Stay here for a week while I was in town and I was really impressed. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. I have a hard time finding a motel that has a comfortable bed but I found one here. The staff was really helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff took time to make sure your room was clean. Next time I need a hotel I will be staying here again.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff is friendly, but the rooms need some serious updating. We rented a nicer suite for my birthday after party, and the room, decor, and overall feel was a not updated, dingy 1970s vibe that was sincerely disappointing for the price point and what I expected from a major hotel chain. The location was pretty unbeatable, but that was really the only redeeming quality.

The hotel itself is in a great location. Walking distance to shops and dining. It definitely has a neat historic feel to it. That being said... the parking situation is kind of a pain. Having to get your parking ticket validated constantly was annoying. The room was very outdated and in need of a facelift. The AC worked great and beds were very comfortable. The shower drained slowly so we were always standing in a few inches of water. Staff was courteous and accommodating. If the rooms were a bit more updated I think the price would be spot on. Over all, not bad.

I am so disappointed with my stay at the Wyndham that I checked out a day early.

The AC was so loud and kept making random humming/clicking noises throughout the night. Opened the window and there was no screen and there was a flagpole and there was a metal/clinking noise. I slept one hour!

I had to call the front desk three times to get the WiFi password because they kept giving me the wrong one. It was not easy to get the WiFi and didn t work very well.

No continental breakfast was offered and when we arrived for breakfast we were told that the restaurant was closing at 10:30a instead of 11a like it said in our room. The server asked if we ve dined there before and when I said we were staying in the hotel and just arrived his response was, that s not what I asked . He then tried to convince us that the buffet was a better option because the kitchen is closing.

Parking was an additional fee which was not stated during booking.

Overall spending $480 for two nights at this hotel was not worth it all.

When I spoke to the front desk they said because I booked through a third party there was nothing they could do to compensate me. It's amazing how they wont take responsibility for their service/product and pushed it off onto a company that they hired!

Talk about hidden fees! $250 extra for incidentals and $18 every 8 hours for parking and NO BREAKFAST. Over $1200 and the suit we checked into the first time had a huge hole behind the shower head and the window latch was broken allowing cold air in, the door to the bathroom, hits the toilet, the rails in the elevator are broken. They finally switched us to a different room but only after we provided pictures to PROVE it! No manager until morning. When we finally did speak with the manager, she had a horrible attitude, she basically told us if we were unhappy we could take our money elsewhere but the best they could do is comp parking. We got a suit specifically to have a balcony, no such luck, they only have 4 rooms with balconies which they refused to switch us too! Avoid this place like the plague, waste of money! Go to the double tree, at least you get cookies!

You'd do better to go to hotel ellegante ... better prices and far better amenities if you want top grade check into the Broadmoor hotel. One of the states finest luxury hotels. Boasting many many stars who have stayed there. It's a genuine Colorado historical landmark. Includes golf course.

Sadly disappointed overall. Rm. #1219. Numerous room maintenance items. Wifi never worked ,tv remote was sporadic, toilet was so low, felt like your sitting on the floor to do your bizz. Toilet tank had an internal leak that was annoyingly loud. No microwave oven in the room,if you ask for one they will bring one.Furnishings outdated ,scratched, windows were dirty. Plus side, west side room view was awesome, king sized bed, linens were great .

Executive Suite.... You pay for the view, not for the room. The room is a 2 star hotel room. The lobby area with the pianist and the Christmas decor was a excellent though. Windows seeped in cold air in the Executive Suite, especially the livingroom. Not enough blankets, pillows, or beds for the pull out bed in livingroom. No breakfast.
I would probably not stay here again.

We stayed here while attending my niece's wedding and all of its accompanying events. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. We did have to have the bathroom sink unstopped, but the staff member arrived within 2 minutes of our call and solved the problem in short order. I didn't like having to pay $17/night for parking AND having to have parking validated at the front desk EVERY time the vehicle left the parking garage, but what are ya gonna do? I loved the history of the hotel and would consider staying again for sure.

Worst example of hospitality. Shower only with enough space to bathe a small child, air don't cool below 60 and don't cool enough. The room looks dirty. I have staid in hundreds of hotels. This is 0/5.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Staff is courteous and willing to help with all your needs. The only annoyance we encountered was the TV turning on and off when the heater would kick on. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay

First impression when you enter the lobby: Wow!! What an awesome place!

Second impression when you enter the room: motel quality. Definitely needs to be refurbished. Space and equipment (only one chair) was not enough for a two queen bed room. We were 4.

Beds are comfy, view (mountain view room) is great. Towels are good. Water was very hot (good).

Floor was never cleaned, also the bathtub. Not all toiletries weren't refilled although almost empty.

NoGo: we came back to our room around noon and the room wasn't cleaned yet, but the roomservice had already taken the tip we had left on desk. I talked to the manager and she was just 'so so sorry'. That's all. I consider this as theft, minor, but still it's not okay to take the tip without having provided any service. Until then the money is my personal property.

The restaurant: sides were forgotten, too expensive.

I was there for a convention and The Antlers was a perfect place to have it. The event rooms were large and easy to navigate, and there were bathrooms around every corner. The staff was very friendly and professional. Would recommend for an event/reception/conference.

BEWARE OF THE SO CALLED 4 STAR HOTEL!!! Would give no stars if I could. I am currently staying at this hotel as I type this for two night unfortunately. First walk into room and there is hair on bed and hanging from the lamp on the desk. That I could get over but then went down to the hotel bar to have a drink and I ordered a drink and drank half of it. After I drank half I noticed there were gnats in it, at least ten and this is including the ones I already DRANK! So I have been drinking gnats this whole time. I was refunded only my drink and not the others. They didn t find the source for the gnats and that concerned me even more. We left immediately do go have dinner and drinks else where. If I didn t already pay for two night we would of got up and stayed somewhere else.

Very nice hotel. It was clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Can't think of anything negative to say about my stay at this hotel. You do pay a bit more but like they say you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth the money.
