We loved our day at chessington despite not much being open. The rain did pour and so we were told we would be able to use our tickets again which is really good so will definitely be doing that soon

I took my husband and sisters here, they all loved it! The hotel rooms were spacious and the view for dinner is incredible! The rides are family saftey (don t recommend if you need more adrenaline) but wonderful for kids!
Only reason I gave 4/5 is because the staff aren t really that nice (only at the check-in area. My keys kept having problems each time (it was really irritating) and the staff weren t at all happy to help.
But the restaurant staff were nicer.

We went mainly for the zoo/animals, unfortunately we saw very few. Whole place is
a shambles, no mask wearing, people smoking anywhere. Whole place appears to be manned by teenagers so no order anywhere, certainly no social distancing. Signage is terrible, doubt we would go again!

Good place, but far far far to many people there is no way to social distance, 70 minute wait times to rides that says it all really just far to many people it doesn't look like they are taking covid 19 and social distance too seriously to be honest, looks like they just want to get in as many as possible, they said limited numbers so book early, that was obviously pie in the sky,

A great place to take the kids, with probably the most variety in a UK theme park in addition to all the rides it includes a zoo, aquarium, outdoor theatre, a safari park ride, and a haunted house. The hotels are also good, with themed rooms, and nice restaurants.

We were glamping over 2 days, obviously the Sunday was busier but the Monday was dead. On both days staff weren't overly helpful and couldn't answer many of the questions we had.

On the Monday which was quite, quite a number of the rides were closed, with no explanation however they were quite happy to take our money. Unfortunately the park is not what it once was, I've been coming here since I was little, now I have my little girl I don't think I'll be rushing back.

Good day, although park is starting to show signs of age , the last time I went was 20yrs ago and think a few things could do with updating, hotel very nice , restaurant great , nice service , caters for allergen customer well

Decent place to visit if you have children under the age of 12. Over priced unless you have the buy one get one free vouchers. We visited on a bank holiday and as you would expect the ques were long but still managed to do and see alot. Overall worth a visit.

First time I have been here. It is a good day out with fun rides (Dragon is by far the best) and the best way to describe it is that it is a cheaper version of Alton towers. The site feels tired and dated and is in desperate need of a More

Fastpast tickets not worth the extra expense... Zufari bus ride very disappointing...

This is strictly a hotel for smaller children as everything is catered to them. Be sure to make reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner if eating at the hotel. Be sure to also make reservations for swimming as well. This hotel is not for relaxing and children over 11.

The staff was a bit overwhelmed upon our arrival. It took us about 15-20 minutes at check in. The first night the wait staff in main dining area was all over the place as small children were running around through the tight space. We had to order and take our food to our rooms due to no available room service and dining area pack to max. After carrying large tray to room, our food wasn't good and desserts melted. Ugh!!

The breakfast area in Aztec area (Temple) had a jungle theme and is much larger than Safari area. Breakfast was decent. Dinner at both areas was not good, not worth the prices. Eat before returning for the evening.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station but check schedule as trains are iffy on weekends. It took us roughly about 2 hours to get to the city via train due to all the stops and transfers, longer via bus. Oyster card was great as you can use train, tram or bus to get around.

This stay was not pleasant, worth my money and worth the long distance traveling to get to and from.

Fantastic two days. Only one quibble, not enough non fizzy drink refills. Not every child likes fizzy drinks or adults. Only found one refill station that had oasis or water. Other than that everything was great.

Wow wow wow!! This is a fantastic theme park for all the family, very well laid out, the themes are well though out and even filter to food and shops! Clean and family friendly with plenty of seating to be able to watch too. Great prices, especially with the photos!!

First whole day starting and managed 2 junior rides before one hour plus queues, ridiculous!! Shall not be returning, customers service manageress atitude at hotel lodge sucks, trying to palm me off with a one time ride after me returning to lodge wasting even more of my time, a day family fast track pass would of been fine, and i would feel in more capable hands and not the money grambing scroungers, the resort is now to me.

Quees so big that it makes you impossible to try all the rides. Its also not possible to buy fast track but people that bought it earlier were using it. The quee goes really slow bc of amount of people with fast track. 6h in that place and was able to take only 4 rides. Not really worth the money :/
For plus I would say that the area looks really nice and clean. All the rides has their own theme and it really makes the place uniqe.

A great day out but be prepared for a day of queuing unless you shell out for the priority access pass. Considering how much money they must make, the roads into the parking field and to the pedestrian entrance could be better - they're not exactly car, or pushchair/ wheelchair friendly.

Another good day here. Ride queues were not as long as expected in the summer holidays. They have built a beach on one of the grass areas so relaxed there for a bit.
Only slight issue was paying for stuff, most places were card only, as we knew this beforehand we took very little cash. But there were a lot of cash only places as well. Needs some consistency either take both or just one.

very expensive for a visit, no real difference between adult and child prices, and make you pay for parking. if you dont pay more and get fast track you are spending most of the day cuing..but its someones cash cow and people are gunna pay it..for me way to expensive!!!

Good park for our kids aged 5 and 8

Probably not suited for much older than that but was very good for them. Would have out 5 stars but had one very rude member of staff who gave us some attitude. Reported to the correct people and hopefully it will be sorted soon.

The rides were outstanding, with a little something for everyone in the family. However, I recommend you bring your own food as it's very overpriced. Staff were not particularly interested in what they were doing, could have been a little nicer.

Just wow!

Just wow!
Arrived early and there was just too many people, myself and my family went on only 6 rides the whole day! to pay a large sum of money for 6 rides is atrocious. we won't be coming back. Also who goes on the tomb blaster, its the worst ride ive ever been on, the kids didnt even enjoy it, to wait a hour or more for it and get on that ride to find my mum didnt even have a gun! sort it out.

This place is so run down and tatty now it needs some maintenance done and a few licks of paint. Teenagers running the place with little to know interest. The managers of Chesington could really going to going to Orlando and seeing how it should be done .

Had a good day but i had hardly any help/advice about wheelchair access to the rides.. also had some rude ride attendants looking down their noses or saying rude comments.. some of the staff also had no idea what do to help a disabled guest which is appalling, there was also literally nothing for my toddler to do and chessington will be getting a huge complaint from myself and the people i was with also

Who doesnt like a theme park? Easy to navigate and get around the whole park. Rides are amazing. Little bit disappointing that we got stuck on the Vampire for about 25 minutes and only went round once. Would have been nice to be given a second go around but good none the less. I'd recommend buying the food and drink extra tickets otherwise expect some big prices.

Fun day out but the food is expensive and we went for 2 days 1st day was ok as we took Pickwick 2nd day food was plain and expensive. Would go again for sure had a good weekend with the children

Money money money. Big disappointment to find every single grabber machine is rigged :( would it really hurt your finances to let the odd child win a cheap stuffed toy after spending so much in the park? Such a shame. Also way overpriced, foods very poor quality at top prices, gift shops a rip off,not only do you have to queue for an hour to get out the car park you even get stung for parking on the way out!! And by the way prepare to have your cars suspension ruined by the unfit roads to and from the car park I understand it's green belt land but what's stopping you filling in the CRATERS with some soil or gravel???

We went on friday 21st place was absolutely heaving with people queuing everywhere had two small children with us that were unable to go on any rides and although they were looking forward to seeing lots of animals a huge number of cages were empty all in all a complete waste of time and money

Would have thought that numbers would have been limited in the pandemic but apparently not. Social distancing isn't a thing here either. Some of the rides are ok for little ones if you're willing to wait 60-90 minutes. I won't be going again
