Not Harley friendly - I've used them for years with good success until today. I was charged $55 for a tire change whereas times past it was $32. I asked why the sharp price increase and they said because it's for a Harley. But a Goldwing is still $32 - go figure. Bear in mind I handed them the wheel off the bike, so what's the difference? In the end the service manager actually said he didn't like taking in Harley work because "Harley riders give him attitude". That's a quote. I would respect them more if they simply said they won't do Harley work anymore.
