I am about to move into the building in 2 weeks. The building has a lot of potential and is definetly worth the cost. On the other hand the staff is unprofessional to be fair. They show a clear reluctance to answer basic questions about the apartment building. It makes me feel like they just want to get everyone away from
them while they secretly fix issues there embarrassed to post so that tenants can track the progress of the development. It gets a 9 for looks and 6 so far for staff which is not really an issue for me because I don't really have to deal with staff unless it necessary.
