After calling around to a number of dealerships, Cedar Creek by far had the best deal on the ATV I purchased. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to work with. Special thanks to Jason Blake in sales, he was very attentive and helpful in working out a deal. James Weber was very helpful with assisting me in reviewing accessories and Kasey Pollock gave a great walk through of the vehicle and had a ton of helpful information regarding using and breaking in the ATV. All around it was a great experience.

Purchased few months ago my CanAm Outlander and I have to admit that was a pleasant experience. Friendly people starting with Mark in sales and ending with the guys from parts and service department. To pay back the "favor " I came back today to do my first service recomended even if I drove two and a half hours from Chicago suburbs.Again no regrets. Jason from service department and Wyatt my technician did a great job. I am a company senior manager and know what is a real customer service . Glad I find that at CedarCreek. Keep going.

Kasey's service team flawlessly installed new lights and a boss v-plow on my 4 wheeler. After the first use it was discovered that the manufacturer made an error. Kasey had the 4 wheeler picked up and returned within 24 hours all ready to go. Appreciate the quick and convenient service. Thanks

Horrible experience. I was calling around a few dealerships to get an out the door price on a new model Honda. I was paying cash by the way, I wanted to be in and out. The gentleman I spoke to, I wish I knew his name, basically told me that the price I got from another dealership was BS and that there s no way I ll get the model for that cheap. I then said I negotiated and wondered if they could beat the price and he hung up on me. I will never consider doing business with them again.

We originally were going to purchase the bike from a dealership that was closer to home, but decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to purchase from Cedar Creek as Nick (in sales) and other staff members that assisted us were absolutely amazing! We weren t pressured into anything and we were treated with respect and taken care of quickly! Called Thursday and we were able to purchase our new bike the next day!

I truly cannot say enough about Cedar Creek Motors...

I truly cannot say enough about Cedar Creek Motorsports. I purchased a scooter from them in 2016 and have had them service and store it during the winter since then. However, this summer I got into a very minor accident and my insurance declared the scooter a total loss. This was literally devastating for me because I have to pay so much to park at my job -- using the scooter in the summer saves me literally hundreds of dollars. Naturally, the insurance payout didn't even get me close to purchasing a new one. Just before I let Progressive take the scooter, I contacted Cedar Creek, explained my situation in detail (including the fact that I was VERY limited with funds but really needed to get the scooter road-worthy again). I promptly began working with Kasey Pollock (service advisor), who entirely understood my predicament and worked with me every step of the way. To me, there is nothing worse than wondering if you're getting the runaround or feeling like you're not being listened to or respected. I never had those concerns once while working with Kasey and I'll recommend him and Cedar Creek to everyone I can.

My experience with Cedar Creek Motorsports started...

My experience with Cedar Creek Motorsports started out well until I made my purchase of a 2012 Can Am Spyder. My salesperson committed to providing me with three items (the missing owners manual, a missing antenna boot, and some touch up paint). I only ever received the touch up paint for which I am thankful. I had to wait 6 weeks to receive my plates. My biggest disappointment was that I was refused the $200 in free gear that they advertised on their website. On the day of the sale, June 2nd, I was told the offer expired even though all of my paperwork was dated in May which is when I made a deposit on the Spyder. There has been zero post-sale contact or follow-up from the dealership, not sure if this is a common practice or not. It seems many others rate their experience with Cedar Creek Motorsports much higher than mine so I may have simply worked with the wrong salesperson.

I had a great experience working with Bryan on the purchase of a Polaris Ace 150 for my son. It was a surprise for my son and Bryan along with the finance guy kept it under wraps until the very end when I surprised him with the Ace 150. I have purchased from Cedar Creek since 1998 and will always go back even though it is a bit of a drive from Sheboygan Falls. Keep up the great customer service!!!!!

Cash buyer of a brand new Honda PCX 150. Absolutely love my new scooter, however during the purchase I asked what the break in was. I was told it was an oil change, partially true. But at delivery was told it's also an aditional inspection. Total service is $200. Was not happy, nor was the sales service. I was past off from my sales person on delivery date, even though i called the day prior. In addition i was never thanked for my business. I put my own plates on and the parking brake was never connected. This is my 4th bike and the only one I will buy from Cedar Creek.

I'm glad to see the owner reading and responding to reviews here. That, and the showroom shows he wants to make his customers happy.

I bought a new, left-over 2015 CBR500R ABS here last Friday, 4/27/2018. Traded in my 2012 Silver Wing ABS. The showroom is huge; no lack of bikes, and the used bikes get the same respect as new ones, with two full aisles of them right down the center of the store. The used bikes look like they've been gone over and really present well. I'm an Illinois customer and made the trek up here because the Illinois dealers are kind of snotty and greedy in comparison.

