Achmea apparently forbade its staff to smoke outside on their own grounds. They stand en masse along the Arnhemseweg and the Laan van Malkenschoten. If they are smoking outside there, that will be a beet. But especially when the weather is bad, they are also in considerable numbers in the bus sheds on the Arnhemseweg and the Laan van Malkenschoten. If you, as a bus traveler, also want to stand dry in a "fresh" bus shelter ...., forget it.

I'm a client of Centraal Beheer for legal insurance. They outsource this service to a third party company Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand. I'm sorry to say that I'm very unsatisfied with the service I have got so far from this company. It looks like everytime I ask for help they look for excuses to deny me service. They listen to you and then put you on hold for quite some time and then come back with a list of reasons why this is out of your insurance policy. This has happened for me 3 times. They have no manager nor a complaint department which you can talk to either. This doesn't seem like an honest business to me. And there is no point in arguing with a lawyer because they always win!
If you are also thinking of using the Central Beheer legal insurance please consider that you will probably not get what you are looking for.

Never again, have an insurance taken out in 2014 and put it in black and white that everything is okay and have it checked by appointment and double checked .. Unfortunately, 5 years later in 2019 we must use this insurance. They really did everything to get out of it. Outrageous how you are treated !! You are treated as a criminal. Fortunately, we put a good lawyer on it. My advice .. stay away from Centraal Beheer and or her daughter companies. Are enough other insurers that it is not just about the collection. But yes an average of 3.7 as customer friendliness speaks for itself.

never again central management. just hassle, gets sent from pillar to post. canceled everything in June last year. now suddenly stirred up hassle about premiums that I would not have paid, while I had already canceled. they arrive 8 months later.

don't mind those 4 stars, because they are absolutely not worth it. saves a lot of hassle and angry phone calls because it is extremely frustrating when you clearly want to and you don't get it.

Instead of paying out insurance claims or not, they also like to think along with you how uninsured damage can be remedied quickly and easily, even if you are not a customer at all. Unfortunately, many large companies lose sight of the wishes and experience of their customers. Central Management not!

We have a lot of bad experiences with the Kogafietsen that we have bought.
Within 3 years and 3000 km on the counter, both batteries of both bikes were broken.
COST. 650.00 per battery,
One battery just fell within the "coulance scheme" 25% 480.00 ?????.
Our cycling holiday therefore fell apart after the first week.
User instructions followed exactly.
There is a letter to KOGA's customer service.
Nothing has been heard to date.
I did not have to doubt when buying our NEW bikes.NO KOGA DUS.
Meanwhile had a LETTER from KOGA.
Bla..bla..bla, came to mean that we had once skipped a maintenance.
In between, I had my battery checked three times for a possible malfunction.
I also did not know that if you buy a new battery, with leniency regulation, there is no guarantee anymore.
Very nice product so that you can not / can not give any guarantee at all.
I have now bought another brand of bicycle.
Feels a lot better immediately.

On the standard response emails that they respond within 10 working days (1x had a real response), I was not wiser by phone. Actually always been well in my place at Centraal Beheer. They helped me with legal aid after an accident that went very well. and I am also insured for breakdown assistance. which actually always comes faster than the ANWB. Is just totally toppie. well you paid for it. Central Management is somewhat more expensive than another insurer. but I'm still happy.

My annuity expired on December 1. I received information about this at the beginning of October. Because some things were not entirely clear to me, I sent an email to Centraal Beheer on 11-10 with a few questions. On 14-10 I received answers, but these again led to new questions and on 18-10 I sent another mail to get clarification. I receive a confirmation that they are doing their best to respond within 5 days. Then I hear nothing. No mail, no phone call; nothing. I make a few more attempts to get an answer and finally I get a call on 26-11. I was not at home and our daughter indicated that. So I received an answer by e-mail, which raised even more questions than it answered. They claim that they have contacted them by telephone several times, but that they have not succeeded. But neither on our 'missed call list' in the telephone, nor on our answering machine are missed calls. As a customer service, I would then send an e-mail, because that is a means that is being responded to, but Centraal Beheer does not opt for that.
Due to a holiday, I was unable to respond before 1 December, with the result that I was unable to make a choice and was therefore forced to opt for the option proposed by Centraal Beheer.
If, as a financial service provider, you are unable to provide clear answers (for example, I asked for a 'yes' or 'no' as an answer, but again received an extensive text from which I had to decide yes or no) and moreover, if you do not respond within a reasonable amount of time, you have not understood the word customer service.

After 6 working days and 6 phone calls further, no action was taken here for my request for a WA - Car insurance, they promise to call you twice before a certain time but have not received a call. Postpone again and again and all in all, they have not arranged anything after 8 days. They do not keep their promises, and here you can read more complaints about Central Management. I think it's a mess here! I can never be sure that I will be here again after 3 or 4 years as their customer!

