Good place for people of all ages, the rides are a little bit old but nothing beats Ramses revenge. If your an annual pass holder then it's brilliant, for others it's a bit expensive however if you get there early then it is money well spent. I would recommend this place to anyone

We had our daughter's 4th birthday there over the weekend, stayed at the hotel. I was very nervous after reading some negative reviews. We didn't experience very long queues to enter the park and waiting times varied between 10mins to 25mins for the rides we could go on (my girl is just under 1meter tall) , we benefited from the hotel entrance and early access on the Sunday. Reviews said food is expensive, which I'd agree with so we took our picnic bag.

I was happy with our family room, we had a lovely view, my girl enjoyed the pool and we were happy with the buffet style dinner after a full on day.

Overall, a really fun weekend. I only take a star off as it could do with better signage and I feel they need staff more staff to manage the queues a little better to keep social distancing in place. Food is expensive but I do expect that these days.

Thank you Chessington for fantastic weekend for our girl.

Awesome time at Chessington world of Adventure, something for everyone from the youngest to the oldest. Well organised, clean, easy access to everything. Hotel left a little to be desired on the communication front, but clean, relaxed and friendly enough.

The discovery room in the Azteca hotel was great for the kids. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the park was fun. Only slight downside was the safari restaurant. It seemed half full but we had to wait 45 minutes between our starter and main course. Seeing as we have 2 young children it wasn't the most relaxing of meals.

Rides timings were very short. I been there before and I feel like it could be much better when I paying this high money. May be I choose bank holiday weekend and they want to shorten ride times. Too long for wait and tooo little you get. App is fine but a lot opportunities for improvement. Wifi didn't work. Staffs are good.

Great day out for the kids we go a few tunes a year. The only reason I given this 3 stars is because the staff around the animals have been rude when talking to you about the animals and short with the children when trying to stroke them.

We visited Chessington with a 3 y/o and a 1 y/o and there are lots of things to do and lots of fun to be had. It was however extremely busy and whilst I agree disabled guest deserve the chance to experience the rides the queue times where at least 30-40 minutes most notably as the disabled guests took priority and 50% of every ride seat was given to disabled riders - irrelevant of queue length. Effectively disabled riders go straight on the rides, the rest of the guests with children have to queue - this could surely be tweaked a little more as the experience is greatly skewed. It makes sense that guests with disabilities get priority, but so much priority makes a huge difference to the children without them, I believe they could balance this better for the happiness of all guests.

Kids had a great time, queues were acceptable and the park is reasonably clean. Many of the smaller games still require coins though. Safari hotel also quite good but impossible to get a table to eat if you don't book!

Took the whole family , 8 adults & 4 children ,for a weekend overnight stay. Everywhere was clean and well maintained . The resurants were very good and staff exceptional. Everything was well laid out and functional with a high quality of maintenance. Concidering we went in September end of season I expected a little scruffness but everywhere looked tip top. All the staff were helpful and very keen to assist even offering help before being asked ! Rooms were clean ,tidy and decorated in themes to keep the excitement going. When I booked the telephone sales were spot on and gave first class advise and service. One of the best weekends we have even had and we wiil be going back next year. I highly recommend Chessington World of Adventures.

Really fun rides and attractions. The queues can be long but they are worth it if you really like roller coasters. I recommend Dragon's Fury because it has lots of twists and turns and drops. You can even see tigers here.

Avoid Chessington if you want to have fun
Went for the winter tail and to be honest it was a load of......
The staff are not helpfull manager just wants to go home.
You have to book to use the swimming pools (never any time slots)
Breakfast you have to book otherwise no breakfast
Overall my kids were disappointed and after raising my concerns have not heard from CEO nigel who cannot get off his high horse and have the time to reply to the email I sent.
Avoid unless you want to ruin your weekend and have upset kids.

Visited on a busy Saturday just before the summer holidays and it seemed quite disorganised and not like their usual efficient selves. Had to queue to get in as we were collecting our Merlin passes and the girl at the booth didn't know how to issue our day tickets to get in, took five minutes for her to wander off and ask someone who did.
Was also disappointed to be told the hotel buffet wasn't going to be open as it wasn't "peak time" - given it was a sunny July day I can't imagine much more peak personally.

