It was not a good experience! The waiting time was crazy, I took my 84 year old Dad there and we returned home around 2:30AM from 7:30pm. I felt like I was back in Brooklyn NY at a particular Hospital! It was like a scene from M*A*S*H for all you'll old enough to remember the show. Some of the Doctors look like they just graduated from High School and perform duties like it. This Hospital was great before Atrium took over. When it was CMC Pineville. I live 4 min away from Hospital BUT will drive myself further to the next hospital even if I can't breathe!

I went for a panic attack I was experiencing. I gave them my health insurance. They willingly and negligently denied my health insurance and charged me 600 dollars for a 50 dollar charge, which has basically ruined my credit. I had my insurance company file a grievance. Beware this place and their mind numbingly shameful policies.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO! I took my 2 yr old daughter here Aug 3 for a finger injury fractured and 50% severed! Only thing they did was put a splint on her and sent us out the door! She needed to be seen by a specialist! I had to come to Novant Health to actually get REAL CARE AND HELP! I would not recommend this hospital to ANYONE! THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL!

I am a public school teacher at CMS. My first year working I was required to have a physical completed including blood tests.

As a teacher in CMS I have state insurance. My Copay is $40.

I go to my doctor's visit. Pay my $40. Go home thinking everything is fine, then bam. Get sent a bill from the hospital for $160. My insurance denied covering my regular doctor's visit.

Call hospital and they tell me they don't know why. Call insurance they tell me the hospital coded the visit wrong. I go to my doctor, I go to the billing department, I call the insurance company over and over again. NO ONE gave me any advice, just flung their hands in the air and said "sorry, not my problem ask someone else".

Think about the ridiculousness of the situation. A public school teacher gets denied coverage on a required visit and must pay out of pocket because NO ONE in the system wants to admit they messed up. They have since sent the bill to a collections agency. I really did not want to pay out of principle but I am seeing that it is hurting my credit. So I give up, you win Atrium. You win America's bloated and convoluted healthcare system.

I had one of the worst experiences I ever had at this Hospital. Y all should be ashamed and closed down. I wouldn t recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. My girlfriend had a cyst that bust and she was in extreme pain crying. She was rushed to the ER and I had to go through the front. The officer in the front was very rude, disrespectful, and not compassionate at all. So much so his partner said don t worry about him he is new. I proceeded to Ask how can I report the ambulance guy who name is John Ryan because he was rude to my girlfriend when I let him in our house to care for my Girlfriend. My girlfriend told him that she was in so much pain and John Ryan wanted to get her in the Ambulance but she said she can t and he said yes you can your legs are not broke. So the officer in the front of the hospital told me to go to the side since I can get his name from the other person he was working with. When I did that another officer came out and told me I can t be on that side. I told him the other officer said I can and he told me to go back in the front. That Officer name was Sgt. Sprouse. He belittle me when I got to the front of the hospital and made me stand outside then told me I have to leave and that I was lying about another officer telling me to go to the side of the hospital to figure out the name of That I got which is John Ryan who was rude to my girl. Please don t ever go to this hospital you will leave angry or In jail for how they treat you and your loved ones

Valet parking personnel are very rude. There are no signs to tell people to form a line. Chaos when motorists are picking up people and others trying to valet. Valet personnel are not people friendly. Someone needs to reorganize the process., and get better people.

NEVER in my life have I been treated so poorly by so-called health professionals. 6 hours in the waiting room. I vomited multiple times as did other patients. A woman with a broken leg sat there untreated for 4 hours. Patients had their IV bags RUN DRY in the WAITING ROOM and could NOT get anyone to even take the IV out. A man who had been sent by his doctor to be admitted because a CT scan had found a tumor in his brain the size of a "ping pong ball" was forced to sit in the waiting room for 4 hours before being told to go to a different hospital. After 6 hours, I was finally taken to a room and told they had ordered medicine for me hours ago (which I never got) and that they were going to prescribe antibiotics and send me home and I should go see my primary doctor tomorrow. I explained I had been on antibiotics TWICE in the last three months with no improvement. The PA (notice, not a DOCTOR) said not her problem. I explained I was 4 hours away from my doctor. The PA said not her problem. I explained I was vomiting and in excruciating pain and losing vision in my left eye. The PA said not her problem. They held me hostage for SIX HOURS then gave me a script for antibiotics (which I had already been on with no improvement), Benadryl and Claritin. I could have treated myself at Walgreens and not had my dignity spit on. Do not EVER go there. If you live long enough to leave the waiting room, they won't do a damn thing to help you anyway.

