Get advice by telephone about travel insurance. Clearly discussed with the lady on the phone for which I needed travel insurance. And proceeded to a continuous travel insurance. A few years later, unfortunately I have to use my travel insurance. And what do you think, I am not insured for which I have explicitly taken out insurance. If you then indicate that the phone conversations are saved, it is unfortunately no longer available. The lady on the phone did not make a note of our conversation at the time (which she apparently should have done) and so you are out of luck. Paid for years for a product that was not applicable to my situation. Think along? They sure do. Whether you do not want to take out other insurance. Unfortunately, with central management you are a number. And you are no longer seen as a customer. Even the complaints department only submits the problem to the customer and does not think about solutions.

They provide and tremendous support and empathy is very important to them. The companies they work with are also highly specialized. Last year had a moped insurance with Centraal Beheer. Moped sold. Now this year again bought a moped, and again taken out insurance. To my great surprise, I was not allowed to insure my moped. I was registered as a defaulter with FBTO. And this was also part of Achmea. Of course I contacted FBTO to check what was going on there. Turned out I had a debt of no less than 11 euros from 2019.
This went entirely by me. Of course I wanted to pay that 11 euros immediately. This did not work, because they knew to tell me. You are now registered as a defaulter. And this registration will remain for 5 years. On my excuse to central management, that the previous insurance was always neatly paid, I received the answer "correct. I had bad experience with the reisverzekering of centraal beheer, they rejected the claim which I think is not a genuine reason. I cancelled my insurance with them immediately.
Very poor service, site often does not work well. Many things unclear and you are accused of everything. I apparently bought a car with window damage. But because I made it in the dark, and the crack was only visible from a certain angle with the right light. I only found out when I heard a crack on the highway, how can I know that the crack was only 10 cm on top of the original crack. I was in a hurry, it was dark and late.
Now I just have to look for another insurance in 1 month, because they cannot trust me or something, have been a customer for several years with multiple insurance policies and never a claim o.i.d. done. And then you are unreliable.

I have been a customer of Centraal Beheer for years. I have all kinds of insurance policies. If something happens to your car or something breaks at home, you call Apeldoorn and it is arranged in no time. My car drove total loss and got a very good value. After transferring the car the money was directly on my account. Spent a week in a replacement car. My phone was broken by the kids and the same money was paid to make the screen. I am satisfied with the service.

Not a good word for Centraal Beheer Achmea. Due to a mistake by our maternity nurse, we have had a lot of water damage in our home. That in itself already caused a lot of stress, but contact with Centraal Beheer was even more stressful and, above all, very frustrating. The communication from this company is bad. Staff contradict each other and they never call back. The weekend staff in particular is very unprofessional and unkind. They have never heard of empathy. The pinnacle was that we were even accused of fraud while we only wanted the damage to be dealt with as quickly as possible because the situation is just unlivable with a newborn baby. This eventually took 6 weeks after a lot of pushing and pulling on our part.
