Getting here was a great experience. I must congratulate Anibal Leal for his great work and attention, helping me to settle down. As a newcomer to Miami, I felt great support from Melody's resident service. I am happy with my apartment and the location, living in a neighborhood like Downtown is definitely an advantage.

We moved in when the building was new, everything was nice except the big and super noisy AC fans from the theater next door. We could never use and spend time on the balcony. Never have the doors open because of the noise, very sad. Garage and parking is a joke. Manegement are nice and helpful. Pool area and gym is good. So my stars are for location and the helpful management, 2 stars is me being nice. One thing that really annoyed me though is that they took $300 from my deposit. Apparently in the lease agreement they will do that...rude!
One year was enough we had to move since they wanted to raise the already to high rent. Thank you for the time.
I've been living in the building since I came to Miami for work. Me and my family feel really comfortable living here. The location is amazing and the facilities are well maintained because of the good performance of the administration.
I've been here for almost two years and my experience has been amazing. Great location, great apartment, great views, full equip Gym, nice pool and management polite and responsive with any problem. I strongly recomend this place.
The building is great overall, management is very attentive and well mannered. Erick, Jose, Armando & Raul are always super nice! We miss Michelle a lot but at least we got good ones left here.
The Valet is disgusting, the owner is extremely rude with tenants and it's very expensive. This looks like it's just a business to scheme the people of Addrianne center and th other venues out of $25 every time and they expect us to pay the same..... this needs to be addressed ASAP.
Regarding pets and elevators, I understand that due to the amount of pets in the building we need some sort of organization and what not but me owning a small pet it gets dangerous when I'm jammed in an elevator with 6 other dogs twice the size of mine.
After all I renewed my lease because of how nice everyone is and how comfortable my unit is. Hopefully there will be many years more.
One of the best features of Melody Towers is its Management Staff... Eric, Raul and Armando has always gone above and beyond to solve any issues and respknd quickly and professionally. Also, Melody is very pet friendly, which is very important to me. Great location as well.
I've been living at Melody Tower since May. At the beginning it was a little hectic because everybody was moving in at the same time. But after that I have enjoy the time I have living there. The amenities are on point, pool area, gym and views from the upper floors are stunning. Although, I would like to point out that I do have some concerns regarding the security of the building. I've noticed how the protocol for visitors at the front door is not followed, specially late at night. Anybody can just walk in and not be checked in by the security at the lobby. I am a resident that uses the valet parking service and I would like to congratulate their whole staff. They are always polite every time they receive and deliver my car. I call them 5 minutes before I leave my apartment and my car is downstairs waiting for me. I can appreciate how they take care of my car and the values inside of it. I understand that sometimes they might be slammed with a lot of work but they always have managed to take care of me above all else. If I ever had any issues or concern, I would speak with their supervisor named Winston and he would always resolve immediately and effectively whatever it was that I was dealing with. Overall I have a great experience living at Melody Tower, there might be some details that might have room for improvement, but I would definitely renew my lease and would surely recommend anyone moving to the downtown area.
It is an incredible building, from cleaning, security, to employees. I love the views, the pool, my family also feels very comfortable every time they come to visit me. The maintenance staff always has everything organized. For this and much more I give it 5 stars
The management team has always been on point with me and have assisted me with everything I needed. It has been a great experience since I moved in. Being such a big building, the management team did amazing coordinating the move-ins in a timely and organized fashion. I honestly could not be happier, my South East view is amazing!
This place is terrible. Let me start off with the staff downstairs if you want ot try to reach them dont bother calling the only way to reach them is to go downstairs and talk to them because they dont know how to answer the phone. I had put in a maintenance request and I still havent gotten anything. The airconditioning in the spare bedroom still doesnt work. The walls are literally paper thin and the hallways constantly smell. The security staff at night is always sleeping. Good luck trying to get to your apartment by elevator because the elevator is always full or it never comes.
Nothing but idiots running the office. They have no idea what they are doing. They overcharged hundreds of dollars in rent and will not give it back. Unprofessional, lazy and stupid staff members. They are thieves and should all be fired. Unacceptable how stupid and bad at their jobs these idiots are. Avoid at all cost! Ok building, but valet parking is a nightmare - they are all rude and lazy. Prices keep going up and up.
I'm currently a tengan at melody. I' ve has nothing but good experience at this location , good neighboors and great staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS BUILDING, IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
I moved on February 1, 2020. Anibal and Jorge attended me. Excellent people, excellent service, very attentive, friendly, hardworking, very fast, and I am really very happy in my new home.
Everytime they come up with more unreasonable "rules" about parking; I just came on an uber full with groceries and they wouldn't let me park near the elevator even when that parking lot was available, just because, and had to drop all my bags on the floor, very far from the elevator. Why would you pay such a high rent if they don't make your life easier in every possible way? And they're always so rude, like it is what it is and deal with it.
Beautiful apartments at affordable prices within this complex. It is a class building, well maintained by the staff and with many services apart from its good location. Management was very friendly and professional during our inquiries.
I have lived at this building for the past 2 Years, the building is amazing the location is right on the center of everything. I love that I just go out the door and I'm close to shops, restaurants and night life. I would definitely recommend the building for everyone. The staff at the front desk is very professional and helpful, they go out of their way to help you. The apartment itself are huge, extremely well designed and the materials and finishes are excellent. They have a washer and dryer on the unit which is a ++. Now the views!!!! all I can say is WOW!!!!! I have seen several buildings including condos and none have the views that this building have they are dynamic and simply beautiful. Move in you wont regret it!!!!

