This message is for Melo Group. Love your properties (Melody Tower, Skyview 22) ans all your other rental communities but it those not matter which office you call. Customer Service is horrible, their is a lack of customer service all around. The staff those not answer the phones, when they do, they always tell you to call back next week or next Tuesday. I gone to building offices to get information and no one is the leasing office. When you are able to speak to someone if feels like the agent is bother that you are calling. Melo Group are your kids and grand kids running the Leasing offices? This is the only way i could explain why they are not all fire and get some new people that want to work in this positions. I called several of the properties and left messages and I have not gotten one return phone call...just come back again next week. Do they not have a reservation system to see what is going to be available and when?