The staff is extremely rude on dragons fury they were shouting at me and my friend and said "GET OUT!" just because we put our bags on the side and not in the rack, also there was a member of staff standing next to us who took everyone else's bags except ours and he saw we still had our bags on the ride and that we were trying to put them in the rack and he just stood there and didn't do anything to help , very rude staff

We stayed at the safari hotel with a 3 year old. Room was pleasant but wish we had chosen a view of the park.
James saved the day (19th September 2019). Our son threw up everywhere at 2 in the morning and he came up and cleaned the whole room was polite and not put out.
What could have been a nightmare was saved by James' excellent customer service.
The only let down was the splash park which had to be booked and when we turned up in the morning we were told the splash part of the park was closed.
The park is great for the kids.

I absolutely disliked this place due to the rides being dangerous and overly long waiting hours in the queue. Your whole time is wasted just lining up for hours to get on a 1min ride. It is ridiculous and a waste of money. The pirate boat ride is so unsafe for children make sure you hold onto your child because their life depends on it.

Was very buy and the personal didn t give me a map and then I have to figured out where is exactly each ride, on some of the rids the children under 140 cm can not go and I been waiting 45 min for a rude lady to tell me that the all day I walk from ride to ride and been in 5 of them all day

Just Chicken is a nightmare: refused to serve Onion Rings as a side, despite it being listed as such on the menu, and none of the non-fizzy drinks go in the fridge. As a brand it's embarrassing, especially as it's new this year and in the brochure as a selling point.

The rest of the park is great but I would suggest Chessington get Just Chicken sorted out or get rid of it for a company that actually wants to serve its customers.

I went there summer 2019 was nice. Probably my 12th visit in 25 years. Hadn t been for a good five years. They need to update everything is still old and bumpers cars lots out of order, Boat ride out of order and many others. Shame this place was in my opinion the No1 park to go its trailing to Paultons for sure.

Really poor. Really disappointed. Been to lots of theme parks as i love them. This is probably the worst ever. So many things wrong there are too many to list, but mainly... poor signage, machines out of order, long queues, and appalling car park exit system. I will never go back. Waste of a day. Other theme parks are far better. This place has really poor/week/non existent management.

Spent a couple of days at the park and hotel. The park and hotel have done a great job at supplying sanitisers, two meter markings and reminding people to social distance. Unfortunately half of the visitors were not wearing masks in areas required and were not social distancing. This wasn't always a concern but on occasions did worry my wife.

Visited as family of 5. Plenty of things to do for all ages despite the changeable weather. Queues were long for the most popular rides, but the displays notifying you of queue times were pretty accurate. One disappointment was Rameses Revenge continually breaking down; did get courtesy Fast Pass as a result however.

I liked the zoo at chessington though It's not a massive one. My little one loved it while doing other adventures at the theme park. I also took a small safari in the Africa by truck which was amazing for its commentary and sound effects. I was disappointed to see the tiger was sleeping at that time but it was a great day out for us.

Overcrowded park! Social distancing out the window! Wait times up to 120 mins but wouldn't open fast track because park wasn't busy enough?? Rides not sanatized between every ride, had to share a cart with another family! Will definitely not be going back, did not feel safe from the virus!

Love it here, went to longleat the month before here and got closer to the animals here at chessington. Went during school trip end of term week. I see a lot of bullying going on while teachers stood on their phones on social media! Be careful about sending little one's on school trips!

Took kids to see Santa. Honestly, it was a shambles. The actual grotto wasn't bad but it was so disorganised. Promised mulled wine, didn't happen. Nobody knew where to use our hot drinks voucher, the cookie decoration tent was just poor. The staff tried their best and were very friendly but at the end of day, I won't be doing that again.

Great day out, but some rides( vampire revenge) didn't have a detailed waiting time board. So ended up in a queue( with no exit points) for nearly 2 hours!!
Apart from that it was great.
We did download the app whilst there, but it was useless.

Absolutely epic day out and another testament to the value for money when it comes to owning an annual Merlin pass.

It gets so busy as the day goes on, which is why my family and I get there early on the morning to avoid the long queue times (longest we saw on our visit today was for the walk through story, "Room on the Broom" which although was great for the kids... I wouldn't recommend waiting two hours to see it and personally would be disappointed after the long wait".

Food was good today at the BBQ Smoke House and service was fast. Honestly, I'd say a good 95% of the staff there and indeed all over the park do a tip top job Well done guys.

Also like to add extra thanks to a young lad (think his name was Cameron Shaw?) For his help and information on the benefits included with our Merlin Annual Passes. Top man
