My experience w/Nissan began 6/4/20 . I thought would be a fairly easy task. Since I did contact MPP first concerning air conditioner on Nissan, Juke 2016 w only 20,000 miles. Not much of a driver. First contact person Ivan from Services Dept. He was pleasant, attentive and positive. Key elements in c. s. .I explained set day /time . Did the drop off. Then he texted me w unfortunate information. MPP would not cover, I went numb & basically told Ivan cut to t chase. What do I owe, ECT... He was still cordial. When I hung up I was flipping like a pancake, disappointed, & wondered about MPP. I made a choice not to go back not because of Ivan, it was due to cost. Then on 6/5 Ivan texted me . I read & re-read his message. Ivan & his service manager (wish I knew his name!) Worked it out with MPP!! i felt like a lottery winner!!! From that moment on Ivan kept me posted , on a daily took a little longer (pandemic) to fix. I beleive you have some great humans representing Nissan! Ivan is great at his position ! Keep moving up Ivan! & Thanks agian to your service Manager! Top Notch! Perfect 10!!! (Sorry took longer on special assignment work) than u once agian