Went in to ER with chest pain. Nurses were great and caring. NP for the Cardiac Department came in to examine me and downplayed my symptoms and said we all have to die of something then he chuckled! And in this time of COVID, this same person shoved his bare hand in mine to shake hands with me. No COVID protocol at all from him. I was told I was being kept overnight for observation and a heart scan in the morning. When I was finally taken to a room it was a part of the hospital the transport girl had never even heard of or been to. It was called an overflow room that was the size of a closet with no bathroom or sink to brush my teeth in. I felt forgotten and dumped in a closet. I asked if it was because of COVID that they were short of space and was told no that COVID cases had dropped dramatically . I pay a premium to be blessed with great health insurance yet still got unacceptable treatment at this hospital. Go anywhere but Atrium in Pineville!

My has been varied, I've been there twice this year, In February, and then again this September. The first time was very nice, as a hospital can be. But, this last time the ER was awful, I went in with COPD flair up, I could not breath, the Doctor, was really unaware of the protocol for COPD, and first she said, I'm not going to admit you you can go, I said, WHAT!!! Then she left and came back and said she changed her mind and she was going to admit me. The condescending Nurse that put my IV in acted like she had never done it...had to try 3 times, not apology, just a smart A--!
Now on the other hand, both times the floor staff we so nice and accommodating the whole time. I understand the ER is a busy place, but that's not excuse for mishaps and rude behavior. If I ran this place I would send in a spy patient to see it for them selves...Oh and the ER Doc was female! Blonde

My mom had surgery today. I cannot tell you what an amazing experience we had. I am a nurse practitioner and my mom is a nurse so being on the receiving end is never comfortable. I was completely at ease today. Every contact was pleasant from the check in process to speaking to the physicians everyone was so kind and informative. No one knew us as we have recently moved across the country so we were super impressed with the care given. Thank-you!!

The worst experience of my life. I sat in the emergency Room for 6 hours waiting to be seen by a doctor for a hip fracture that never occurred. I told them I was diabetic But they didn't Care. I went without any kind of insulin for all that time . At about 6 o'clock someone Decided that I should get an MRI or cat scan. Guess what? No break. Oh I forgot to tell you the doctor doctor's office set up an appointment for me at 11 o'clock then call me back in about a 1/2 an hour and said no meet the doctor in the emergency Room at 2. There's more folks but I'm angry and Frustrated. I will fight against any charges that they may think I owe them and will inform medicare of the same.

UPDATE!

UPDATE!
WENT HERE FOR ANOTHER VISIT AND INSTEAD OF HAVING A CARING DR. I RECIEVED AWFUL CARE AS IF MY CARE WASNT IMPORTANT. 2 DAYS POST OP FROM SURGERY AND FOR THEM TO TELL ME MULTIPLE THINGS WRONG WITH MY ELECTROLYTES AND BLOOD WORK THEY JUST SEND ME HOME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS.

1ST VISIT
Poor excuse for an ER! They check you in then let you sit for 2 hour before being triaged then tell you that you could have appendicitis and sit you out in the waiting room with an IV in your arm to continue to suffer for 2 more hours and nobody will tell me why I'm waiting or what I'm waiting on.. I have never in my entire life seen an ER work this way and make you sit around with a dry IV in your arm for 3-5 hours In a WAITING ROOM! As I'm waiting when my IV started to hurt and I asked a nurse to look at it she responded with "sure there nothing I'd rather do more" with a sarcastic tone. I will be filing multiple complaints and multiple dif staff members.

I ve been here for a few days with a family member and I could not have asked for better care especially the staff in the 5th Tower. Sister, Wendy, Lauren, Irina and Asia were absolutely awesome. They took care of the patient giving all the TLC that was needed plus more as well as offering me anything they could provide, even a hug on our worst day. We could not have made it through this without them all. I m not sure if they read these comments but you ladies set the bar extremely high we could not have made it without each and every one of you. I can t express enough how grateful I am to have you all support us through it all. If I left anyone out I truly do apologize I didn t meet anyone in the 5th Tower that wasn t there to lend an helping hand and answer any questions. You ladies along with Taj :-) were God sent!

Horrible. Run from this poorly run ER. You will die in the ER while waiting for treatment. Priority is for the homeless and anyone without insurance. If you have insurance with a real emergency as in concussion with bleeding head expect to wait 3 hours. The only thing worse than the lousy treatment is the condecending attitude of an unorganized poorly trained staff. Go see the guy in the van parked in the alley for treatment before you come to this dump.

the worst of the worst. I'll give this place 0 if I could. You wait HOURS before seen. Then when you do get checked. It's for 1min then you wait HOURS before seen again. I waited 3hrs before I was seen then I had to wait another 3hrs before I was seen again.
Customer service was horrible, rude, slow etc. Will never come again. And when I was in the waiting room I waited another 2hrs.

I've been to this hospital before, and have never ...

