I have a few insurances with CBA for a few years. Happy with the services provided so far, and I'm especially relieved that when I finally needed to utilize those, the processes went smoothly. The waiting time on the phone can be quite long but the people who have handled my cases so far have been understanding and helpful. My claims were also resolved quickly and no non-sense.
