I bought a new atv today and dealt with Alex in the office and Brian on the floor! Both really good dudes, couldn t be more happy with my experience at cedar creek motorports.

Bought a 2014 victory cross country about 3 months ago everything I asked them about they said they had. I drove 45 minutes to there dealership after they tell me over the phone that they have it to have them tell me that they dont have it and there not a victory dealer anymore and they have to order it. Screwed up my whole trip. Never doing business with them again. Not gonna refer them to anyone.

Bad service had my side by side for about a month had fight with them to get it covered under warranty when I called to ask to see why it was taking so long they told me there were a couple snowmobiles ahead of me. In the middle of summer!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I asked why it took so long I was told You didn't buy it here. No I did not now I will never buy or have anything serviced there.

Great team of people to deal with! Recently purchased a Maverick X3 Ds and couldn't be happier with the sale. They returned phone calls when they said they would ( unlike my local dealer) so I traveled 1 1/2 hrs to make this purchase and an glad I did. They have alot of experience with these machines. I would not hesitate to bring it back to them for any work needed, especially upgrades. Even tho they are 1.5hrs away I'm happy to call them my Can Am dealer!!

We worked with Jason to purchase a Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us advice and on guidance and was extremely knowledgeable on the different OHV's their uses and the options/accessories. We also purchased a Stacyc bike for our 5 year old. Despite living 1:30 hours away, we will drive back to Cedar Creek for our motorsports needs! Thank you!

After getting final pricing on a four trax foreman, I get a call from the salesman, Kyle stating, he can't get that machine, however, he will do the deal with a four trax rancher and save me 200 dollars.

That machine listed for $1,900 less than the machine we were quoted!

While out in a boat fishing today, I was talking to my fishing partner about buying a four wheeler. He asked me where we were buying it from and I told him Cedar Creek. He laughed and told me to go somewhere else. I guess he was right.

I worked with Mark at Cedar Creek and it was a great experience. They were quite busy, but at no time did I feel like I was disregarded during my purchase. Mark checked in on my and my young son continuously, and made the purchase go over great. Mark also took the time to walk me through the next steps as far as maintenance, and I will be bringing my quad back to them to get it tuned up and some new tires/rims put on. I will definitely be going back when I am in the market for another ATV or UTV. Thank you again!

I purchase my used motorcycle here about a month ago, worked with Kyle and Chad both really good guys and the buying experience was great. But unfortunately I do feel a bit deceived, I came in to purchase a 2013 Kawasaki Zx6r with abs as advertised on there website only to find that it does not have abs and is the standard model, I do feel that I payed over book price for the bike considering it does not have the abs. There were other options closer to home that had lower prices but I made the trip up to cedarcreek from Chicago because of this feature as it was pretty important to me. And was told it had abs. As a first time buyer I didn t know what to look for to ensure it had abs.(so shame on me) I feel this may have been an honest mistake since the Kawasaki s only really indication is a sticker on the fork of the motorcycle and it being used could have been removed by the previous owner but after having the bike inspected by a third party I found that it does not. Overall good buying experience but please make sure you don t make false claims.

Less than 24 hrs after posting this I talked to cedar creek Motorsports and they went above and beyond to find a resolution. Very satisfied and great customer service. This is how sales should be done. Thanks again! I will be back at your shop in the future.

Bought my first ATV this past weekend. Al was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about the functions I needed without having the "sales guy pressure to buy" I experienced elsewhere. Great experience and ready to hit the ground running with my new ATV.

Had the ATV I bought from them in for new tires, tune up and battery. Picked it up only to find one wheels lug nuts were only finger tightened and ruined wheel when it almost came completely off while my son was riding. Had to take it back in to be replaced. No apology. This week with the colder weather, it would not start. Pulled the battery that I was billed for when it was supposedly replaced and it was the original battery from 2012. Called them and they did give me a replacement battery but again no apology. I m left to wonder what other parts of the tune up I was billed for but not done. I will likely not be back.

