Think twice before selecting this place for yourself or loved ones. My mother is 49 has multiple sclerosis suffered a fall and broke her hip - she was sent here after her hospitalization and it was a NIGHTMARE. They do not change adult diapers frequently, my mother was soaked, urine was on her clothes, her bedding and even seeped into the mattress. She ended up getting a UTI with traces of E-Coli due to their lack of changing adult diapers and utilizing proper hygiene. My mom had a health episode in which she needed nurses immediately no one went even after call light button was pressed she called me saying she didn't know what to do, still no one had gone to her room despite her hysterical crying and severe pain, I called this place telling them they needed to go to her room ASAP, I heard someone go in while I called my mom back and this person told her "Let me see what I can do for you", and left my mom in the room alone. I was forced to call 911 due to their lack of care & response to the situation only then is when they actually started taking steps to help my Mom and assess what was going on. Lack and poor communication amongst all staff and their depts such as doctor, nurses, physical therapy, admin, you will always receive conflicting information and it ALWAYS seems as they don't know what is going on with the individual they're caring for. My mom is 49 she is YOUNG, I can only imagine how they treat patients who are unable to speak for themselves or do not have family/friends to voice their concerns about their health and care. They're also understaffed which is very concerning, like I said think twice

I had a family member in the facility after having surgery on her hip in early August.
The food was okay.
Therapy amazing.
Nurses often seemed overwhelmed.
The nurse who came in to do her dressing was very knowledgeable and talked through everything she did. My friend had lots of drainage and the nurse who changed her dressing never made her feel like she was an inconvenience, and always came in smiling.
Hopefully we never have to go back but her experience wasn t completely horrible. I would definitely recommend this facility for wound care if nothing else. Their wound nurse was one of the most amazing people we dealt with while there she always went above and beyond with my family member and by what I seen all of her patients. She even gave out hugs to patients just in case they needed one.

If something happened, God forbid, but I would come back again. I ve been at Casas Adobes for a month, and am getting discharged home tomorrow. A friend of mine referred me to Casas Adobes, and everyone here knows your name and they ve been very helpful. Sometimes the food was inconsistent, there was one day where the food was really salty, and I got kinda tired of the squash. Otherwise, the food was good. I d like to praise the therapy team for all their help. The times you want to give up, the therapy team pushes you to keep going. I honest to goodness did not think I was going to walk again. I had no control over my left leg at all, and now I am able to walk out of here.

I have been here for almost two weeks now and my therapy was good! It might have felt a little bit redundant, but now I know that it was helping me get my strength back. The food wasn t that great at first, but it definitely got better. They did a good job with taking necessary pandemic precautions. The only complaint I have was night time as I feel the care was a bit lacking.

I transferred from Avalon Southwest post-acute Rehabilitation Center -i was only at the former mentioned one for about 10 days it was most evil non abiding protocols for care with a picc line I have ever seen in my life they cut Corners where they shouldn't have been doing their own protocols for so long they don't care non wearing of gloves nor wiping the end of pics line the appropriated amount of time opening the end of medicine also attached to the PICC line with their teeth head of nursing I spoke to, all the staff for all of my problems the whole 10 days I was there believe me 10 days felt like a month I've been here Casas Adobes for 4 days and the time is flying the people here are so beautiful and kind and empathetic they are true nurses what's your superpower!!!!!!!Casas Adobes is by far a 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 I highly recommend this place to anybody when your mental state is in good form your body can heal like it should the nurses here are fabulous doctors here like wise . Please if you have a loved one that has to go to Avalon do not take them there if your insurance doesn't cover it switch you are insurance you can do that one time a year that was why I wasn't accepted it Casas Adobes in the first place so upon changing up my insurance and me calling and doing most of the footwork that Avalon wouldn't do or didn't do or couldn't do I got here to this wonderful wonderful wonderful place thank you and God bless

Nurse delight in the power the hold over patients by not bringing prescribed Pain medicine as prescribed! Nurses are none caring, forgetfull of the patients needs, and the nurses bedside manner is vacant! Patients are less important than a phone! Rernvices are substandard! The facilities are sorely lacking hygiene blood or food on the ceiling! The facilities continually lapjte by three or fours hours in dispensing medications

