We moved in when the building was new, everything was nice except the big and super noisy AC fans from the theater next door. We could never use and spend time on the balcony. Never have the doors open because of the noise, very sad. Garage and parking is a joke.
Manegement are nice and helpful. Pool area and gym is good. So my stars are for location and the helpful management, 2 stars is me being nice.
One thing that really annoyed me though is that they took $300 from my deposit. Apparently in the lease agreement they will do that...rude!

One year was enough we had to move since they wanted to raise the already to high rent.