They are polite but lacking in service having a three week lead time for repairs is not what people are looking for , but your stuck because they are the only ones in the area that service my brand of machine. They lack communication as to the status of your machine.fove weeks to get my machine back

I bought a used 2007 Kawasaki ZX 14 for Cedar Creek Motorsports, I honestly I could not had a better experience. I never once was pressured into buying a bike I could afford because 9.9 out of 10 dealers will do that relentlessly. And the bike is in great condition. They took pics of ALL the minor dings and scratches and we're up front about them and didn't try hiding them. And I got the bike 1000 below Kelly Blue Book witch you can't beat that. Great place to buy or repair your bike. Great staff.

5 stars isn't enough! Do yourself a favor...skip shopping around. It doesn't get better than Bryan and Chad at Cedar Creek! We shopped 5 stores in one day (including a sister store) but the customer service from Bryan at Cedar Creek was by far above and beyond! If he hadn't been so personable and attentive we would have walked back out like we did the other 4 stores, but thanks to Bryan, Cedar Creek has 2 new customers who will gladly refer everyone. Then we met Chad in finance and he was just as awesome! We laughed and had so much fun chatting in his office. Signing papers with Chad was like hanging out with a long time friend. He was professional, personable, and above all else honest. These are two guys we can't wait to work with again.

My family and I were looking for a Jet Ski to purchase and my son really wanted a 2019 Sea-Doo GTI SE 130. After searching every dealer in Northern Indiana we found that they had all been sold, right before we called them. I expanded our search and found Cedar Creek Motorsports. They had the exact "ski" that my son was looking for at a great price. I called and spoke to Bryan and he told me that it was still available so we put down a deposit to hold it and started the process of purchasing it. We worked mainly with Bryan (sales) and Chad Larson. We drove 3 1/2 hours from Indiana to pick it up and it was set up and waiting for us. After a quick signing of the paperwork we were able to drive home and get it out on the lake. Cedar Creek has been awesome so far with everything we needed to do from start to finish! I would definitely go back to them to purchase my next one!!

Well when I called inquiring about a problem I was having with my ignition showing an error when I tried to start the bike I was told they could try some things to fix it, but if I may need a new ignitition system and it would cost around 575.oo dollars. I called another shop and they basically told me the same thing. I went on the internet and found a guy or guys with the same problem, but one was some kind of engineer and he explains what is a flaw which can be corrected with a pennys worth of aluminum foil. I took a piece of foil and installed it. That was four months ago and the bike has started every time I have tried. I am now looking for a perminent solution the is more aesthetically pleasing. I would think the company engineers would be working on this because it would be a simple fix and save customers a lot of money.

They always seem to have the best price and the Sales, Finance, Parts and Service departments are all top notch. I live about an hour and a half away and it is worth the drive everytime:)

My husband, Ryan and I, purchased a 2012 Honda Goldwing from Cedar Creek Motorsports just this week. It was my first experience there and I would highly recommend them! There are so many dealerships where you feel nothing but pressure to buy that same day, not there.

We went in there on a Saturday afternoon and worked with the salesman Jonathan. Though he is new to Cedar Creek Motorsports, he was always transparent with us. If we had a question that he didn't know the answer to, he got the right information for us. He took the time to get to know us, find out what our needs were with a motorcycle and made great suggestions for us to look at. He was there throughout the entire process, we enjoyed working with him!

The only negative thing I have to say about them is, prior to us filling out the application for the motorcycle, we made it very clear that we were also interested in purchasing new helmets, jackets and possible other gear - we were hoping to bundle that into our loan for one payment. This information was given to a few others who helped us throughout the financial process. Unfortunately, we found out that we weren't able to do that when we went to sign the paperwork for the motorcycle that we couldn't bundle apparel with the bike loan.

Thankfully, it all worked out in the end. We had other means to pay for our gear, Keenan in that area was great in suggesting helmets, jackets and also installing our blue tooth SENA 10S sets in both of our helmets & saved us money!

Overall they provide a great environment for purchasing toys like our new bike! I would definitely recommend them for any first-time buyers as well as a veteran buyer!

