We travelled to Cedar Creek from Dubuque Iowa because they were willing to work a trade for us and no one locally would. We were so happy with the purchase of two Seadoo skis! We recently had trouble with one ski and the local dealer said the issue was cosmetic (broken gauge) and would not be covered. They wanted over $600 for the repair. I called and talked to Alex who finalized our sale and the service manager Eddie. They were AMAZING! They filed a claim and got it covered for us because it was NOT cosmetic. We were hesitant to purchase out of town and not stay local, but I am so pleased with everything thus far that we would consider purchasing from them again!

Bought a brand new sled and there was not a drive belt removal tool with it. So for $9.45 I had to purchased it.

I would've rated it a 5 but I believe that everything has capabilities to learn and grow.

Went in to CCM looking for a used Harley and with the help of Kyle, I decided the one that i was originally going in to buy was not the best one for me and guided me to a bike that better fit my style and would be a lot more comfortable for what i was looking for.I have to say he was 100% correct.
After talking for awhile Wyatt from service came over and told me all about the bike because it was actually his bike which put me more at ease simply because it was a service guys bike, so you know it is well taken care of.
Chad was great to work with in regards to the financing,it wasn't just business as usual, we were joking around and making it like just a couple guys hanging out. Ive been going to CCM for 6 years and always had a great experience with this place, always treated like family not a number.

If your looking for parts Brandon always goes the extra mile and is always on top of his game. if you want to do business with the "CHEERS" environment this is the place to go!

Bought a bike in Apr. '19, from Randy, haven't ridden much since then, handful, went out one day and bike wouldn't start, when I finally got it to the shop, they told me the starter solonoid was not put together right, after being taken apart.,,,,,,....? They were the last ones to have their hands on/in it.....? Now I have this bike that won't run right, I can't sell because of that and I'm out a bunch of money! I know that I got ripped off, on this bike, by these guy's! Right now, as far as I'm concerned, it's a piece of junk that no one wants.....and I'm stuck to deal with it!
Stay away from these guys!!

l bought a brand new 2014 Honda Gold Wing Valkyrie from Cedar Creek in March 2017. Mark Aderman made me a great deal, that I'm still extremely happy with. I ordered (through the dealership) the bike to have (aftermarket) Corbin saddlebags, and Cedar Creek did a great job of making that happen for me. Unfortunately the bags arrived damaged from Corbin, and after struggling with Corbin and getting nowhere, Sean (parts manager) stepped in and within a week got my issue resolved (and let me tell you, I tried dealing with Corbin myself, so l know what a long week that must have been for Sean....) If it's possible, I'm even happier than ever with my
purchase and my experience with Cedar Creek. I live in Indianapolis but I drove four and a half hours to Wisconsin for this purchase, and now after this experience, Ill gladly do it again just to work with a dealer with this much integrity and customer loyalty.

Great experience working with Randy Amos in sales and Chad Larson in finance. The Harley Sportster Iron 883 I purchased was clean, well tuned and loaded in my truck and ready to go when the purchase transaction was completed.

Called to talk to a Salesman on availability of a certain motorcycle made arrangements to view it the following day told the salesman I was coming from an hour and a half away and said if it wasn't available to let me know I didn't want to waste my time if not available showed up to look at motorcycle and the sales man said it was sold the night before, you know the same night I talked to the salesman about the availability of it.

A very nice place with very nice people. Brought my Honda Nc700X and a project Honda Ruckus from here. Highly recommend!

Stay Away from this dealership - Do not take to service. A few years ago took my ATV to rebuild carb. got up north 1 mile down trail started sputtering. Just paid 300 plus to have serviced. Limped into the local guy. He laughed when I told him it was just serviced. Thought maybe things have changed tried to buy something. Sales could not be more rude. I am done that's why some people call it Cedar Crook. I may buy oil seeing as they are only 2 miles from my house but that is it. They just think there S*&^ doesn't stink.

Mike and the guys did it again, went in to purchase a brand new sled and told them I was shopping on a budget. They were able to get me into the sled I wanted! I will continue to buy from here.

Service department went out of there way to take care of my needs very pleased with them!

