They had my biddies bike for a repair and it took them several months to get the part and get it fixed. They were bad at returning calls. When the bike was finally fixed they left it out in front of his house. No call that they were coming didn't even ring the door bell. Just left it and ran. There was snow on the ground and his driveway is an incline, they left it outside in the snow at the bottom of his driveway. Just an awful experience.
