I would like to understand dear friars if those rumors circulating about cold meals and little bread if a person asks for it and is not given, if they are true. And if they were true, the friars pray less and behave like St. Francis. Then on the reviews the friars, as would be obvious, would respond to the review of those people who are dissatisfied with their services, to make it clear to those who have to give as me, that the gift is actually given: If I don't see all this I will be forced in spite of myself to rise the eight x thousand to the church.

The intentions are meritorious but the behavior of the guests leaves something to be desired.
