Friendly knowledgeable staff. Throughly went over the new Can-am atv with my wife and I. I would definitely buy from them again.

I would never refer anyone to them I came in wit a navy federal pre approved check they refused to call and accept. tried to force me to finance through them when I refused too they said it s policy they can t accept out of state check in all honesty I think this was act of discrimination

I called the service department and got the recorded message 3 times in 2 hrs...."leave your # and we will get right back to you"....6hrs later they called.....I went to the dealership, walked in and had 2 sales guys ask if I needed help.....took my cell out and called the dealership, asked for service....put on hold and then back to a recording.....while I stood looking right at service...

Nick, our Sales professional, did everything right and answered our every question no mater how small and never made us feel stupid. Terrible experience! I was interested in a Spyder that had the stock picture online instead of the actual bike, so I asked for a recent picture. Nathan the salesman said he didn't know how to email one and wanted my phone number to text it to me! Either he isn't trained on this whole email thing (I know it is a new concept) or it was just BS to get me into the store. After no answer all weekend I drove 2 hours to look at it. There was dried glue where they tried to glue the mirror assembly together. There was also a long history of work done. I ended up offering them $995 less than asking to cover a new mirror and possible the GPS that had numerous repairs. After wasting time running around the salesman sent in Bryan? for the closing. He wouldn't drop on the price, then actually told me to look for lesser of a bike! Well Ryan, I was ready to pay cash and could easily afford your bike, in fact if I can't find a good used one I will use the little money I have and buy a new one. But not from you!
So I would avoid these guys, unless you like glued on parts, no dealing, inept salesman and being talked down to. In which case I would definitely recommend them!
Comment after owners response: not sure how you know the bike had fun? Yes, I did ask to see the great service record for this vehicle, but all I saw was repairs to the GPS numerous times, repairs to the grip heaters, multiple leaks etc. Not one page of any service done. All I got was the salesman saying "trust me." Also no comment about the salesman and I'm pretty sure other people would be turned off by dripping glue - could be why it is still there.

Overall I do like this dealership as this is the 3rd recreactional vehicle I have purchased from them. During my recent purchase, I do not feel they test drove the vehicle and I had to bring it back for a quick repair. The vehicle was new so I was a little disappointed. Again, besides this situation, Cedarcreek has been good to deal with.

After my 1997 BMW R1100rt broke down on me I was ready for a new bike. Thought I would try the Honda Gold Wing, Can Am Spyder or another BMW. After looking around and finding the 2018 Honda Gold Wing and Can Am Spyder at Cedar Creek Motorsports I called and talked with Nick Robertson about coming in to test ride both. Went in the next day, meet with Nick and talked over the Honda. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. After taking a ride on the Honda, I new this was the bike for me. Bought it the next day. Everyone at Cedar Creek Motorsports that I ran into were extremely nice. It was a pleasure working with Nick Robertson and Chad Larson, and I look forward to a long and happy relationship. I strongly recommend Cedar Creek Motorsports to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle, watercraft, ATV, etc. You will be treated with respect.

I have been in the market for a new motorcycle recently and found this dealership had the bike I wanted. After reading the google reviews I felt like they would be a good dealership with good customer service. I put a down payment on the bike and drove 2 1/2 hours to the shop the next day. Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted with paperwork and was asked to sign on the agreed price. Then I was directed to go into a separate room to finish the paperwork seemingly being rushed to get out of there. I asked to physically see the motorcycle I was about to purchase before signing anything, and they lead me to the bike which was hidden behind a stack of tires and wedged between a 4 wheeler and 2 groms. Once everything was moved out of the way for me to see it up close, there was scratches on the front fender, front brake lever was bent, side fairing was scratched, motor casing was scratched, exhaust pipe scratched and tail plastic scratched as well. Clearly the bike had been dropped, which he said probably happened when they were moving the bike, which they also claimed they hadn't noticed yet. I was offered some money off the bike if I still wanted it which I told them no I didn't. Then one of the sales associates offered me the same year bike with NO miles for the same price, had went to sign the paperwork and after paying $9,900 cash and the remaining $1,300 on a debit card, was told they might not be able to release the certification of origin until the of the debit card payment went through. I protested that and shortly after was given the papers and bike and a handshake. Nothing about the bike was properly gone over with me, the bike had a quick cloth wipe down before I left. Nobody told me any info on the bike such as a break in mileage or any other specifics one would want to know when purchasing a new vehicle. The most customer service I received was when they helped me load the bike into the back of my truck. I'm not sure if this was all based off of my ethnicity or if this is just the service given to all of their customers. Shortly after bringing the bike back home, a buddy of mine wanted to get the same one but after hearing my experience there was instantly detoured and is still looking for another dealership that has one.

