Not only expensive, but also not good value for money. Damage windows after 10 years not reimbursed. As if double-glazed windows no longer last. Furthermore after 30 years of loyal problem-free customer (home and car) find out that they are not customer friendly and empathetic at all. Premium is 20% more expensive. I would never recommend central management to anyone again.
