I called the service department and got the record...

I called the service department and got the recorded message 3 times in 2 hrs...."leave your # and we will get right back to you"....6hrs later they called.....I went to the dealership, walked in and had 2 sales guys ask if I needed help.....took my cell out and called the dealership, asked for service....put on hold and then back to a recording.....while I stood looking right at service...
