Hotel is huge, around large central conference areas. Staff was nice, but the room was a little date and the floor creaked to high heaven! I was in the first floor and I heard every time the people above me walked around. It wasn't just the room, the floors creaked when you walked in the hallway as well. Breakfast was nice and they serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

There's an extra charge if you want a microwave & mini fridge. Air flow at night in room is virtually non-existent. I had to sleep with my window open while there was a blizzard outside just to cool the room down. "Business office" is only a couple computers that work infrequently with a printer. I wouldn't stay here again.

I love the location as its nearby the bank, target, Baskin Robbins and various restaurants and stores in case I need to grab something. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. Of course the best are the warm cookies.

Nice older motel.put us in room in back. I have a bad knee and we are literally 1/8 of a mile from the lobby. My husband drives me around to the back so I don't have to walk so far. Weird shower. Couldn't get it to work. Told to pull hard. Terrible pillows! My husband is an Honnors member so there is 2 hours of free spirits in the evening and snacks which is nice. No view of Mountains. FREE breakfast is a plus.

Amazing rooms, and amazing service. Never tried the restaurant or the bar so can t review that, but this hotel is amazing with amazing people. Not a thing wrong with it, and when the ice machine was beeping on my floor and we called the front desk, they took care of it within 10 minutes. Will definitely be back when we re in the area!

We held our wedding here and everything went perfect! Stephanie Maloney, our contact, was over the top helpful, agreeing to wait till the last minute to have the rain clear up so we could hold the ceremony outdoors. The peppercorn steak was perfectly cooked and tasted heavenly. The bridal suite was clean and lovely and the bed enabled my new husband and I to get our best sleep we had had all week! I highly recommend them!

Easy access from I-25. Close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and other area attractions. Newly remodeled entrance with welcoming bar area. Being in a wheelchair our ADA room was right down the main hall. Great pool (warm) & hot-tub with a chair lift for accessibility. Workout area across from pool.
The down side is the beds weren't as soft as I would have preferred. The pillows were nice and fluffy until you would lay your head down, it would be swallowed into the pillow. Making feel like your head was on the mattress. No support. The vanity mirror was too high for me to see myself while sitting. They did have a magnifying mirror that could be plugged in for extra lighting to use. Nothing I could have used without the help to slide it forward and plugged in. Not a lot of vanity space for personal items. Plenty of room in the bathroom to move around, a seat in the walk in shower. (Looked like a metal coffee table) 2 shower heads. 1 adjustable. Again I would need help to move it down. Towels on a closet type of shelf and not easily accessible. No towel hooks to hang used towels on. Bathroom door is a pocket door. No handle to pull it closed. Too thick for my hands to grab a hold of and to heavy to close. The door had recently been patched with putty that had never dried. My husband kept getting it on his hands closing the door for me. Needing ADA type of facilities I understand there are things that just don't work well, but I would hope places would actually try a challenge and see how it works for those of us that need things tweaked a bit. Maybe see how easy it is to use while being stationary in a wheelchair. Just and idea.
I would like to believe the rest of the rooms were a nice. All in all not a bad place to stay.

There was some great things and not so great things about this doubletree. Front desk was great belinda manager perfect. On the other hand the food in the resturant in the morning was discusting dirty dishes in buffet line. Dinner was really good. Rooms were clean and nice.

At the event, they were quck to take the food and drinks away when me and my sister were still sitting at the table or when we left to come back. They didn't ask with everything if we were done or not.

Wear a mask if purchasing anything in person. Otherwise, maintain personal hygiene considerations throughout public areas. Very impressive hotel for this area. Great rooms. Clean, very large space throughout. The pool is a bit cold. The gym alone is far better than most other established hotels.

There is a 14 year classically trained Cellist as one of the cashiers, she should be playing music in the main lobby whenever possible. People need music. It is therapeutic.

I truly appreciated our night here. It is so CLEAN. I also loved how soundproof the walls were, we didn't hear doors closing constantly which is a plus. Other than the water pressure going down and having to take a struggle shower we will definitely be back!

I went to go check in Saturday evening and the lady that was working the front desk ran my debit card for 181 dollars and kept running my card and told me it was declined I looked at my mobile app for my bank and they took out my money. It's now Thursday and still haven't returned my money. I feel they are racists because I'm Hispanic. None seems like they want to return my money.

I did not stay in the rooms. I was there for a military ball. So I am reviewing in regards to staff and the lobby/ball room area.
The lobby was gorgeous; open space with friendly staff welcoming, beautiful clean bar and luxurious lighting. The ball room was very large and accommodating with a modern look.
Now the downfall was the unhappy staff past the front desk. Everyone seemed uninterested or too busy to answer one of my questions. I also had my purse checked multiple times because they thought I had brought outside alcohol! I was alittle shocked at the lack of hospitality in the field of customer service.

Nice hotel currently undergoing renovations. The hotel is huge and due to the renovations you will have to walk a long way to get to your room from the front desk because there's only one usable elevator to access the floors. The room itself was spacious, newly updated, and clean. There was a fridge and microwave in my room, but from my understanding not all rooms have it and it's the luck of the draw. The gym was bigger than most hotel gyms. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was great.

I have really enjoyed my time at this hotel. We spent over a week here and the staff has really been the best. They really take care of us and know us by name. If you're looking for a great hotel with nice rooms and great amenities look no further. This is the place to be in a great location. From my room I see mountains that's great to wake up to in the morning. Take a swim in the evening at the indoor pool and have dinner at the hotel. Everything you need is under one roof.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference. The staff were warm and courteous. The bed was ultra comfy and we even had a balcony. We had room service for breakfast and it was hot and tasty. We'll be staying here again!

I love the free welcome cookie. Staff is helpful and kind. The rooms are beautiful as are the event rooms. This is also a great place to stop in and grab lunch or dinner. Another fav , at least for my kids, is a walk around the pond watching the ducks.

This hotel is undergoing renovations. It's inconvenient. I had to relocate rooms because my bathtub spout went flying. Literally. I posted pictures.

The hotel staff is friendly but incompetent. I called downstairs for the issue and she wanted to send up maintenance. I was only staying overnight for 11 hour, I don't want that. I wanted a different room. No apologies, nothing for service recovery. Pitiful.

In the morning, after walking what seemed like forever with the terrible carpets, I get to the front desk and ask for change. They didn't have any and referred me to the restaurant which they stated was a 5 minute walk. Are you kidding me? No.

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton Brand.

Management put a sign up last year refusing service to military personnel and their guests. They will claim it is an isolated issue issue but what does that say about the culture of the company that 2 high level managers would even think it was okay to put a sign up like that.

So many places to spend your money, I would choose an alternate venue.

Newly remodeled flagship Hilton property. The bar here is better than any of the local bars in walking distance and the menu is great as well. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help make your stay special. Very cool place for long stays. This is my only choice when I am in Colorado for business.

Very nice, big rooms, clean. A hotel that feels like it fits its higher end brand. Plenty of free parking. Easy access to highway. Not too far from area attractions but some hotels are closer. Wish it had complimentary breakfast, but oh well. Mini fridge and microwave in room.
