I was at central management to record a pitch video for the FOTY awards. I did not know that there were places for seats to meat. Next time when I meet with a fellow entrepreneur I will do this here. Perfect and beautiful place and also an eatery.

Very unreliable insurer. I have been paying a premium for a housing guarantee insurance for years. Never had any damage or claimed. (we never tell small things). But recently I got a letter that they just say my insurance because they stop it.
They also offer no alternative at all. I do not understand that this is possible.
I will light my light at the AFM. From me they can give CB a billions of fine for this action. If a company is going to phase out something, you as a consumer would want to know a year in advance to arrange something else.
Deathly sick, I am going to work on the graais that are only there to make the rich richer.

in response to the response: I have already e-mailed to CB, but that has already been weeks ago. Have not heard anything yet.
The last email from CB was that they needed info about my house numbers. I did not think that was normal either. How can it be that I insure something and the insurer does not even know which house numbers belong to this? After my answer on 22 OCTOBER I have not heard anything anymore.
It will be busy with complaining customers because our neighbors have just received a letter.

Horrible. Currently faced with an issue for the second time in 20 years, during which I was completely overheated. I am terribly disappointed in the service, and that while I am insured for everything (inside, country house, all risk)! I was referred to legal aid! There, too, I am on hold for half an hour after I have first reported the matter neatly and I have been indicated to answer within 2 working days without response! I pay a lot of money to all insurance policies and then hear that I am not insured for this matter ... very special ... the legal aid also lost my request by email and it was nowhere to be found , while I have indeed received confirmation of my request ... I had to tell my whole story again. I believe I'm done ... after 20 years!

My advice was and remains DO NOT. DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH CENTRAL MANAGEMENT. after my complaint, employee Patricia wanted to help me, but apparently she was stopped. Thank you Patricia for your effort, but it didn't help.
Because according to the complaints handler, they are in their right not to compensate my damage because it would not be insured. But if I indicate that I called twice to inquire whether I would be insured, their answer was YES both times. And now it turns out to be no. Conclusion SCAMMERS. I am now looking for another insurance company that is honest, so people if you know a good person, I would like to hear from you. Because I want to get away from these scammers ASAP

Before I took out insurance, I indicated that I and my wife have expensive things. My wife is currently having a difficult time, she is depressed, and sometimes she is not always sharp, if she has lost or forgotten something, or that is compensated or not? I have reported damage to central management, and it now appears that the damage will NOT be compensated, because my wife has been negligent. As one of the largest insurance companies, you can't do such a bland thing. it is a scam, the employee informed me incorrectly, so I took out the insurance. They have collected the premium, but do not provide any service for that. And if you file a complaint against the decision, you will get an employee on the line who is protecting his / her colleague.
Do not take out insurance with Centraal Beheer, they do not meet their agreements.

Very bad company, I advise everyone not to take out their (car) insurance here. I have been insured with my spouse for over 15 years and now I am treated as if I am not important. I recently bought a new car and wanted to insure it. However, they refused because I had 'too many' cars insured. I currently have 2 cars and a moped to my name. Because they refused me, other insurances can no longer insure me without investigation. I have also received a warning from the RDW that I have to insure my car and otherwise receive a fine of 400. Insurance with Centraal Beheer Achmea, NOT recommended

They earn too much and are not concerned with insurance.

I reported storm damage nearly three weeks ago, but haven't received a response yet. Already tried calling several times but each time the waiting time was more than half an hour.

However, when I indicate in the selection menu that I want to register as a new customer, I almost immediately get an employee on the line (who cannot / should not help me with the claim settlement). Apparently it is more important for Centraal Beheer to acquire new customers than to satisfy existing customers.

Wanted to apply for car insurance here. I have never experienced such an unfriendly acceptance department in my life. With a foreign surname you cannot take out a Mercedes or BMW insurance here. They always find something to reject the application:
Your neighborhood is too unsafe, your neighbor is blacklisted, etc. etc.
And to decide that, they take 2 weeks. So first let people drive around uninsured for 2 weeks.

The worst insurance company in the Netherlands. I found a car insurance through independer I chose it because it was cheapest, after a month I was called by a Mrs. from Central Administration that the amount is not correct and that I have to pay more but because it was an error of independer I received back the amount that was overcharged. After a following month, Mrs. called that they have corrected and that I have to pay even more. Then I sold the car and I was told that I still paid too little and that I still had to pay extra. Ultimately, instead of 60, I had to pay 180 monthly. Certainly not recommended.

Interpolis states that your luggage is (additionally) insured against loss and theft.
However, Interpolis believes that the term 'theft' means that your property is stolen in your presence. You must be able to see or touch your property.

Example: Is your coat stolen from the coat rack in a restaurant? You are not insured because you have not taken care of your coat. The jacket was not in your presence.

If you ask an employee to give an example of 'theft', they (all) indicate that pickpocketing or being robbed are the only forms of theft that are covered by the insurance.

The bait at both Interpolis and Rabobank are all debunked in the fine print.

If you have a chronic condition that suddenly worsens, you have no foot to stand on under central management. After all, you already knew. Although it could have gone well forever. You will be portrayed as some criminal or saboteur who is lying together. This is what 1 employee said.