I found a few used bikes I liked through their ads on Cycle Trader, then went to my local dealer, to give them a chance. They had a left-over 2017 non ABS model for which they were asking the full MSRP, and wouldn't budge. (In their defense, I'm sure they'll get their asking price for it this week...) There was also $1,000 worth of fees and taxes, and they also wouldn't budge on these. They offered me the same price as Cedar Creek for my trade-in. (fair) The sales guy I worked with was a young guy (Randy, I think?) who rides a CBR600RR. Nice guy, but didn't follow through on his offer to try to get me a free T-shirt. :)

In the middle of the store, there are mini desks for 9 sales guys. Behind them are a couple desks for sales managers, who coordinate with the shop to evaluate potential trades and who do the wheeling and dealing. It's a pretty good system; everybody has their job. The sales manager who helped me was courteous and straight-forward; he didn't try to make it sound like my trade was a piece of junk; just presented it as it is: A couple of minor scrapes and it needs tires, so they came down a bit compared to the ballpark estimate I got by phone.



My one complaint is that when it was time to finalize the paperwork and actually pay, I had to wait and wait and wait, at LEAST 40 minutes. There was only one guy doing that, and he was working with another customer who seemed to be a talker. Dammit, I was going to miss my daughter's party! I got Randy and pleaded for him to get me someone else to do this, or I'd have to leave on my old bike. He got another manager, Chad I think, who got me through it quickly. I wound up only being 25 minutes late to my daughter's party. :( In their defense, they *were* busy for a Friday morning, but they've got to figure out a way to get the sale finalized quicker. Keep both of those final sales offices manned and if there are no sales, I'm sure they can be doing something else around the place to help out.

Edit May 2, 2018: Thanks to the owner for the response. You may have just earned a repeat customer, despite being 80 miles away. I'm in the market for some riding shoes and summer weight gloves...

There are few places that listen to you in powersports and treat you how you want to. We were clear about our goals and they met us with a clean, frustration-free transaction, and did suggest some "hey you might want to consider" items to make sure we thought things through. Finally the wiring for a battery tender was pre-installed, which truly showed me that this team uses their products and is ready to prepare anyone to be a happy owner!

Amazing Service Department. They've earned my business for all future powersport needs, and I am a very picky customer. They stood behind their work and made things right. I can't say enough about it. I brought them a mess and they cleaned it up and fixed it the right way, brought in experts when they needed to and made sure everything was running correctly. Worst service ever . Totally incompetent people working here. I have no trust what so ever in this place as far as service goes!!!

Replying from response: I am the previous owner of Pioneer Service other family runs it now. It was my machine and all I have to say is when you hear one thing from the service advisor and then a different thing from the service manger I don't know who to trust. Beware absolute switch and bait service dept. Lots of lies hear. I happen to also know several individuals that work here and most not certified.

Had a good buying experience at Cedar Creek Motorsports this year (2020). Bryan Driebel did a good job in customer service and took care of some very important details when I bought a used motorcycle recently.
I am very happy with the purchase and will consider Cedar Creek Motorsports again. When buying a vehicle it is nice when the deal is complete to feel like you made the right decision in the purchase.
That is exactly how I felt when I bought my motorcycle from Cedar Creek Motorsports.

Bought a honda pioneer 500 from them early summer ...

Bought a honda pioneer 500 from them early summer with the contingency it would fit in my truck. They said it would. They did not help to load it, or even offer, see picture below this is how I ended up. Could have been killed.

They were closing so they told me to come back for it the next day. Since it did not fit in my truck I wanted to get the bigger one (700). They made me pay for all the damages and gave no deal on the 700.

I now go to sheboygan needless to say. I am still baffled that this happened and they did not even care.

I actually ordered a hard top for it from them a while later, they delivered a lawnmower exhaust system.

UPDATE: In the sprit of full disclosure...I was contacted by Mike today from Cedar Creek Motorsports. He confirmed that the dealership WOULD be sending a new mirror housing and the paint sticks. I appreciate the effort and want to make sure I reflected their customer service effort here. Nobody is perfect, but I do sincerely appreciate the effort to make this a better buying experience, than I originally had. So, THANK YOU CEDAR CREEK MOTORSPORTS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. I am changing my rating to four stars, from my original 2 stars. Still probably a couple areas that could improve, but by simply making the effort to fix this...that showed me that this dealer cares, and that was all I wanted to know.