Experiencing first hand the dynamics of this facil...
Experiencing first hand the dynamics of this facility it is crucial to point out several deficiencies within management that either the owner and/or ensign corporate compliance wishes to do nothing about. There is a triad of corruption preexisting and presently occurring in the facility compiled of the director of nursing, the business office manager (who runs them), and the administrator. The administrator seems to have no backbone and like a puppet allows the business office manager to make decisions for him and run the building without input of his own. The director of nurisng which retaliates against anyone who challenges her or makes valid complaints about her. She retaliates against families to medical providers. The business office manager often states that the compliance department members are her friends and will do nothing to her if and when complaints are filed against her or them. This seems to be accurate since nothing is ever done or addressed when complaints have been filed. During meetings, the business office manager furthers her intimadation tactics by verbally presenting her knowledge of confidential filed complaints through ensign compliance against her in order to support her statements of her immunity to corrective action.

I am a seasoned licensed professional nurse case manager with many years of experience reviewing skilled nursing facilities. The facility is clean and the food is excellent. However, my mother in law happened to have stayed at that facility. I had several issues and concerns that I brought up to the director of nursing at that facility and she in no way showed concern or seemed interested in providing a resolution or addressing any of my issues; instead, became defensive. Additionally, my brother had a very bad experience with the business office manager there as well. She is very contemptuous and wants to have the last word at all cost even if it means offending us (the customers). She is very demeaning and heartless. Someone like that does not belong in healthcare as it is a business to promote healing and not hostility to include family members of those patients that are there that pay your wages!! She portrays herself as being the administrator of that building.

I was a patient at this facility. During my stay, I experienced some conflict with nurses but management was quick to address issues. Don't come here if you need wound care. I had surgery to both my feet with orders for daily dressing changes. The wound care nurse said she would follow up to make sure they were taken care of. I have been here six weeks and leaving in a couple of days. I have been lucky if they were changed three times in a week. The nurse threw out splints and pads that were placed by the surgeon and meant to be left in place. At one point my dressings were removed completely and not replaced so the wounds could "air out" and left undressed for several days. My doctor was quite appalled on my next visit. The wound care here has been very terrible and unreliable.

My father was at that nurisng home a few months ago. Beautiful place and clean. The food was excellent. However, the chupacabra from the business office made us feel unwelcomed and like she owned the place and we were there at her mercy. Nursing director Petunia never fixed our problems with the care.

I stayed at this facility a year. In the beginning things were not perfect but they were a place where the environment was friendly and issues eventually got addressed this was far better than any other place I had attended previously. Unfortunately, I had to return a second time due to circumstances beyond my control. I returned to a very different facility. I was offered a single room with no roommate and was given that for a week then was moved out a week later. They didn't follow through with keeping me in my single room although it's what was promised to me when I returned. I had issues with aides having poor attitudes when asked for assistance. I went to management and I was given the excuse that they are rebuilding and that in time the facility will be amazing.I saw many infraction that if the state would have seem this place would have gotten shut down. I had cnas who would not offer me showers on shower days and come 2 find out the shower sheet that was due 2 be filled out for me in shower day. Said that I had refused my shower but there was no signature of mine 2 confirm this.I will not return

The food is good. When I ring my bell I don t have too much trouble. The staff has gotten to know me and the things that I like. The therapy Team has helped me a lot and they pushed me to get better and more so that I can leave. The nursing staff had been good, but the food has been great. I also really like my room. All in all I think that if ever anything happens again, i hope not, but I would come back to Casas Adobes and recommend it to anyone that needs rehab.

I was a patient at this facility. My time here is almost over, I have been a difficult to track down and when I did, I found out how appropriate the therapy exercises were for my condition. Both occupational and physical therapy were excellent and I will continue my exercise program when I get home. I was impressed with the occupational therapy services provided by my therapist Chloe.

My mother is in and out of that facility and my sister deals with them so I get to hear the horror stories and now I hear that yet again the dynamic duo drive off another administrator. Poor staff there. Whoever will be taking over as the administrator there will need to have some backbone to ward off those two toxic elements. Hopefully one day that facilty will see some new blood flowing in the business office and nursing Director office and the service will improve and moral. Knocked off two stars because of those two. It s never pleasant to deal with the business office there, or head of nurses that should be the tail instead.

