New 2016 Ninja 1000 purchase - Excellent experience. Bryan was great to work with, all done from out of state via phone/email. Chad made the financing absolutely painless, paperwork was in order and completed when I got there. Keenan in Parts helped order some accessories. And they loaded into my truck with zero drama. (Note - somebody in Service should fix the piano hinge on that forklift bucket)
The whole team at Cedarburg made the buying experience a pleasure.

UPDATE 6/25/18: Discovered 7 weeks after purchase that they overcharged me over $700+ from the agreed upon 'out the door' price. Buyer beware - "Out the door" price is not a total price. They do not include State Tax or Dealer Doc Fee. I find this incredibly deceptive, if not outright fraudulent - particularly when they made no mention of how to get plates, re-title, or the related tax expenses that they know would have to be paid beyond an out the door price. Apparently, "Out the door" to them means something different than what is considered an industry standard total price.

They are now hiding behind paperwork in spite of admitting what was verbally agreed to on a recorded line. Chad, Bryan, and Brett - absolutely horrible and rude post-sale when confronted with their mistake. Have filed paperwork to sue through small claims court in Washington County. Will repost with update.
