As a recent tenant at this location not the greatest experience. The view overall is okay, clean well kept units. However, living in a pet-friendly building in the past there was a situation with excessive dog feces around the property. Worst experience was going outside and coming back in with dog feces on my shoe, same shoe I had to go to work with. I addressed it to a building manager which he will remain unnamed asking him why he doesn t demand from the tenants to clean up after their dogs daily deposits. Instead of listening he proceeded to be defensive. I also don t speak Spanish so there was a language barrier as my Spanish is super basic. Later in the afternoon I spoke with another building manager named Eduardo. Next day Eduardo had the grass cleaned and sidewalks washed.
He is a responsive building manager to whom you should bring your questions or concerns as he is welcoming and knowledgable. You can count on him for requests and with efficient results taking appropriate actions where the residents can have a more pleasant environment when stepping out of the building.
