Editing to update my experience. Bought 2 four wheelers from here in September. First, we arrived about an hour before they closed and we felt super rushed through the entire experience. That was my fault as I thought an hour would have been enough time. We met with the sales guy and got talked into adding all of the extra insurance etc without having time to fully think it through. A few days later we contacted the sales guy and asked if we could cancel the extra coverage because we had signed up for our own insurance plan anyways. We filled out the paperwork and sent it back via email to cancel. They stated it would take 6 weeks to see the refund. About 2 months later we followed up after not receiving any further communication and they stated they never got the paperwork so I reforwarded the email with the signed paperwork and was told it was resent so again 6 weeks we would see the refund. Another few months go by and now they state they never received the signed paperwork at all. They also have not been very pleasant or nice about it. Since my experience we have had many friends turn away from buying from here and I did not go here to buy my snowmobile this winter. Do NOT recommend.