This message is for Melo Group. Love your properties (Melody Tower, Skyview 22) ans all your other rental communities but it those not matter which office you call. Customer Service is horrible, their is a lack of customer service all around. The staff those not answer the phones, when they do, they always tell you to call back next week or next Tuesday. I gone to building offices to get information and no one is the leasing office. When you are able to speak to someone if feels like the agent is bother that you are calling. Melo Group are your kids and grand kids running the Leasing offices? This is the only way i could explain why they are not all fire and get some new people that want to work in this positions. I called several of the properties and left messages and I have not gotten one return phone call...just come back again next week. Do they not have a reservation system to see what is going to be available and when?
The management team is the best, they always have the best disposition. Every time a problem arises and it is in their hands to collaborate they do it without any doubt. Because of how Eric introduced me to the building, I decided to rent here.

Also, your Valet service sucks. They left my keys in my car, lights on, and forgot where they parked it, OVERNIGHT. Someone could have easily stolen my car.

From the first day everyone has been very nice and professional. I have been here for over 4 months now and I have no complaints. The management is very nice especially Eduardo who at the time was the only one who could speak to me in English. He communicated well with me everything that was needed to move in and ensured that my move in was smooth. I love that they know their residents and you can see the friendliness when anyone walks in. cool place.

As a recent tenant at this location not the greatest experience. The view overall is okay, clean well kept units. However, living in a pet-friendly building in the past there was a situation with excessive dog feces around the property. Worst experience was going outside and coming back in with dog feces on my shoe, same shoe I had to go to work with. I addressed it to a building manager which he will remain unnamed asking him why he doesn t demand from the tenants to clean up after their dogs daily deposits. Instead of listening he proceeded to be defensive. I also don t speak Spanish so there was a language barrier as my Spanish is super basic. Later in the afternoon I spoke with another building manager named Eduardo. Next day Eduardo had the grass cleaned and sidewalks washed. He is a responsive building manager to whom you should bring your questions or concerns as he is welcoming and knowledgable. You can count on him for requests and with efficient results taking appropriate actions where the residents can have a more pleasant environment when stepping out of the building.

From my personal experience I have nothing but praise for this building and its efficient team, any and all issues I have had were resolved quickly, I have never been treated rudely by any of the staff, and have quite the rapport with some of the managing and cleaning staff. They always seem to have a smile on their face and are eager to help.
I got a new job in Miami last year in a local hospital and came to live in Melody Condominium with my family. Since the first time we walked in, we had a good feeling with the administration. Nice people and good place to live in.
The apartment is beautiful and very bright. It was the most spacious we could get in our budget. It has very nice details, and the property is well maintained. A great opportunity if you are looking for something luxurious in the Arts District at an affordable rent.
Worst valet ever they lost in 6 months that I have been living here 2 times my car keys and now they tow my car even then knowing that I pay the parking fee every month super unorganized and bad Service I don t recommend this place at all