My daughter was transferred here from UMC to continue IV antibiotic treatments. The isolation room assigned was filthy. After having cleaned it ourselves, as the facility was understaffed, it was discovered that the room was infested with ants and grasshoppers. In addition, one night my daughter requested that her dinner be held, as she had eaten with us. Dinner was brought to the room anyway. Later that evening a staff member came into the room asking if she was going to eat. When she told him that she had eaten with her family, he proceeded to throw the dinner in the trash in the bathroom and left it there. Response times to call light was consistently extensive. Staff knowledge of respiratory isolation precautions appeared limited. Though there was a PA/NP assigned for the weekend, when called this person said that though she was on call, she could not handle concerns regarding isolation precautions until Monday. Family should be cautious before placing anyone here.

I only took the time to write a review hoping that I could speak out for the nursing staff there and others there as well thereby helping the residents that after all they are the ones affected at the end. I am a concerned former nurse with many years of experience in skilled nursing facilitys. I was employed there and I urge this company to address the issues with the director of nursing there and the circle of unprofessional employees she surrounds herself with. That building has suffered nursing staffing issues and shortages ever since she has been there and are worse than ever. Hint! There is something wrong there! The company is spending tremendous amount of money staffing through agencies when you should replace the nursing director and it will solve a lot of the issues and break up her clique of lazy employees who use up company time on breaks and more breaks like smoking excessively and not working. The director of nurisng neglects to address important issues with staff and residents thereby causing low moral. That director of nursing sweeps issues under the rug or looks the blind eye to protect her clique all the time.
My mother was diagnosed with a blood clot in her l...
My mother was diagnosed with a blood clot in her lung and also had a pacemaker put in 2 days ago at Oro Valley hospital. She was discharged yesterday and because both my father and I suffer from health issues of our own, I contacted a case manager with their insurance company, Caremore (which has been ah-mazing and I highly recommend them). Andrea, our awesome Caremore case manager, and I agreed that it would be better if mom went to a rehabilitation center for a few days to make sure she received additional medical care before coming home. The hospital struggled to reach someone at Casas Adobe during the day to confirm everything was ready for my mom's arrival. Just before the transport vehicle arrived at 6, the nurse finally reached someone. I should have questioned the fact that she was being sent so late on a Saturday but I thought that there would be someone to "receive" us and get her all checked in and settled upon her arrival. NOPE! I arrived after she had been placed in her room because I had all of her stuff in my car. When I walked into her room I immediately understood why there are no pictures of the sleeping rooms on the website. It was tiny and bare. Mom had already asked for a cot or reclining chair for me so I could stay the night, but they put a mattress ON THE FLOOR! Uh gross! No one had helped her get into bed and comfortable. The only pillows she had were the 2 she arrived with and one was the pillow that goes under her knees. They put it under her head. Her night nurse came in to meet us, Yvonne, and she was so sweet and caring. It was only her 2nd day so she didn't know all of the policies of the place yet and was equally grossed out by the "bed" on the floor for me. It was about 8:30ish by then. She had to deliver meds to her patients first and then would be in to help us. I had been coming in the door labeled Acute Care to bring her stuff and no one at the nurses station there asked me who I was and 2 of the times the one nurse that was sitting there didn't even look up to see who was walking in. Talk about a lack of security!! Finally at 9:45 mom and I decided that there was no way we were staying. I went to the nurses station and said we were leaving. I had to take everything back to the car so after the first trip a different nurse came in to finally offer help. I questioned the bed on the floor and she said it was because the rooms are all private. Huh?? What does that mean? If mom got up in the night to go to the bathroom or if an emergency happened, I was in the way and anyone could trip right over me. I asked about the medications she has been getting at 8pm in the hospital and the nurse only had her 2 new meds. Poor Yvonne was trying to get done giving out meds to the 25 other patients she had on her list. It would have been after 10:30pm before she would have been able to get to us. She was so nice and helped me get Mom to the car. The service and staffing may be different Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, but they should never have allowed a new patient to be brought in late on a Saturday. I now know that I will never allow something like that to happen again. The hospital also should have made sure that C.A. was truly prepared. Tomorrow I will go visit in person the places we can send her. I'm going to try and attach the pics I took so you all can see what I've described. I hope this helps others facing the same type of thing.

I chose to come here as a resident because when I was here before they saved my life. The nursing is good, the environment is also good. The choice of eating in your room or eating in the dining room where you can socialize is something I enjoy.

