My project is still in permit phase but so far the experience has been pretty bad. My sales person was eager but inexperienced and reluctant to put me in contact with someone who knew anything about technical stuff I had questions about. I eventually got past that (because end of their financial quarter they started calling me due to their need to meet end of quarter sales goal rather than my requests/need for info but whatever works...). I signed the contract and paid but was assigned a so-called project manager that is more a clerk than a project person and is so bad at communication I am at this moment literally wondering whether Ecomark is still in business.

I m the one running around checking on permit status rather than this useless and so-called project manager. I can cut some slack because of Covid but seems to me she is working from home rather than getting the work done.

I think the company has the right value proposition but some real gaps when it comes to delivering. Will update after the system is up- not going to hold my breath.....

Another thing: every time I talk with them I mention my desire to add storage but nobody seems to know anything about if/what Ecomark offers while their website clearly promotes a storage product.

Got an "I'm sorry, please contact me message from owner which I did and 10 days later still no response.

Sales guy called to schedule the install which is funny because at the time of the call the local install lead guy had already been here. Local (Ft. Collins) installation people are GREAT! Did a nice job, courteous, quick and professional in 99 degree heat. Had one difficult decision on where to install a piece of equipment and they involved me every step of the way.

It is very clear now that internal communication in this company is terrible on many dimensions including product offering. So far has taken 5 months from signing contract to installation.

Waiting now for final inspection, delivery/installation of a "sales incentive" offered to me that nobody had bothered to tell the installation guys about so it wasn't delivered or installed. Also waiting for information/training on the system monitoring app as well as system startup/shutdown process (installer gave me a preview and it seems to be a 4 step process with 4 switches to activate in a specific sequence).

Our experience with Ecomark has been very positive from the beginning. Each employee we encountered was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. They kept us informed throughout each step of the process and notified us of any changes or delays. Once all the permits were obtained, the process moved along quite quickly. We are excited to be able to harness the power of the sun to cover our electrical needs.

The process of solar installation in my house has been very smooth. I got all the answers for questions I asked and the appointments scheduled were all on time.

Great experience, loved the people very helpful throughout the whole project. No questions not answered, smooth transition to solar, thank you guys for the great experience.

Powered by the SUN! Couldn't be more excited with our system. The people at EcoMark Solar ROCK!!! This whole process was quite simple from a homeowners perspective. From the initial contact. A thorough and informative discussion of solar, answering any questions one might have. EcoMark took care of the everything, including submitting for the required building permits, requesting approval and signed off with the HOA. They did all the scheduling for the various inspections that are required along the way. From the install of the power and meter source to installing the solar panels. Everyone of the technician we worked with were very courteous and professional. They would check in, let you know what they were doing and then go on about their day without ever bothering you, yet they would answer any question you might have if curiosity gets the better of you. We had our last set-up today with David. He showed us how to read our meter and set us up so we can now monitor our system. Thank you EcoMark. Our sales rep was very helpful in describing the system, how it works, and how the install process happens. We ran into an electrical issue which was not mentioned during our ""site audit" that set us back by 2 months, which was upsetting. Once we had the electrical issue fixed, everything went smoothly. Coordination between ecomark, xcel, and the city inspector was key to getting our system up and running. Overall we are happy to be solar customers and look forward to no bill from xcel in the future!

Ecomark's installation crew performed a totally professional process. Each member worked their task without interruptions or delays completing the installation in minimum time. Final product blends very nicely with the color of the roof. I highly recommend Ecomark to all future prospects desiring a solar panel installation.

Local company follows through on the details. They did take longer than expected on the installation, but it was evident that the whole team was focused on getting everything right.

We are still in the process of getting on our new system, but EcoMark has made the entire process stress free. They worked with us every step of the way, ensuring we understood every aspect of the process. poor communication. Tried to charge finance fee when changing the final cost. Talked to the operations Manager about my concerns but never received a call back. The person commissioning the project was rude and call the paperwork that he brought "propaganda".

I found out about Ecomark through an event I attended and wanted Ecomark to come out and give me a quote since I was more interested in buying my PV system then renting one. I liked the price for the amount of energy I would be creating and signed a contract with Ecomark. Everything went pretty smoothly and everyone I worked with was great to deal with. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got my questions answered and I would highly recommend them. Just know that the process can take a long time. From contract to having my meter run backwards took 5 months but it is well worth it. I purchased a 7.2kwatt system that I had built out to produce 120% of the electricity I used in the prior year.

While things did not always go exactly as scheduled (and is there ever such a thing with a project like this?), I was extremely impressed with the level of communication from EcoMark. They reached out to me in a timely fashion and gave clear explanations regarding any delays.

There are a lot of steps in this process with different people from EcoMark involved in each one, and in each case, the EcoMark folks conducted themselves professionally and reliably.

The panels aren't active yet because we're waiting on Xcel to get us the new meter, but even still, EcoMark is updating us on that progress. I anticipate this level of customer care to continue once our system is up and running, and I'm looking forward to a lasting positive experience with EcoMark.