In fact, what makes Melody Tower the best the following: 1- best location 2- gorgeous view 3- amazing facilities ( swimming pool, social room, clean gym, market that have a yummy coffee .. ask for Lissi . She is the best for the best coffee ) 4- Great management team .. especially (Eduardo Concepcion ) .. he has been always helpful, professional, great personality and whenever I ask for help or request a maintenance he sent the help in the same hour. In the top of that Eduardo speaks English fluently

It's a beautiful tower, we often come visit a couple of friend of us. For what we heard from them there's never been an issue. Everything seems to be clean and the staff is always around.
valet parking is very rude and annoying, u cant park your car even for loading downstair facilities in the building gym is small and pool only 3 star rating. Management office excellent service Alvaro is one of the best
My wife and I are prospective residents, we visited the grounds recently and we loved everything about it. The property is kept clean, waterfront units have great views and the amenities are all working properly and well maintained.. This building holds the best price/size relation in the area.
We ve been living here for about two months now, and have honestly had a really positive experience. Eduardo, one of the building managers, has been nothing but extremely helpful since day one, making sure all of our needs have been met.
The view from our apartment is incredible, and the location is so convenient, in a highly walkable area literally a couple blocks from several restaurants, stores, museums, the AAA, and the MetroMover. The only complaints I could have are that the elevators are usually pretty slow (so plan accordingly!), and there are no mirrors in the parking garage, which make it feel like a daredevil driving game if I have to leave during rush hour.
Unbeatable price for the size of the condo and location. Management and staff both very kind and professional. Its a nice, safe community to live in without the need of leaving the comfort of the centric area.
Elevators are terrible ... never work well... dog piss, lots os moving, broken elevators (new construction?)... only one service elevator.... rush hours take forever to get home... been here for 2 years ... the noise is also a lesser problem but still I kind of like the urban string and noise must be there... the good thing is the location... but there are so many new buildings in the market for 2018/2019 look for better options or a great deal on the rent here at Melody.

We are new to the building. We loved the place right from the start. The staff and the neighbours have been so welcoming so far that it already feels like home. Moving in was super straight forward, the management guys connected us with theire trusted moving company and all went fast and swell.
I love living here. I have lived here for 2 years. Yes this building isn't perfect but for the price and the location it really doesn't get better. I am 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Brickell, there grocery stores. banks, fast food, other restaurants, the list goes on and on. You simply CANNOT get this kind of convenience for the price. I compared this to my friends that live in the ONE Miami (same size apartment) and they pay $700 more than me for the same thing, except its way easier to get around and i have easier accessibility to all the things i just mentioned.
HOW DO YOU TURN A PRODUCT WITH GREAT POTENTIAL INTO GARBAGE? BY CONTRACTING THE WORST VALET PARKING COMPANY IN TOWN..I have been living in Melody Tower since the building opened its doors, location is great and the building itself for rental standards its quite good, its a modern edgy design for a fair price, administration its not the greatest but not quite as bad as many people paint it to be, so where is the problem????? THE VALET PARKING AND ITS BAND OF THUGS!! I understand by some of my friends that live at other Melo locations in the area that this is their only building providing this service, and i honestly wonder what's in it for the Melos???? They have a good building at a great location that's getting completely tainted, by a service run by unprofessional people who lack manners, and definitively lack the knowledge of how to run a valet parking business, this weekend was literally hell to come in and out of the building, while they gave priority to the people coming to arsht center event, US the people who actually live and pay the rent at this location where left stranded with the hazard of dealing with closed entrances, and having to come in and out through ONE SINGLE lane of traffic, add to that their bad attitude towards the actual RESIDENTS even with the owner of the "VALET" present. I honestly hope that someone let the Melos know that this people don't care a bit about the the Melo business which in this case is us the tenants, all they care is their own and while at it the are washing away the good reputation that this building based on location and pricing should have, i can tell you I'm not alone on this issue, i hear people complaining about this all the time. If you are someone who are looking to rent for a fair price at a great location, and don't mind having to deal with untrained, unprofessional and unfriendly people obstructing the traffic in and out of the building, in the morning, afternoon, weekends, and mainly on event dates, which are very often, then maybe "MELODY' is for you, otherwise go somewhere else even if you pay a bit more, its worth it!!!
It's very hard to get in contact with the rental office. I hope this isn't a sign of how they treat potential residents.
I've contacted several new properties and they always have someone to answer or at least return calls in a timely manner. They need to invest in an answering service.
They need to list their office hours on the website.
The administration is the best we have in the city. They solve everything with great predisposition and are present for the tenant for any problem. It is invaluable to have that peace of mind when renting.
Love my apartment and view, but response time to work orders is lackadaisical. My first work order I placed took months to get taken care of. Never had an issue with their attitude. Wish the gym was 24 hours as my schedule is all over the place . Staff also tends to forget and we have to follow up several times a week to get answer ...
I don't usually leave reviews, but I would like to compliment the staff at Melody Towers for their amiability. They have been very helpful during my transition. Place is classy and beautiful. I'm loving it since I moved here.
Wanted to look at an apartment, but after waiting 10 minutes for the valet (because visitors have to and the building also does Arsht event parking) we found out no one on staff speaks English. Valet is normal and expected. If you re supposedly open for tours and walk ins are welcome, why not put someone bilingual at your front desk? Yes it s Miami, but I would give the same criticism if you only staff English speaking people. Bad business decision and not worth even looking at an apartment.
The management company not helpful at all. I am pregnant and due when my lease ends. They just want the money from breaking the lease and not helping at all in trying to negotiate a solution. The amenities and maintenance are terrible. Hot tub and pool not heated, the gym small and not maintenance at all. The walls are very thin in the apartments, lots of noise. Not worthy for the money at all. They started to charge a lot for a water & sewer bill. They lowered the bill to a half without any explanation. I cannot wait until my lease expire to leave this place.
Alexis Rodriguez, and the rest of the management team are just the best! Great customer service, and lovely condos at fair prices in a nice neighborhood. The building's administration and staff provide great service to the community, and the apartments are some of the most spacious available in the area at an affordable price.