My father was at this facility for 4 months. He had Dementia/Alzheimer. He was placed at a lockdown unit. It was difficult getting in contact with nurses or cases managers they never answered. My father passed away in this place. We were told by one of the facility social workers that they had called to tell the family that my father had the virus which they never did. They called to ask if they could test him for the virus. I deeply regret bringing my father here. We miss him so much dad.

Ive been a CNA for 18 years and recently had to find care for my mother in law. Opon entering Casas i was impressed the staff was very helpful and welcoming to me and my family the facility was clean and smelled fresh. Special thanks to medical records for being prompt and thorough when we needed copies of medical records in order to get a very important approval it made a world of difference!! Thank you Casas!!
STRONG CAUTION AGAINST SUPPORTING THIS FACILITY! ...
STRONG CAUTION AGAINST SUPPORTING THIS FACILITY! Although there may have been a few positive highlights, the majority of the experience that my family had with Casas Adobes Post Acute Rehabilitation (Skilled Nursing Facility) was absolutely AWFUL! To be clear, my mother was discharged from the hospital to this facility during COVID, therefore I understand the need for no visitors. However, with that being the case, one would think that the communication between the staff and the patient s families would be of the utmost priority, which it most certainly was NOT. Especially considering the fact that the patient has communication issues due to previous strokes and has a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment that makes it even more important to COMMUNICATE WITH THE FAMILY! In addition to the communication being a major issue, my 90 lb. mother fell THREE TIMES while in the care of this facility even though she was marked as a fall risk in the hospital. I still do not understand how that can happen! Furthermore, she lost her partial one-tooth denture during the first week of her stay. After trying to figure out what happened or how they could replace it, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do. Coupled with the utter lack of communication, the processes of rehabilitation, therapy, discharge, and transfer to an assisted living facility were not broken down or explained to our family at all. We were consistently given the runaround, calls and emails were not returned, and the process was made a lot more stressful than I believe it needed to be. In addition, one family member needed to provide documentation to his employer in order for his leave time to be approved for helping to handle my mother s affairs. The staff at Casas Adobes led us to believe that it would be no problem to have that filled out; yet after having the paperwork for TWO WEEKS, it was returned to us incomplete, causing our family member to be penalized. If I have learned anything while advocating for my mother, it is that I wish there had been more reviews like this when I was researching facilities for her. My family and I chose Casas Adobes from the short list of rehab centers the hospital provided us with, because it seemed as though they would be able to meet my mother s needs and the public generally had positive experiences to report. After digging a little deeper, I can see that many positive reviews for this facility are over 3 years old. Clearly the quality has gone downhill! Following my first-hand experience at this facility, I must say that I would not recommend that anyone send his or her loved ones here. There are a few great workers here (mainly the two ladies at the front desk who had to put up with my incessant calling to try to get my questions answered), but the competence of the facility as a whole was completely unacceptable. I would not wish this added stress upon anyone, especially during a time when most people navigating this territory are already struggling to deal with the illness of a family member or loved one. I would strongly advise that you research other skilled nursing facilities!

One of the cleaniest facilities in Tucson. The food is the best, the food is seasoned and taste great. The hospitality of the nursing staff is of high quality. The nurses are very understanding and respecting, they don t treat you like you are sick. Instead they treat you like a human being and explain that you have to be patient for Physical therapy work! The staff is willing to stay and help, and make sure that patients are getting their medications and smoke breaks if they are needed. The staff cares about you! The staff gives a level of care that is individualized towards each persons individual situation.

As a pastor, I visit many recovery centers and nursing homes. I do not reccomend this one. The staff seems overwhelmed to the point patients do not receive the best care. I visited one patient today who said her call button was pushed for over an hour waiting to use the restroom. So many lights were on, patients calling our for help, and alarms were sounding. I doubt anyone could enjoy a recovery here, at least not in peace.

This is our 4th time here at Casas, and we came back for the wonderful care, the people, the nursing staff and the therapists. I think that this being my husbands 4th stay, says a lot about how we feel. I can t express the warm feeling and affection and kindness that Have been shown as the wife of a patient here. Chloe, in OT has gone out of her way to get my husband involved and active and he just lights up every time he sees her.

