1 star is still too much, putting me down as a criminal / defaulter because 1 bill of 23 euros from July-August has not been paid, which is always done by direct debit! The remainder has all been paid by the customer for several years and the following premiums have also been paid properly. You do everything through the mail very unprofessional company if you miss something there you will be kicked out and you can hardly insure yourself for my home and other insurance. And oh yes the cancellation of the insurance is done by mail !!!!!!!!!!! I also have a phone number! central management!!! which is just in your system !!! Isn't it difficult when everything has been paid, but 1 bill is not available, so you can contact us by telephone and ask, sir, is there still an amount open? No then it will be said if we have to call everyone then we will be busy !!! this is really laughable ..... you want to be a large company then be professional and call or send mail to a home address and not via e-mail there are people who do not follow it digitally or miss it because it comes in the spam or in my case a wrong mail address! So I always have to check online whether something has been paid or not while everything is on automatic debit? I also work during the day .... And yes, as said, it also appears that you have used a wrong email address !!!!!!! so where is the fault ?????? I'm in trouble and you don't care. Put people on the acceptance and let them view payments and not a digital sample which is an automatic system with check marks! Last word has not been spoken about this, I am not the only ex customer of yours who has this problem! a refusal of insurance has far-reaching consequences for a family, and this only concerns a few euros !!!!!!!!!!! Who is here now defaulter or who has a DISPLAY !!!! This is stated in your conditions that if longer than 3 months "an invoice has not been paid" you may cancel it unilaterally but you do not cancel !!!! the system does that !!!!!