I just called Central Management and got an employee on the phone who says Erik Heette. There was no pleasant waiting time. I had a question about a direct debit that I had incorrectly reversed, afterwards I could still pay it. That was the annual collection. During the interview, the group discount that was given to my health insurer went to my old employer, where I no longer work. During the conversation I also created an account on central management while I still called. This makes it easier for me to see which insurance policies I have with Centraal Beheer. Very nice that there was so much patience on the phone, I have experienced this differently at other companies! All my questions were answered because I also had a question about EAG Assuradeuren Eindhoven, but they are not part of Centraal Beheer. I thought it was a very pleasant conversation.

Unfortunately out of our fault, we had to contact several times with central management. We have a lot of insurance policies running here. 1x car total loose and this is neat and quickly handled. For business, we have legal assistance insurance and have had to appeal to it recently. Once the ball started rolling everything went very positively and we are very happy with the outcome! Big compliment for central management / Achmea legal aid!

Bag fillers and crooks! I can't make it more beautiful.
After more than 10 years of damage-free driving, someone hits my car, the other party is wrong. Legal aid does not want to do its job because central management has insured me private insurance instead of company insurance, but does receive a premium from me for 10 years. It is incidentally a box truck with tailgate, not really a car that you as a private person will drive. when taking out this insurance, I clearly stated what kind of car it is and that it is a company car. Now I can go after my pennies myself, watch out here people you get this as a gift if you have been a customer for 2 years with 2 cars and household contents and liability insurance with them, this could have been a disaster for me if I had a damage had been caused by my fault. They are really looking for a way not to have to pay or to assist you in legal proceedings.

Worthless insurance company. Promise a lot with their beautiful advertising. 1 bell and we will arrange it for you ... unfortunately not my experience.
A few weeks ago we tried to steal our scooter. A screw in the ignition lock turned to make it so impossible to start the scooter. (according to our scooterdealer also the way to pull the cylinder out of the steering lock). Even arranged a bus in the evening to not have to leave the scooter at night. Called Centraal Beheer and this means that this is vandalism (and of course this only falls under the most expensive insurance option) .... too ridiculous for words. Vandalism is kicking a mirror off or making a scratch on the scooter. Slot has deliberately been disabled to come and steal the scooter at a later date. With the remark that I had better let the scooter stand overnight because of the theft insurance, I was indeed informed that it had been insured.
All in all a big disappointment.

UPDATE:
Meanwhile I have been called by webcare, which luckily took my complaint seriously. It was admitted that this should never have been put on vandalism and the damage is paid out in its entirety. Increase my stars from 1 to 3.

Very bad experiences with a car accident a few weeks ago. Now they sell your car without even asking if you agree with the amount that the buyer has offered. They make 2x mistakes by telephone. Had to argue for a very long time about a loan car while I'm just entitled to it !! But the car is now, according to them, sold for the amount that that car is not worth at all, 2x a different amount heard. I have not even had the opportunity to buy the car back myself. For my hereafter never again central management unfortunately !!!!

UPDATE: JUST IS NOT LISTENED TO THE CUSTOMER AT CENTRAL MANAGEMENT. From day 1 that the damage has been reported, mistakes have been made by the company's employees. And now all of a sudden I receive all the letters that I don't have to pay anything 5 days later you get a bill from a car insurance company that is no longer running and whose car no longer exists and is on the road.

Very bad insurance. Alarm line called because there were problems abroad. Long waiting time when you call, connection that breaks when connected. Compensation promised and this would also appear on the mail. Now zero on the account, they don't have a single note that I called several times. They do not want to see the telephone bill of more than 1.5 hours with proof. More than 3 decades of travel insurance and never submitted anything. Even as a regular customer you will be treated like old dirt!

Worst insurance company ever communication is really a zero. They send you business by mail and all follow-up by post. Handy when you are almost not at home. I am suddenly no longer insured without being informed by email, what is the effort. This could simply have been prevented if the entire progress went through one communication channel and not partly via mail and partly via mail. Ridiculous. I advise everyone in my area not to work with these prutsers. Oct. 7 is no longer insured but still collects premium on Oct. 21. Really no words for that.

Is deteriorating rapidly. I have been with this insurance for over 20 years and had few problems in the past. Of course, sometimes a claim was made and sometimes rejected for understandable reasons.
Unfortunately, this society appears to be declining by leaps and bounds.

Example: Trailer stolen from the garden. (Obviously) excluded from insurance and no reimbursement.

What stings me more is the fact that I do not hear anything for 2 weeks after the damage report and after calling myself I am told that the damage will not be compensated.

According to the colleagues via the chat this was simply insured, but the claims handler informed me that the colleagues in the chat did not know what they were talking about.
Very useful of course if you have a question about insurance.

Since Centraal Beheer (in their own words) has no idea what they are talking about, I switch with my full package to another insurer. Maybe it costs a few euros extra, but I am happy to pay for that.

Requesting a DIY help via Central Management for hanging a blunt door, thus: adjusting the frame and hanging the blunt door. The handyman looked away, complex and lengthy job. So handyman did away with it. Pay 65 euros. Total fiasco and shameful, from Zoofy.
Klus was later cleared by "De Klussenier", was done fantastically and very satisfied, job lasted 6 hours, merantie slats placed.