Drove 2 hours to pick up my 2021 summit 850. Jason was my salesman and was very friendly to deal with. Not only did he get me set up with my new sled but also had a parts associate come get me set up with all my aftermarket parts right away and also brought out a service technician to go through the sled and fill me in with insight on how to properly maintain the sled. Excellent job all around.

They tried to rip me off. I purchased a motorcycle from them with cash and was told that the lady who does the registration is gone for the day, so they would have to mail it out. I waited a week and no registration so I called and was told she left early for the day and it should be mailed out next week. So I waited another week and same story when I called back, she was gone for the day and no one there could answer any questions. After 3 weeks of this I contacted the DMV and filed a complaint. After an agent looked into my case, she determined that they charged me fees that were not legal and needed to be refunded. The reason for the registration not being transferred was they didn t have a clean title. They were waiting on a lien release. Just lies after lies from these people. Do not buy from here.

I bought a new Kawy Versys 650 at this dealer. Their prices are great and service is super. Kyle is an outstanding sales guy and will walk you through everything you need to know before you buy a ride. I actually drove almost 100 miles to buy it here and would do it again. They communicated and replied back every time I texted and answered all my calls. Strongly recommended.

Every time I deal with these guys I get a runaround, unfortunately. The last bike I bought, new, was given to me with a broken side mirror. Before I left, I brought it up and the guy came out and fumbled around with it. Assuring me it had just popped out of its plastic, I left. By the time I was home, the plastic piece had already popped out and after deeper inspection I found it was definitely broken. Most recently, I called asking about ATV tires. I was told they had a set on-hand for $300 and the guy just needed to verify with the owner that they were still available. He'd call me first thing Monday morning. Tuesday, after not receiving a call I checked in. We spoke and he said come on in and get them. I told him my rim sizes to ensure everything would go smoothly and he verified everything would work. I trailer'd my atv and made the drive the next morning. When I got there, I was told the price was $350, NOT $300. Still a great deal, but not what I was quoted initially. I left my wheeler there and before I was even 2 miles away, the service guy called and said the tires wont fit on my rims. Really? Being a customer since 2001 my best advice to potential shoppers is to watch everything and get all the details. It's rare I've shopped here and someone there either gave me incorrect information or "forgot" to give me something that was promised. Thankfully there is now a reliable Honda dealer in Sheboygan who will be getting all my business from here out.

EDIT: After seeing the response form the owner, I must point out a few things. First, there was ONE phone conversation where I DID measure my rims while on the phone. I was told the tires would fit. The only other phone call was me calling in again regarding pricing when I didn't receive the call back that I was promised. (Which I was told one price only to arrive and get quoted another as stated above.) Second, to cedar creeks credit, I was informed that shortly after leaving this review they attempted to contact me. Unfortunately they left messages on an old number that I haven't lived at since 2003. Not sure why all the times I've come in since and given my cell was ever used to update the records. I called and left a message and was never called back. Now it's quite a while after my initial review so I certainly do not expect them to resolve the issue with the broken plastic, but I wanted to update this review with more detail. Ive also added a star for the attempt to contact me, even though it was never successful. Cedar creek has been around a long time and if I decide to do business with them again in the future I'll be sure to rate the experience.

Ryan was helpful, quick to respond, and they completed everything I had requested. Chad was also very friendly and transparent. I will recommend them. 5/5!