Nice condos at a very approachable price. We are interested on renting here, the staff was super nice and helpful to the moment. It's a new high-rise with some cool amenities and well located in the Art District. What we most liked about it is the people working and living there. Oh! And the covered parking is a big plus here!
Lived here for two years. Building only takes checks. Many mixups with payment and low quality apartments. Badly managed, they are unresponsive and rude. The garage is not safe to drive in. Only pro is rent prices are low since Melo group can build at under $100 a sq ft which is unheard of. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.

Let me start with how I cannot wait for my lease to end. My room is next to my neighbors bedroom and I can hear them have a normal conversation they are not yelling and they are just talking and I can hear it all. They never EVER answer the phone downstairs, only late at night when it's just the security, you'd think that I am trying to reach the president. And the parking garage is beyond dangerous, they've been saying they will fix it forever.... it's not hard to add mirrors to the corners so people don't crash I can easily do that myself but that's their job. And it takes 15 minutes to get an elevator full of people and have to wait for the next one.
Highly recommended. A good option to live alone or as a family, the apartments are very spacious and the community is very safe. The best of my experience renting here was the management, very present and responsible towards the tenant.
When I moved to Miami, I knew I wanted to live in the downtown area. Melody was the best option, due to its excellent price / quality ratio. The amenities working well and the apartment is very spacious for its rental value. Alexis Rodriguez is a great professional in Melody's administration department, who knows how to deal with the Latino community.
THE VALET STAFF IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WENT TO DELIVER A CUSTOMER ORDER FROM INSTACART. AFTER WAITING 2MINUTES NO ONE CAME TO TELL ME WHERE TO PARK. I FOUND A SPOT TO PARK AND A NON ENGLISH SPEAKER TOLD ME I COULDN'T PARK UNLESS I PAID AND HAD A PERMIT. WHY SHOULD I PAY IF IM STAYING FOR ONLY 2-3 MINUTES AND ITS A DELIVERY. As they all sat in the office the deliberately waited for me to leave

I've been living in here for the past 2 years and everything has been more than great , management staff works there life's out in order to have this monstrous building working at his 100% and always willing to provide the best costumer service , they keep the property , clean , calm and safe. Security staff keep this place safe during the nights and that's everything I ask them for. Valet Parking 24/7 available for guest's and resident's what else should I ask for....