Great dealership. Bought first UTV from here and they gave me a good price on my trade to a bigger UTV. Brandon in Parts and Mike in Sales are excellent in customer service and know their products and machines extremely well. We go to the dealership that has the best customer service. Cedar Creek has that.

Editing to update my experience. Bought 2 four wheelers from here in September. First, we arrived about an hour before they closed and we felt super rushed through the entire experience. That was my fault as I thought an hour would have been enough time. We met with the sales guy and got talked into adding all of the extra insurance etc without having time to fully think it through. A few days later we contacted the sales guy and asked if we could cancel the extra coverage because we had signed up for our own insurance plan anyways. We filled out the paperwork and sent it back via email to cancel. They stated it would take 6 weeks to see the refund. About 2 months later we followed up after not receiving any further communication and they stated they never got the paperwork so I reforwarded the email with the signed paperwork and was told it was resent so again 6 weeks we would see the refund. Another few months go by and now they state they never received the signed paperwork at all. They also have not been very pleasant or nice about it. Since my experience we have had many friends turn away from buying from here and I did not go here to buy my snowmobile this winter. Do NOT recommend.

My 1st experience with Cedar Creek Motorsports was in late June when I needed parts for my Kawasaki Mule 2500. A person at the service desk walked me over to the parts counter. Everyone I encountered extended a friendly greeting. The young man at the parts counter was informative, courteous and efficient. In a short time I was on my way with needed parts.

Drove 2.5 hours to this amazing dealership, Alex and Brian were super helpful and the service was very quick. Picked up the new polaris ranger, did paper work, was out the door in 25 minutes now that's service! They definetly have my future business as well. A++

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Is it possible to rate a store zero stars! I have been riding motorcycles for 10 years. I have never been treated so poorly by a salesperson in my life. The salesperson treated me like garbage, like my money did not matter to him. He used constant high pressure sales tactics. He even refused to let me test drive the motorcycle I was interested in, without paying for the bike first! The worst part is it was a $9,000.00 motorcycle that I had cash in hand to buy. Oh well, your loss! I will spend my money someplace else.

I bought my sons first MotoX bike here in 2009 a couple months before he was born. Now that he out grew his 50 is was time to go back. Same great service as 10 years ago. I was able to pick up a bike on my lunch break as opposed to spending hours in the dealership playing games. Worked with Mike, Nick and Chad to close the deal. Great group of guys. Probably not as much fun as actually riding, but it was quick and painless.

Bought a new Polaris slingshot from them. Purchased some jetskis yesterday. This was the only place within a 100 miles that still had some inventory or higher end machines. Very nice staff, but if you can avoid Saturday I would recommend it. I couldn't and it was still an enjoyable experience.

Not a good customer experience. Sales rep was new and manager wasn't interested in us as a customer. We traveled across town and are eager to buy but not here. They missed an opportunity to have a loyal customer.

Everything about our experience here was wonderful! - My husband and I were looking to purchase a new sled for myself. We originally were going with a different dealership but they kept jackin us around. I called up Cedar Creek because they had the exact same sled we were looking for. We worked with Jason in sales. He was wonderful! He kept us informed, and was very helpful through out the whole process. Chad in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with. He kept it real, and made everything smooth and simple to purchase the sled. Steve in the parts department was also very helpful with all the extra parts/new apparel that we were looking for. First went to Action Power Sports so turned off that I drove over an hour to this dealership. Wanted to buy two jet skies the same day. Nick took care of us and did such a great job. No pressure but we decided on the best skies they had and spent about 35K with a trailer. Would do business with them again. Very happy with our purchase.