The wound care at this place is horrible. My friend was there with a halo and they let the pins get infected and neglect to check him causing pressure areas on his chest. He was homeless and I think he was mistreated and neglected. The wound care nurse didn t care about her job so it seems and according to the staff the Assistant director of nursing covers for her because they are friends. Some staff care there but the wound care nurse and assistant director of nursing shouldn t be there and they are still there. They are both lazy I mean very lazy from what the staff says.

Oddly enough that place suddenly has positive reviews from friends and family (and some brided souls) like an old Verizon calling plan, Just to cover up their true stories of the reality of that place, Well I m here to tell you that the case is: Garbage director of nursing cold hearted person that discarded my worries about my mother s care and a horrible business office manager that tries to belittle people, and some Caucasian version of money mike from Friday as the administrator who can t do anything for himself so it seems. My mother past away but if I had to choose again I would stay away because of those two thrift store debutantes.

My name is Barbara. I'm 52 years old and had the good fortune of being a patient here for one month this summer. I had surgery and needed therapy and nursing care to get back on my feet again. My experience was excellent!! The nursing and therapy staff were highly skilled and professional. Everyone from the administration, Jessica Hamm and the nursing staff, especially Tabby, Cory, Paul, Sabrina, Evelyn, Linda in the laundry, Josie Gorman and all the the therapy staff and Jesus and all the housekeepers were very friendly and caring and went above and beyond to help me achieve my goals and have a safe return to my home. Vibelle Martin and her dietary staff acomodated my post surgical nutritional needs. The food was extremely tasty as well!! I highly recommend Casas Adobes and won't hesitate to come back after my next surgery early next year!! Well done everyone!!

I was just released from Casas Adobes. I had never been placed in this type of facility. The charge nurses, Paul, Dana, Ingrid, all of them were great. My personal name is Carol Haag. I went to this center after receiving a total hip replacement at St Marys which went well but I wasn't ready to function at home even with my spouse present. The first night I had to go to the bathroom (bedside commode) three times. The same person answered my call twice and the last time he came to see if I wanted to go to the bathroom before breakfast The walker I used wasn't stable and I asked him to hold it so it wouldn't wobble when I transferred to the bedside commode. He told me he could not do this. It was up to the physical therapy staff to train and not him. Finally when I wouldn't move until he held it he complied. Each time after going to the bathroom I asked for toilet wipes and hand wipes. He said he couldn't find any. I lay all night soaked in urine and the room stunk ar least where I was close. I asked the aide that came next to give someone I could complain to. She said that was her. I explained what had occurred. She said men shouldn't be aides and did a political commentary. I said I don't want to make a social statement. I just want to be physically clean. She left and said, "I put wipes outside your room but they cannot be placed in your room." Hours later the occupational therapist finally gave me some wipes. I left against medical advice on Fri 12/22 and my leaving couldn't have come soon enough.

It s a pleasant atmosphere. After 21 days, I do want to go home really bad, but I really liked the therapy. Stephanie and Jim are absolutely number 1. They are great. The food is good, but portions seemed a bit small, but I loved having the oatmeal. Other than portion size, the food tasted quite excellent however sometimes it was cold. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here and would come back again if I needed it.

I don t know what reviewer Stevie Caldwell is trying to describe or who is trying to describe but I know first hand that is far from the truth. The Director of nursing at this facility is anything but professional or compassionate. Patient care suffers because her and her inability to retain good staff, and retaining her clique only closely to help mask her incompetence with her insecurity of her short comings to come to light. Just like other reviewers have mentioned she disregards resident and family concerns and belittles their importanance in a condescending manner. That facility needs a good competent director of nurisng that doesn t divide the facility and can retain good relations with the community and families as well as employee retention. Otherwise, the executive administrator for that building will continue and will see no prosperity in that building and place their reputation in jeopardy leading to failure.

My first impression of this facility was the staff. They never fail to acknowledge me and welcome me every time I come over and visit one of my family friends. I have a background of working at a rehabilitation hospital and I have to say, the service, the people, and the cleanliness of the building was amazing. I definitely recommend this rehab center to anyone! Great job.

The social services department does not return phone calls. A real problem when you are on east coast and trying to find out what social services is discussing so you can help your mother understand decisions she faces. After initial conversation left 5 messages over 6 days -- no return calls.

My mother enjoyed all of the meals. They were well balanced and like her mother before her used to make at home. She felt very comforted by the meals that were served in a timely fashion.
For the most part, the staff were was very friendly and responsive.
She thought her stay here was very accommodating, but she is glad to go home!