I just bought a 2019 Polaris General 1000 side by side. I was treated very nice by many of the staff. I had an excellent experience with Chad Larson helping with finances . He was very friendly, great personality and went above and beyond for me. The service department , headed by Eddie and his staff made sure I had everything I needed. My father and I found a Kawasaki ninja 300 at Cedar Creek Motorsports, and the over all experience was simply amazing! We were greeted right away. We werent pressured or rushed into anything, the workers let us roam around as we pleased. Jason in Sales was wonderful, he took us over to the bikes and let me sit on it get a feel for it and even brought the bike out front and started it up for us, even let us test ride the bike before purchasing it. Jason made this experience overall very easy just how it should be! Very personable! Chad in financing made this process happen very fast and easy and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Cedar Creek Motorsports! Overall I do like this dealership as this is the 3rd recreactional vehicle I have purchased from them. During my recent purchase, I do not feel they test drove the vehicle and I had to bring it back for a quick repair. The vehicle was new so I was a little disappointed. Again, besides this situation, Cedarcreek has been good to deal with.

I just bought my new atv from cedar creek and had them install all my parts. Jason and eddie in service were great to deal with and got my machine done very quickly. I am happy to say that I will keep my business with the cedar creek motorsports service department!!

I had great service up until the very end so this would've been a five star. I just bought a bike and I asked the finance guy if I'd get any discounts for accessories and he said yes just ask the guy by the helmets. I asked the guy, Steve, who was working at the accessories counter and he said no I wouldn't and was pretty rude about it. I eventually bought a helmet that was on discount cuz I needed a helmet to ride anyways. Then he asked if I needed a receipt, I said yes please. He didn't even give my eye contact or said thanks just gave it to me and left. His demeanor was rude towards us and we didn't feel like valued customers when we literally just bought a new 2020 bike. It's a little sad to have our first experience here to end rudely especially when I asked many friends who have purchased here said nothing but good things. I get that y'all may have been busy but for some customers buying a new bike its one of the best feelings in the world.

Chad and our salesman Bryan Driebel were great though I'd give them 5/5 for honesty and fast work.

Look, I get it. COVID doesn t exist in Cedarburg. So, do you ignore ALL of your customers as they come in or just those of us who respectfully wear masks? We planned to buy today but when literally NO sales people asked us if we could be helped, we walked. Happy to buy anywhere else but from you.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received buying a used motorcycle from you guys! I didn't get to meet Mark in person since he was off the day I picked up my bike, but working with him over the phone all week was great! He was just a phone call away and if he was helping someone else he was very quick to call back as well as answer my questions. Chad made the paperwork quick and painless and got me taken care of right away! Jason in service was busy from the minute they opened with phone calls and helping customers but took time to answer questions and get me out the door! I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek to anyone looking for a new or used toy! I will be back when it's time to buy another toy myself!

I liked the purchase experience here. Mike the sales guy was nice and not pushy, which I really appreciated.

I wouldn't trust the service department to work on anything for me though. After a few rides I noticed that the oil was very over-filled. I practically had to lay the thing on its side to see air in the sight-glass. Mike said they had just changed the oil, but the extra oil I drained out does not look new. So either they put used oil in, or just wrongly topped it off. Either way it could have damaged the engine so they get a bad rating for that. Also the fuel cock was leaking gas and I could smell it after every ride. I don't know how they missed that when they did their inspection.

I'd buy from them again for their price on used bikes, but I'd be a lot more careful about assuming that the bike is in full working order.

Took the day off work, arranged financing, set up a deposit on a bike, was ready to drive 4.5 hours to come pick up a bike, and the bike was 'no longer for sale / had been sold' , when I started asking questions if recall work (that impacted the safety of the bike) had been completed. Nice. Great waste of my time, reflective of whether you want to do business here or not.

Edit - Below, you will see a response that states I was urged to make a deposit. Not only did I offer to deposit, but I offered to pay in full but was told the price may be negotiated lower the following morning, that a sales manager would be asked about it before payment was taken at all, deposit or otherwise. But hey, we all make mistakes - mine was spending time and making arrangements with this dealership.

Excellent salesman (Ryan), on top of it. I flew from Nashville, the bike was ready when I got there. Ryan came in on his day off to deliver it. Rode the Kawasaki Z900RS 600 miles that day home. Then in Sept. rode it to my place in Key West FL (1103 miles). Thanks Ryan.