EcoMark put solar on our home in the spring of 2016. I was hesitant to do it because there was a chance we would be moving but we did it anyway. I was very pleased with the results and the $0 electric bills. Sure enough, we did sell the home. My realtor said that it might take a few months to sell but the house sold so fast that it left my head spinning!! The house sold itself but the solar was an added benefit that the new owners love. We got asking price and we set a new baseline for home values in that neighborhood.

We are now working with EcoMark to put solar on my brothers home and when our new home is done I want to have EcoMark install there as well.

I cannot say enough about EcoMark. They did a wonderful job!! The entire staff from Sales to Installers are great people and a joy to work with. They take pride in their work and the company product.

Working with EcoMark was a very pleasant experience. The staff was always responsive and willing to answer any and all concerns that came up during the process. We are very appreciative of the work that has been put toward helping our family do our part in becoming a solar family. I can't believe how easy this was and would be glad to recommend EcoMark to my friends and neighbors.

Professional, knowledgeable and capable, yet comfortably informal to work with, from the first person who came to my door to the last person who gave me instructions on how to monitor my system and its production on the web. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that, finally, solar power is now cheaper to have than NOT to have; like the difference between buying a house and renting. Never any pressure from these folks, only good options and better options. I feel very fortunate to have encountered them. When was the last time you were actually better off because of a door-to-door salesman?!

Process from start to finish was extremely easy and fast with communication from the project team whom handled almost all aspects required to complete the work. Panels look very nice and very impressed with the toolset used for future monitoring.

Very excited about the future benefit and self generated electricity that is now possible thanks to this process.

The Ecomark Solar team was very helpful and professional from our initial encounter with them to the installation and setting up of our solar panels. The staff answered all of our questions in a timely manner and in terms we were able to understand. My husband and I are very happy with the entire process.

The process was easy and the Ecomark team took care of everything. There was a constant open communication between Ecomark and us. Each time an email was sent immediately to notify us of which step in the process we were currently in. Our scheduled install was delayed due to weather, yet Ecomark still fit us in the next day. Everything that was said during sales appointment was correct. All people were professional and friendly. There was great communication about the process. Excellent coordination with approval with all authorities such as local utilities and regional building.

Mr. Jake Blakely demonstrated professional expertise on the subject. He explained very clearly the functions of the gateway, inverter, net and production meters.
The whole process, since the inception, went well from sales rep to final installation of the gateway.

The sales and installation process were quite seamless. EcoMark was very helpful and patient while working through issues created by another electrician that had to be repaired prior to getting final inspection.

Having solar has been great. Really helps with the utilities bill. When we had a damaged panel due to a hail storm, Ecomark was able to replace it as soon as the roof was fixed. Also love how the company is local.

The process of getting solar installed has been a long journey. However, after installation it has been a learning adventure, though being mechanically inclined this system has certainly piqued a renewed interest in how solar works.

They are very responsible. They are on time in every step. They are always there to answer all your questions. Highly recommend.

We have been so impressed with Ecomark. Everyone we have encountered has blown us away with their professionalism. Communication was perfect, and installation was seamless. We feel very confident that we made a great choice by going with Ecomark!

I postponed writing this review, just to be certain that the proposed 3.6 kW, twelve modules and one inverter, solar array worked as promised.

NOTE: 25-year warranty is standard on the twelve modules (solar panels). And the system can be upgraded to include: electrical vehicle charging station and or the installation of a battery storage unit. SolarEdge system motoring comes standard.

Initial contracts were signed on August 2019. Solar array installed, (two sections) of my roof, late December 2019. Final work inspections and approvals occurred: mid January 2020. Next came the Xcel Energy two-meter installation, and permission to turn on the solar array: February 25, 2020. Note: I met the Xcel installation tech, she was awesome (she walked me through the entire system, and, answered questions about same).

Jennifer s staff: Christa and Emily, answered all my questions and emails, in a respectful, timely and courteous manner. My only criticism: The amount of time it took to move the project from step one (site audit) to step five (inspection) four months.

The installation crew: comes in two waves: installers and the electrician. I found each of the employees: professional, very respectful, called before arrival, cleaned up after each visit. And, onsite checked ins and outs were a nice courtesy.

Jennifer s team handled all of the Xcel Energy s Net Metering paperwork and Xcel Energy s demand to reduce my solar array size from 4.5kW (15 panels) to 3.6kW (12 panels).

The array has been running flawlessly since February 25, 2020. And the solar array is making more power than I am currently using.

In general, I am pleased with my decision to go with EcoMark Solar (for my green energy upgrade).

They were a no-show for the meeting they scheduled with me, no show and no call. I stayed home from work to meet them, so this was unacceptable.

EcoMark did a great job of evaluating our solar needs and we are so happy to help take some stress off the electric company grid as well as the environment. Thank you EcoMark team for all your help and support.