Purchased "demonstrator" 2018 Goldwing Tour this week from Nick at Cedar Creek. Long distance purchase, drove in from Omaha to pick it up. Just wanted to say that I am a bit disappointed that they didn't really clean up the bike prior to my pickup last Monday. Scratched mirror housing and fender weren't exactly thrilling either. The hill assist light will be checked out by our mechanics here in Omaha, and it is under warranty!

On the positive side, there was a guy named STEVE, who was VERY helpful in getting my bike loaded on the trailer. HE seemed to know more about the bikes than any of the staff there. ALEX in the business office was easy to work with, also. Nice folks.

Bought my second bike yesterday from Nick. Between his fantastic salesmanship - not pushy, super nice, and very helpful - and Chad's great personality while filling out paperwork, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

I went to the shop last year when I was looking to buy my first bike and they were equally great - even though I didn't buy anything. I hate a strong-arm sales approach and these guys were ideal for me.

Drove all the way from Loves Park, IL to get a new bike. I was not only stoked about the bike but also that this was the first dealership to give me a promo shirt for my bike and they also have a bell to ring when you purchase from them. Nick, my salesman, held the bike a week for me so I could organize a trailer and truck to haul my new 2019 Ninja ZX-6R ABS. My finance guy was Chad Larson who helped me get in and out with my bike, sign all the paperwork, and make sure everything was done correctly. Chad even gave me 3 promo shirts for me and my party to match my bike! Shout-out to Nick and another employee, who I didn't get the name of, for helping me strap the bike down and getting me on my way. Great Staff, Great Service, Very accommodating and not pushy. When I explained I wanted to buy and just did not have a lot of time to stop in, paper work, etc.; they squared me away over the phone, went through everything in about 30 minutes, and had it loaded on the trailer ready to go when I was done signing everything.

Great Job Cedar Creek Motorsports. Will definitely recommend you in the future.

My husband, Ryan and I, purchased a 2012 Honda Goldwing from Cedar Creek Motorsports just this week. It was my first experience there and I would highly recommend them! There are so many dealerships where you feel nothing but pressure to buy that same day, not there.

We went in there on a Saturday afternoon and worked with the salesman Jonathan. Though he is new to Cedar Creek Motorsports, he was always transparent with us. If we had a question that he didn't know the answer to, he got the right information for us. He took the time to get to know us, find out what our needs were with a motorcycle and made great suggestions for us to look at. He was there throughout the entire process, we enjoyed working with him!

The only negative thing I have to say about them is, prior to us filling out the application for the motorcycle, we made it very clear that we were also interested in purchasing new helmets, jackets and possible other gear - we were hoping to bundle that into our loan for one payment. This information was given to a few others who helped us throughout the financial process. Unfortunately, we found out that we weren't able to do that when we went to sign the paperwork for the motorcycle that we couldn't bundle apparel with the bike loan.

Thankfully, it all worked out in the end. We had other means to pay for our gear, Keenan in that area was great in suggesting helmets, jackets and also installing our blue tooth SENA 10S sets in both of our helmets & saved us money!

Overall they provide a great environment for purchasing toys like our new bike! I would definitely recommend them for any first-time buyers as well as a veteran buyer!

I have never in my history of dealing with motorcy...

I have never in my history of dealing with motorcycle dealers or even car dealers for that matter take so much care and consideration into helping me with my purchase of my Wr250r. I drove from Michigan only to find they were closed on Mondays. We knocked on the door and were told that they could see what they could do, and out of the kindness of his heart, Chad came in to get my financing together and get my bike out the door. I can t tell you how appreciative I am that I didn t have to drive all the way back to Waterford Michigan. Oh and also for anyone reading this, Don t bother these guys on their day off, my one and only time I promise .

They always seem to have the best price and the Sales, Finance, Parts and Service departments are all top notch. I live about an hour and a half away and it is worth the drive everytime:)

You were friendly, however my bike came with a 3 year warranty and I didn't like your financing department put on an additional 5 year warranty that cost me quote a bit of money I was not aware of. Thats is why I will not be back to Cedar creek ever again! I hate when dealerships does sneaky tactics to boost their sales!

The parts department has been a great help to me I recently acquired a 1971 Honda SL100 and have been restoring it. I have called other dealers to see if they can find the parts for me but have not been successful. Ceder Creek Motorsports found the part I needed and it even had to come from Canada now that is service. I want to thank them for helping me find the parts and I will keep using them for all my services.

We have purchased 2 Spark Trixx's from Bryan before and now a 2019 Maverick X3 XDS Turbo R and a 2020 Skidoo Freeride. Bryan is nothing short of a great salesmen to work with.