I have been a frequent customer of Cedar Creek MotorSports for a few years, everytime I go into the store I am greeted by several of their staff all bearing smiles and ready to answer all my questions. A little over a week ago I purchased a machine for my young son, David Alvarez was my sales guy, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the machine and after I found out it was his first sale I was blown away by his ability to help me out! Thanks Dave! After David got me all the appropriate forms to fill out I met with Chad Larson in financing to finish up my purchase, again super helpful with everything that had to be done on his end, also threw in some bonus goodies, which was unexpected! Thanks Chad! The Parts, Service, finance, and sales departments are phenomenal and top notch! I have never been treated as well anywhere else. I highly recommend Cedar Creek Motorsports to everyone!

Drove all the way out there cuz they are open to 5. I got there at 4:54. Open sign was still on. All the doors were locked though. People were there but nobody wanted to let me in. Clearly don't care about their customers.

What a great place to buy a motorcycle! The staff was amazing! I walked in and noticed a young man twirling his hair and immediately knew he would be a great sales person. He politely introduced himself as Nate Mitchell! I was delighted to work with him buying my Z125 pro. Afterwards Chad Larson got me laughing while he took my money with a smile. It was so worth working and buying my bike from this great dealership. I would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy the purchasing experience as much as I did!

I went in for a special part for my old sled. They didn't have it in stock, but arranged to ship it direct to my house so that I didn't have to drive back to their shop. Part arrived as promised, great service!

I have to say one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. Had the pleasure to attend your VIP Christmas Party; staff was very knowledgeable, very courteous and had fun!! The live music was a bit loud but I understand. I ended up returning on Friday to pick up some extra items, they honored the discounts from the VIP night and assisted caring items out to my car. I had a technical question, at least for me it was a technical question and there were two men in service that answered them with ease and made me feel very comfortable. We have purchased a number of units over the years, Jay and John Jepson have a great staff and they themselves are willing to help at any time. Thanks again for a great experience!!!!

I applied online for financing on a new Polaris sportsman, I got a call from Jason about an hour later asking what color, size, or anything I would like to add.
They had to order the color I wasted but only took 3 days, I arrived at the beautiful showroom filled with every atv, motorcycle, and jet skis you would ever need to choose from.
From the time I arrived and left it took 30 minutes, Jason was polite, funny and even loaded the atv in the back of my truck for me. The service tech explained everything thing about the atv to me, the finance manager was quick and painless.
You cannot go wrong with cedar creek motorsports cannot say how happy I am that I bought my atv from them.

Been buying from Cedar Creek Motorsports for a long time. The best part is that they continue to be the "go to" Honda dealer in the area. I sent a request from their website for a quote and got a call back about 15 minutes later. The sales person that picked up my request was Randy Amos. Easy to deal with , knowledgeable and accommodating. Needless to say we put the deal together right away. Chad Larson the sales manager lead us through the paper work and we were out the door with a new ride!

We were looking for a used Rubicon to help with our chores, but live on the opposite side of the state, literally. Bryan was able to work with me remotely via phone and email to find the right machine set up the purchase. Quality machine, great price, great service. This is our dealership going forward despite it being four hours from us.

Looked at a1995 Honda shadow on line , liked it . Stopped in on Saturday morning , still liked it , called to check out financing. Stopped back test drove . There were a lot of people there all day , but my sales man Mike took care of me well while balancing others . Chad the finance guy we had got us out after staying late to get us done . My family and I have been buying new and used atv's and now a motorcycle here at this great place since 2003 . Only a couple problems with service that were quickly resolved even by phone at times . Thankyou so much to all of you for all your time , knowledge , and help over the years . Can't think of a better motorsport complex to have started and continued buying our fun from !

Dealership has been great! 1st warranty issue they had done in a couple days. No questions. 2nd time in now for warranty and when dad dropped off machine for me the service dept unstrapped and unloaded it since he just had carpal tunnel surgery a week prior. Very much appreciated!! Thank you!!! The new outlander...well...that is another story. 2nd time back for warranty. Had it for 6 weeks now.

Not impressed. Took my Polaris in for an oil change and they noticed a problem with the boot. I dropped it off shortly afterwards to take care of it but they ordered the wrong part. They finally got the right part in and found out that wasn t even the problem. (3rd trip) They still charged me for the work they really didn t even do. I like the location but will not go back after this experience.