I would not recommend Cedar Creek to anyone for a watercraft purchase. I don't live nearby, but wanted to purchase a watercraft in stock. I asked to have the paperwork emailed or faxed to me so that I could fill out the purchase paperwork. I would then fed ex the paperwork and a bank check. I wouldn't be able to pick up the watercraft for 11 days. They stated they couldn't do this because they were worried about fraud.......Hmm. They would have already cashed the check and had it cleared before I was able to pick up the watercraft. Nope this wasn't good enough. I have purchased cars, boats and a house without having "to go in" to fill out the paperwork in person. Not here!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.

I will strongly recommend you avoid them unless you want to feel that you as the customer are doing them a favor to buy things from their business.

Had a great experience buying my new Honda ATV at Cedar Creek Motorsports. From Tim Novotny selling me the unit to Chad writing it up and explaining all the services that Cedar Creek has to offer. I definitely will be back!

Service was ok. They didn't fill the coolant because they didn't know what type to use. The service guy lied about what tire I had on the front to try and sell me one. He said he didn't have a Michelin pilot road 4 like the rear tire I was having installed. But he did have a Michelin CT 2 which is what's on it now. I said no thanks and came home, then looked at the front tire and it is a Michelin pilot road 4. Not cool.

I got a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 and I told them to go over the entire vehicle to make sure that it's safe in the woods cuz I'm pretty old and they took care of it and they got my plow on that never was put on it in the first place but I got it when I got the the Sportsman they're great they're fast they let you know what's going on now that they got my Polaris done it also going to start doing my personal watercraft. They're just up the road from me so it's pretty nice that I don't have to go day to come and pick up and drop off if you don't have a trailer I was having my plow put on I didn't think it would fit on the trailer but yeah they're pretty punctual. I've done business with other places around Milwaukee and Waukesha but these guys do a good job peace

Great shop. The only one in the area that had the part for my 02 MXZ. Everyone else with in 100 miles told me it over a week to get it. Clean shop, great customer service and a huge selection of sleds. I will come here again

Our experience with Cedar Creek Motorsports was top notch. We dealt with Ryan Theis and John in financing. Communication was excellent through email. Drive out price was exact. Never changed. No pushy sales or trying to sell add ons. We drove 14 hours from Georgia. Bike was ready to go for us when we got there. Very happy with our experience. Now to get home and ride!

Nice looking dealership. Unfortunately the advertised price is not what you get when you're there.
Taking the advertised price and even adding in taxes and willing to pay cash on the spot they still added $1,200. This was the 3rd time this has happened to me here. 2 times before I left and bought at Sportland 2 and 3rd time bought in Green Bay.
It's too bad because Cedar Creek is closer. Great parts department.

Love it when you leave a message for a employee to return your call and than they go on lunch break come back from there break and still don't call you back, very unprofessional if you ask me. Anyone looking for Danny in parts don't count on him, just another guy collecting a pay check and not caring about customer service.

Now this is how a dealer should be ran. Everybody was on point with doing there job and did it with a smile. My salesman Randy was very professional and excited for me. Everything was ready when I arrived my bike was sitting outside ready for my inspection and start up/test ride. Also financing had all of my paperwork completed and all I had to do was sign. I was in and out on top of it they were very busy. Randy helped me load my bike and strap it down. I got a great deal and the out the door price is exactly what I paid no hidden fees it was an excellent experience. Thankyou to all the staff at Cedar Creek Motorsports, I will be a returning customer moving forward.

Not impressed. Took my Polaris in for an oil change and they noticed a problem with the boot. I dropped it off shortly afterwards to take care of it but they ordered the wrong part. They finally got the right part in and found out that wasn t even the problem. (3rd trip) They still charged me for the work they really didn t even do. I like the location but will not go back after this experience.

Big inventory and these guys know what they are talking about when it comes to sleds.

They did an excellent job on getting the vehicle that i wanted. Jay gave me an excellent price that couldn't turn down. They are great company to go through.

Salesman told me on phone they only let serious buyers test drive Slingshots. So I went to another dealer and bought one. Too bad for them they assumed I was not serious buyer. Would never buy anything from any store who treats customers like this.

I spring ordered a 2020 Polaris Indy xc850 137" snowmobile from Mark, and just got it on friday! Its absolutely amazing! The buying process was simple and painless with no pressure from the start. I will definitely be doing more business here in the future! Also Chad made the financing easy and cheap! As well as Brendon handling all the gear!

I purchased a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570. The salesman Nate was easy to work with and answered all of my questions.

During signing I worked with Chad who was also awesome and had all my paperwork ready. It was a smooth, fast, and easy process.
