance to deter crimes like this and management gave no assurance the lack of parking lot video surveillance will be corrected. :-(

Always love staying at a Homewood. They held an Easter Egg hunt for us this time. Always a lovely staff and prompt service. Breakfast is always hot and ready on time. If there is a Homewood, we pick it.

This is my go to hotel for any stay in Colorado Springs. I have never had a negative experience with anyone and are always helpful. Always earning that bottle of glitter.

Clean rooms and spacious suite. Friendly staff. Within 10 minutes from a variety of choices for shopping and eating. Short walk across the street to from a few shops and restaurants, too.

The location is perfect for what w needed up in North Colorado Springs. The rooms were very nice and clean. We were able to get a mobility accessible room very easily.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and they have an social hour on weekdays with snacks and drinks!

Amenities are good and location in city is great. Rooms are not vacuum with each room service cleaning

Had to spend 1 month here for work and the staff took very good care of the team! The 5pm wine and dinner is awesome.

Stayed here for 8 days, loved the apartment-like feel. You can see the mountains from the room which is great. Walking distance to a nice mall as well. There is a small kitchen with a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove top in the room, and a separate living space from the bedroom. Everything in the room was brand new, the fridge still had plastic on the shelves! Also 2 brand new big flat screens that were actually installed during our stay. The free breakfast is great and the evening social is great for a free light dinner. The staff has been nice as well. There is a small outdoor pool, and a patio with nice grills and seating. No complaints other than sometimes the room wasn't cleaned until around 5 most days but that wasn't really an issue. We will be staying here again in the future.

Breakfast was great, always replenished...They had something for everyone! The suite was amazing, whole kitchenette with silverware, pans & dishes, dishwasher as well! We were on our first anniversary mini-vacation and they had a little gift for us in the room. Great customer service!

This was a great hotel. Very clean, room was amazing and staff was great. The hotel located across from quaint outdoor shopping center.

Amenities were wonderful and plentiful even with it being Thanksgiving. My only complaint is that I was charged $4.00 and when I called to find out why it was because my son and I drank the two DeSanti waters that were sitting on the counter next to the complimentary tea and coffee. I thought that was quite deceitful on their part but I didn't have the energy to fight it as I am sure they count on most people not to which is why I simply won't remember to book again.

Folks always stay at this hotel when they visit. It's become a regular place for us to visit. The service is always good, and price is on par with other hotels in the area. It's worth it to note that this hotel is on the nice side of town, and very close to the shops at Briargate, so you can easily go across the street for shopping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a television in both living and bedrooms. They even served free breakfast 7 days a week, dinner severed four days out of the week. Will I ever choose to stay in the future? I would have to say yes.

Very helpful and friendly service and pretty decent rooms. One of the few locations where the A/C will maintain the desired temp through the night. The missing star is because the common areas have a bit of a dumpy or unkept feel.

The hotel has updated its facility since we last stayed in 2007. The rooms are spacious, clean, bright and accessible. The elevator is a bit slow, and the breakfast selection was limited, but the rooms were quiet and we slept very well.

The rooms are spacious. The staff is super friendly. The place feels clean. Wifi works well though capped at 5mbs. Overall gboard we are staying here.

Make sure you check everything when you get to your room they tried to say I was smoking in the room and not had a cigarette ever. The lady was yelling at me showing me burns from so long ago and was rude. Check the windows for old cigarettes in the cracks the cigarettes were so old but good thing I took a video of it all... Also I cleared off the bedding and put all the blankets and sheets in a bag to be helpful and she dug the quilt out of the bag and put it back on the bed for the next family coming.. That my friends just made me want to shower asap..

One functional washing machine for an extended stay hotel for over two weeks now? Both times now I've needed to wash clothes I've had to wait hours, walking back and forth across the hotel multiple times to keep checking on the one washing machine for availability. Tonight there was a couple people ahead of me waiting for it, which means I likely won't get my stuff washed today. The staff is offering to let us use the washing machine at a hotel next door... so I sit over there for hours (or leave my clothes unattended in a completely different building)? They can't even give an estimate on when the situation is going to be fixed. Completely unsatisfactory. That aside - the front desk staff has always been polite and friendly, but they also seem understaffed. Most times I've gone up front for something, I've had to wait quite a while as the only person working the desk also seems to double for running errands all over the hotel, so they're often away. EDIT - also, they only offer cleaning services once a week... which is fine, I assume that's a COVID-related thing? But they only provide miniature trash cans that easily fill up after a couple days, and no spare bags unless you ask the front desk or track down one of the cleaning ladies when they are available. If you're only going to clean once a week, provide larger trash cans (or stock the rooms with bags so we can do it ourselves without constantly having to ask).

Great staff, location, snacks (i was convinced there was a professional chef), coffee 24/7!!!, stocked kitchens, pool, bbq, 3 golf holes, you can borrow golf clubs dvds and players. We are spending 52 days there & its better than we had hoped for.

Surrounding grounds not well kept (lots of trash), less than the basic in the kitchen making it quite impossible to cook... The staff is very friendly and very helpful though!

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. However I have had to get room keys re-made FIVE separate times and I have only been here for one week. Very disappointed and frustrating to not be able to get into your room after a long day. I understand that they are awaiting a new system but it is simply unacceptable to have your paying customers unable to access their room day after day.

I also asked to speak to a manager and was not allowed to which I found very strange.

Update- I was moved to an entirely different room at 9pm after persistent lock issues. The very next day, however, my "new" room key also began to have issues and I again had to ask for another key to be re-made. The new room I was put in also had a clogged toilet and a shower without running water. 0/10 unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay. The room we requested had a kitchenette and it was great. We really enjoyed the double doors that separated the LR from the BR as it allowed my wife to sleep-in while I was watching TV or online. The hot bfast bar was awesome. We never made it to the complimentary dinner from 5-7 but I'm sure it was good too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean room, king bed, and kitchenette.

Great hotel with very nice sites. Staff we're very friendly. Breakfast was great every day. All the shopping and restaurants at the Shoes next door are great to have within easy walking distance. Right accord the street from the incredible Focus on the Family visitors center, bookstore, restaurant, and Whit's End world.

2 room suite so bedroom separate from kitchen and living room. Breakfast included everyday. Light dinner/ social hour Monday through Thursday. Laundry room. Nice staff.

Rooms were nice. They were doing construction so it was a little inconvenient but the staff more than made up for it
