Staff need to learn how to treat a customer. Not all of them. But especially one was super rude, unpleasant, with a huge attitude. Came there to pick up the used bike. Already have sent the down payment. I was approved for the loan. Drove from Chicago with the rented trailer. And ended up going empty handed, just because of the guy named Ryan, and his manager Jake, or John, can't remember the name. I actually had to explain a guy why I wanted to lower the price for 200$. And even if they were really firm on the price, I would got it, because I really liked the bike, and basically already bought it, but I didn't want to give my money to such a rude persons. That is not how you do business, and how you treat a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone. Didn't smile even once, made me feel uncomfortable. Like he was actually mad that I had to be there, and that I am buying a bike. Was giving me mad stares while I was trying to find the right jacket with the other sales guy, who was actually really awesome and helpful.
Steve from financing was super nice and helpful, and some of the guys from the sales floor too.
But as I sad, these two guys made me hate the store, and made me cancel the sale, just because of their attitude. I was more happy to loose gas, toll, trailer rent money, and the bike I liked, than to do business with them. Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. And I will go to the other dealer, which will actually treat me like a human being.