I moved into Melody Tower when the apartment first opened in 2016. The staff have been pretty helpful but can be slow to answer emails and may give you different responses to problems based on who you talk to.
I recently moved out in May 2018. My lease ended April 2018 but we (my roommate and I) extended for a month because we needed more time to move out and find another place. We had asked Abel (management at Melody Tower) if we would be able to move out in the middle of the month and have our lease prorated. He said we would have to pay the full amount up front but once we move out, we would get the amount back (from the date we handed the keys through the 31st). We decided on this since we were almost ready to move out and handed in the keys in the middle of the month.
Once we did, we received our deposit back with a few items deducted, which we expected, and one that we didn't know why they were deducting it. I went to Melody Tower, was told to email Veronica and that she would answer all my questions.
I have emailed her several times, called several times, but she doesn't answer my questions. The only thing she responded was to ask if we received the deposit back. Which we did... but we had questions on one of the items deducted from our deposit.
I ended up getting the management office phone number, but she NEVER picks up the phone. I have called over 40 times and each time, I get her voicemail. I even went to the management office but she was "not in the office" that day. She still has yet to answer our question about our deposit, and it has been over a month and a half.
AND to make matters worse, they are now saying they will not prorate our lease. So we paid the whole month, moved out in the middle of the month and we will not be receiving anything back. I've tried to email her and call her about this, but she doesn't give me a straight answer. I told her Abel had told us that we would so we don't understand why we wouldn't be able to receive it back. She still has not answered and again, it's been over a month and a half. I send her an email every day, asking her to call me so we could clarify and have this taken care of already, but she ignores those emails as well.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH BY FAR. It is ridiculous how much time and effort I have had to put it and still have 0 answers. SO HAPPY TO GET OUT OF THERE. If I could give zero stars instead of one, I would.
Very grateful for Jorge's help, one of the building managers at Melody Tower. He has been very helpful, cordial and professional. His attention to detail was superb during my moving and relocation. Highly recommend Melody Tower, it is centrally located and provides the best views of Miami. Wonderful amenities and cleanliness is admirable. Excellent service to all tenants!!!!! 5 Stars
I was with melo group about three years. Different buildings all the time. This one is the least that I like. Why?
Even though the staff was amazing they were always really nice to me and help me with everything. And they had a really nice view.
1.The garage was dangerous, no mirrors, their is a Valet Services that sometimes they used my parking spot. Which was really annoying since sometimes you are in a hurry. I had to go down and told them they were park in my spot this happened in a year around 8 times. People were driving very fast.
2. Elevators took forever around 15-45 minutes.
3. Apartment quality was not the best. The comply with the minimum that the city required especially with noise barrier ( I never met my neighbor but I new all her problems because I can hear her very easily and she was not screaming just talking) Everything braked easily. And I have lived in other apartments from Melo and this never happened.
Nice location but everything else is not good! Parking starts at i think 7th and (mine js at15th) so pretty much every time you come to/leave your Apt you will drive in circles 15 floors ???(not sure its even legal) and the reason is bottom floors are reserved for valet parking! Oh yes valet will treat you like a piece of trash so don't even act suprised its a normal thing in this building :) Customer service is really bad and responds to complaints even worse(after two months in the apt still did not fixed my kitchen draws that i cant close because of bad setup,still no contract even i requested it 3 times...security acting way above their limitations(beware if you feel like sitting outside and read a book or smoke a cigarete security might hurt you it happen to me Almost). this building is to avoid that is my suggestion to all of you thinking about moving in. Would do -5 if there is one
The reviews on this property are stuffed with fake reviews by the developer. It is despicable, wrong and illegal.
You can see that many of the 5-star reviews are structurally similar, have the same grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes, punctuation mistakes and only have reviewed this property or other Melo properties.
This watering down of the reviews is clearly visible at many other Melo buildings, although the worst cases are here at the Melody tower and a few blocks away at Square Station
In general, the experience has been good, What I like most about the building is the excellent work team they have, always willing to help. The Manager Eduardo concepcion has been of great help from the moment of the move, helping us and always giving the best service. He is an excellent Manager and person.
The only thing I do not like so much about the building is parking.
I am about to move into the building in 2 weeks. The building has a lot of potential and is definetly worth the cost. On the other hand the staff is unprofessional to be fair. They show a clear reluctance to answer basic questions about the apartment building. It makes me feel like they just want to get everyone away from them while they secretly fix issues there embarrassed to post so that tenants can track the progress of the development. It gets a 9 for looks and 6 so far for staff which is not really an issue for me because I don't really have to deal with staff unless it necessary.