Ecomark Solar was a great experience for us. We believe solar power is the future, even the savior, of this country/world. From the initial sales consultation through to final install, they have been both professional and incredibly friendly. There were a couple of issues after install and they came right back out and took care of them at their expense. DO IT!!!

I had a good experience throughout the whole process. They kept me informed at every step and let me know what to expect. This is a very professional company.

I'm happy with the panels. Everything went smoothly. We will be happy when our electric bills go away.

Incredibly rude sales staff. Their "solar advocates" don't talk to their phone reps. They showed up at my house during work when I told them I could only talk by phone. Look elsewhere for solar by a company who's left hand is capable of talking to their right hand.

The reason I am posting 2 star is because they state that it increases the home value. IT DOES NOT If you dont believe me ask any appraiser and they will tell you it doesn't!!!! BUYER BEWARE If you are buying a system to increase your homes value it does not and I feel completely stupid for listening to this gimmick!! Then they state you can take your system with you, that's a LIE. It's only true if you stay in the state of Colorado. If you're doing solar because you want to be less dependant on fossil fuels and don't care about return on investment than this company is okay to deal with. However, I feel completely cheated by this company, and I am not happy.

Note: If you go through their financing company Mosaic they put a lien against your home so if you sell your home you have to pay them off first.

The initial person we dealt with was great. Forrest was great and kept us updated along the process. The crews who replaced our roof and installed the solar panels were wonderful. The communication with Krista was terrible. The design we were sent to review was so small we could not see the details to ensure things were placed where they needed to be. We tried to blow it up so we could see it and it would not work. When this was brought to her attention, we were again sent something too small to view. It is a good thing we have somewhat good eyesight. I cannot imagine the trouble someone with poor eyes would have. She would tell us we did not need to be home when the person coming out needed someone home. She would give us a date and it would be wrong. When we called or e-mailed, she did not respond to our calls/e-mails in a timely manner. She claimed she could not leave messages on our voicemail. When we checked our call log she had not even called. We spoke with her supervisor and it improved slightly. Kyan did a great job at the commissioning appointment. We had an issue with one of the panels shortly after going live and Evan responded promptly and professionally. At this time, we are not experiencing any significant decrease in our power bill. We are working with the electric company to figure out if the problem is the meter or with the solar system. At this point in time we are disappointed with the promised savings in our electric bill as we have NOT seen any savings. We hope it will be resolved and will be what we were promised.

Everything EcoMark did was on time, and professional. The best thing is they made all of their appointments early, met every deadline, and did fantastic work. There was never a point where I felt like I wasn't informed of the progress. System works beautifully.

We wish to sing praises to EcoMark Solar! I postponed writing this review, just to be certain everything remained as promised. From the initial contact with Jennifer and her professional, passionate presentation to the completion of our project, we strongly recommend EcoMark Solar. The process was more complicated than we ever imagined with all of the approvals necessary. We were given a timeline of completion upfront, and our system was completed and working ahead of that estimate! Michael was on top of our project and kept us updated every step of the way. The crew that came out to install the panels were pros, very respectful and a joy to have on our property. We had a glitch with the online reading and Evan responded and corrected the problem in a timely manner. The system has been running since October 2, 2018, and we are more than pleased with our results. Yesterday, we had a flaming blizzard, four of the panels were suffocated with snow, but the remainder of the panels were still producing even with the nasty conditions. We have a 25 year warranty on our panels. Bravo EcoMark!

The EcoMark Solar Panel installation was professional completed. All aspects of the installation were completed in a timely matter. All questions i had related to the Solar Panels and installation and performance were completely answered. The operation of the system was eexlained and demonstrated.
We are waiting for the final inspection, the installation of the new electrical meter and the more in-depth explanation of the system.

The overall process from start to finish took about five months. There were a few snags and a couple times we had to communicate to move the process along, but overall we were happy with the overall project. We look forward to receiving clean renewable energy for years to come thanks to Ecomark.

EcoMark Solar installed our panels early last year. At first the price was pretty much offset by IREA electricity savings. However, I did the calculations on out for the full guaranteed 25 years life of our panels, and we will be saving many, many, many thousands of dollars! It's really a strong, smart investment rather than a cost. I wish everyone understood this - if they did, they'd happily be calling EcoMark to install their solar panels! We are extremely happy with EcoMark in all ways... very happy campers here.

EcoMark was great except for one issue. The Denver installation crews were heavily booked so they brought in the Colorado Springs crew. While I appreciated the expeditious attempt, the Springs crew installed to their codes, not my counties codes. They returned a couple days later to correct the issue. Otherwise I was very happy with EcoMark.

We've loved the whole process. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. They were great at keeping us updated about when we could expect what and they were right on time. Can't think of anything that could have been done better.

Ecomark dispelled all those notions and made the process very easy. They were in constant contact with us throughout and setup was very smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has ever thought about solar and even those who haven't.