Flawless transaction. I live in the Fox Valley and was in the market for a new Kawasaki Mule Trans4x4. I knew exactly what I wanted, but the local dealers were either insanely expensive or wouldn't even return my email when I asked them to compete with other Kawasaki dealers within 100 miles. Of the 13 emails I sent to as many Kawasaki dealers, Cedar Creek Motor Sports was one of only five who responded; Cedar Creek Motor Sports was the only Kawasaki dealer to have a Mule Trans4x4 in stock and ready for sale. As most everyone knows, as a result of market conditions -- including the pandemic -- it's a seller's market, plain and simple; dealers know it and most are taking full advantage of it ... this was/is not true of Cedar Creek Motor Sports. Randy, my sales representative, not only emailed me, but he called me as well. He let me know that he had what I wanted in stock and put Cedar Creek Motor Sports best foot forward -- right up front -- in terms of price (I knew exactly what I wanted, so at this point it was all about price and availability). Randy was EXTREMELY responsive with me, in calling me back and getting all paperwork to me via email to sign and lock in the deal (for the record, Cedar Creek Motor Sports price was $1,800.00 less than two of my most local Kawasaki dealerships). Chad, Cedar Creek Motor Sports financing and options representative contacted me immediately via email and phone call as well to discuss financing and additional option details. Deal closing and physical pick up went smoothly and quickly. Randy -- and clearly the entire Cedar Creek Motor Sports team behind him -- had my Mule sitting in the showroom, ready for pick up, the moment I walked through their door. Randy proceeded to explain and show my wife and I all of the features of the Mule and how to work all of those features; he was quite thorough. Then came the dreaded meeting with the finance person. Randy escorted us to Chad's office and I was expecting the worst, in terms of high pressure financing/extended warranty/optional equipment sales. Well, I'll cut to the chase; Chad is a big, burly guy who could be quite intimidating, but that was NOT our experience AT ALL. Chad was thorough in explaining their financing options and going through the extended warranty and optional equipment options -- BUT THERE WERE NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. Really? Market conditions and product availability were TOTALLY in Cedar Creek Motor Sports favor, yet they didn't take advantage of that ... THEY DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. Every aspect of Cedar Creek Motor Sports team, including me calling their mechanic with some specific questions after I got my Mule home, was no less than flawless and pleasant. My cost for all of this superb service and support? Exactly 81.9 miles (from my home). If you're in the market for anything that Cedar Creek Motor Sports sells, start there -- with Cedar Creek Motor Sports -- as your labor in finding the best dealership in terms of price, no pressure sales tactics, and service after the sale will likely end right there. I can't say this enough; Cedar Creek Motor Sports had EVERY opportunity to attempt take advantage of market conditions that were TOTALLY in their favor, BUT THEY DID NOT. I came in looking for my very first motorcycle and Johnathan found me something perfect for my size and needs! Steven in parts was very knowledgeable and assisted me with finding a safe helmet and jacket. And Chad was super helpful and friendly in the finance department and ran me through the process efficiently. Overall, I had the best experience I could ve possibly had! The dealership was very clean and welcoming and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly.

Edit : 2016 Honda CTX700N posted $3687 on CycleTrader and Your Website. Arrived there after driving from Chicago for 2hrs. Salesperson knew i was coming, exchanged few emails before that. Never mention the $700. When we got there he told us its $4350 before Tax, License and Doc Fees, cause it was in a crate and you charge $700 to assemble it. Didn't want to even let us test drive it if we didn't agree on the price. Didn't even want to talk about negotiating. Made a copy of my DL. I was there. Horrible experience.

We went in to just look at the maverick x3 side x sides. A few days later we took delivery on it. Nick was helpful and they went out and found the machine I wanted in a timely manner. Adam with finance was great to deal with and made everything go smooth. Brendon in the part section was great with adding on parts to the machine. Overall it was a great experience and we received an awesome deal on all of it. I will be making this the dealer I do my business with!

Bought a polaris 850 from them and a year later my engine blew up I called cedar creek and they didn t want to help at all because my WARRANTY was up and they weren t helpful at all for me in any situation they told me $5,000 for a new engine and labor I bought two atvs from them and I will never again will buy again poor service and didn t want to help their customer I rather go to the place who warranted my engine plus labor for $610!!

We went shopping for an ATV for my son. Brian was an excellent sales rep and not only made me comfortable with the purchase but talked to my son and answered any questions he had with respect. The transaction was smooth from start to end with Chad in finance. We shopped around at a few competitors but I felt they were upfront and made the process as easy as could be. We left with the ATV and a huge smile on his face and mine!