Worked a week at Casas Adobes during covid as receptionist, so many calls came through worried families and nurses / cna were never able to call them back never let the families know how their loved ones are. Directory of nurses melodie has the worst attitude talks to people and workers extremely rude as if we were little kids which is not a good work environment. The nurses never pick up the phones like ever at all . They just want us taking down names and number but they never even pick up the sheet to call the loved ones back. Extremely disappointed in this facility..

This place from the very beginning lies to you and there doctor there is a nightmare. They have people that steal your personal belongings right in front of you but because you sign the papers when are brought in they hold no responsibility for what there employees steal. They don't care about your health issuses. I feel and scraped my right knee while i was there and all the cna done was cleaned it with a wet paper towel, considering i'm diabetic and could have gotten a bad infection. My sister went and got a acahol wipe and bandage and cleaned it and put a bandage on it. They even knew tabby ( the cna ) stole ffrom me and never even fired her. The social worker ( ashley ) was very rude. If you love your loved ones DON'T send them here cause they will live a nightmare.

This review is specifically for Steven C. (blond hair) and Kayla C. the CNA. He was the only person that will come off of another Hall to help me come hell or high water he comes and helps me. He is the best staff member that I have seen here yet. He make sure that his job is done adequately and above and beyond what his expectorations are for his job. He does what he has to do for the patient, like myself. He make sure that we are safe, we are in our bed, or in our chairs, or on our walk safely and are transported to where we need to be in a safe and timely manner. Steven is very positive and always has a smile on his face when doing his job. I really think that he enjoys his job a lot and he deserves to be paid more than what he is getting paid whatever that is. Thank you very much for everything that you have done for me Steven.

Staff is wonderful! I like having the ability to have smoke breaks. They can be short staffed, but the staff that they have works very hard. I like that I have a TV in my room and I also enjoy the special days they put together like ice cream day! I like the dining room. I would suggest that some work be done to maintain the inside of the building.

I enjoyed the physical and occupational therapy. The food was overwhelming because I had meals on wheels before at home and was nice to have breakfast because I wasn t used to eating as much at home. I wish I could stay because the therapy is amazing and I feel safe here because the people are so nice and kind. With the help here, I feel like I d be able to go back home after all they have provided me.

My mother had to go hear because of her back surgery, she said the service was good, and the food was great. The only problem was the noise from the air condition and the hall ways being crowded.over all she thought it was a good place.

I have my mother here for long term care and am looking for a another place for her. Unbelievable, this place has their own employees, friends, and family reviewing them with five stars. Don t be fooled people. This facility has an atrocious director of nursing. Doesn t pay attention to resident and family concerns and dismisses important issues and allows her immediate subordinates to operate in a unprofessional manner. This place is undergoing a shortage of nursing staff because of their inability to manage and retain their good staff. That in itself speaks volumes of the atmosphere there.

Wouldn't ever tell anyone to come here!! Horrible horrible experience with the nurses, lazy and always in bad mood! Disgusting food! Just waiting for insurance change and it will be the first and last time I come here! And when I say horrible I mean it really is!!!!

I have worked with the business office manger and the DON in this building. Both are professional, ethical, and hard working. They did not run off the previous administrator. I hope whoever is writing these defamatory google responses grows bored with trying to smear this wonderful facility and moves on to more productive enterprises.

I would say that the therapy training I had here was second to none! Both occupational and physical therapies spent so much time with me. I ve been here 9 days and compared to when I came in I ve made a complete turn around. There could be improvement on the food. I mentioned certain things I was allergic to and they had served them to me, but the coffee was good.

Very minimal care. Extremely poor service. Understaffed and very sad place. Takes 30 min to get help. They come at bell ring and promise to be right back but don't return for 30 min or more!

I am extremely concerned about a family member who is a resident is a resident at this facility. She was recently transferred to a new room but had to move because the room is infested with bed bugs. She reports not receiving food and lack of communication from staff members. I am frantic. No one at this facility is answering my calls or emails. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS FACILITY BEFORE YOU CONSIDER BECOMING A RESIDENT.

The fact that the staff here remember me from last time, the food is good, and I can get snacks whenever I want and being able to have a phone in my room allows me to call my mom everyday. Therapy was great. Nursing I would rate at a 4 but the whole stay overall a 5.
