Carriage creek is a nice place to live. The building is quiet and there's a laundry room and parking . The building is located close to a number of businesses, schools and not far from I-57. The leasing agent that I met was very welcoming and made my move in experience very enjoyable. If you're looking for an apartment and some great hospitality just ask for Joi! I'm sure she'll make you feel welcomed as well!

It seems like every other day my apartment floods with sewage

Outside of my personal medical and financial experiences that led me to have to leave this place. The heat in my unit never worked. The water was shut off for days at one point and no compensation towards rent was given to the tenants. I have gotten stuck in the elevator 3 times as they are not up to code and are always broken. The rental agency sends people to your home without your knowledge or consent even after asking them to give you a call before entering the unit. Water leaked through my bathroom ceiling from the bathroom of unit above me. The rent went up 3 times during my 2 years there. The only thing good about this place is Linda who works in the office. She does her JOB !

I Tried to work for them and I did but they let me go. On some BS.
