A very bad and expensive company! Think very carefully before taking insurance from this company. Premiums are much higher than at other companies and employees provide different information and are surprised how their colleague may have provided certain information. Furthermore, they do not adhere to call-back agreements and make administrative mistakes that make insurance 'disappear'. There are always 'failures' in their system.
Be careful with claim-free years. If you are not alert you 'lose' your claim-free years.