I've been to this hospital before, and have never had a complaint. I went last night because I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and I am in a great deal of pain. I fear I may have dry sockets, and I the earliest I can be seen by my dentist is Monday. I went to the ER in hopes that they could at least help me, and give me some tips to deal with the pain, and to see if I actually have dry sockets. The staff and Nurses were all very kind, and caring, they were not a problem whatsoever. My complaint is about the HORRIBLE ER "doctor" that "cared" for me. After waiting roughly an hour (which was fine, it IS an emergency room, it is to be expected) they called my name and took me back to be seen. This so called "doctor" would not answer my questions and she was VERY rude. She ignored me. She looked in my mouth, and when I specifically asked her if I had dry sockets, and what I need to do to help ease my pain, SHE IGNORED my questions and told me I was being discharged. I know she heard me, my friend who was accompanying me, heard me and understood me just fine! She said there was nothing she could do for me, and sent me home. I don't know if maybe she was someone who was impersonating a doctor, or if she is just a really REALLY bad doctor. She was extremely rude. I had a serious concern, and am in serious pain, and this sorry excuse for a doctor didn't seem to care at ALL. She shouldn't be doctor. She should be fire if she is like THAT with all of her patients.

The Nurses and other staff were kind though. But I wouldn't go there again if I had a choice, in fear that I would be seen by that sorry excuse for a "doctor" again.

To make it worse, they expect me to actually pay this! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I REFUSE to pay for such a horrible experience! What should I pay for? The "doctor" did nothing! Literally! She did N.O.T.H.I.N.G. I will NOT pay for that.

*update* Just made it in to my dentist today, and I have dry sockets. So thanks for nothing to the AWFUL ER "doctor" that did nothing to help me. And yes, Dry sockets are extremely painful. Don't go here if you have an option to go somewhere else.

Been here since 930. Husband didn't get taken back for an xray for 2.5 hours and waited another 2.5 hours in the er before we got taken to a room. Alot of people came in after us and were in and out in just a few hours. We normally love this hospital but it's getting just as bad as Piedmont.

WOMEN BEWARE! You are not safe and have no rights at this facility!

I went in for surgery, stayed overnight and was released the following day. I returned home and received a friend request on Facebook from a man I didn't know (he used an alias which made him unidentifiable). I deleted it and moved on. A few days later the same guy gets bold and decides to write me through Facebook Messenger. He says we didn't speak during my stay, never met but I "caught his eye" while he was working on my floor and he wanted to get to know me. He did not think contacting me was unprofessional and just plain creepy and tried to make it seem as if I were the problem. No apology and abruptly ended the conversation.

I reported it to the hospital and they managed to identify him and he was terminated. I asked for his name, when we "crossed paths" and how this person obtained my name in the first place. They flat out refused to give me any further information and told me if I felt my safety was an issue that I should contact local PD. I contacted Local PD and I was told "There's not much we can do" and "He probably won't contact you again". Thanks CHS Pineville and the PD for really taking my safety and security into concern.

So there is someone out there who knows my name, knows what I look like (and who knows whatever else) and yet I am not entitled to know ANYTHING about him or have the ability to identify him even though he invaded my privacy and violated HIPPA/hospital policy??!?!?! So if you need to go in for a procedure and you're looking for a date then CHS Pineville is just for you!!

This place is horrible do not ever come here for an emergency in the middle of the night. My outpatient surgery experience at Atrium Health Pineville was absolutely wonderful! All employees, from the first person who greeted me at check-in, to the associate who helped me with my partial payment, to the nurse who was so sweet in pre-op, to everyone along the way. Everyone was so friendly, so helpful, and so considerate of my time and feelings of worry from experiencing surgery. I will definitely go back to this facility for future surgeries or emergency needs. Thanks so much Atrium Health Pineville.

Every one I met while I was there from the people at the Front desk, to the surgeon who operated on me, were incredibly polite and kind and happy to help. Yes I had to wait longer than I would have liked him the emergency room, But they took care of me as quickly as they could. I am not sure who it was who held my hand when I woke up from the aesthetic, but it made a world of difference. I wish I could thank them in person.

They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They have no respect towards their patients. They really need to reevaluate their staff. The staff will talk about their problems out loud in front of patients. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We went their I waited for 8 hours before and still never seen a doctor. Of course I left. 15 years ago this was the number 1 hospital to go to. Now it's the last place you want to ever be. Someone needs to make a reality show about this hospital because it's crazy. I'm not talking about the patients I'm talking about the staff. I just left thier last night because I was transported from Steel Creek cmc. The staff at pineville cmc we're arguing with each other, laughing at patients. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I am here now with my toddler son. He came in with very bad breathing issues. It took 30-45 minutes before anyone even began treatments on him. I asked the first nurse that came in if he would be able to get immediate attention, and she sheepishly replied, "You can ask the doctor when they get in" (who I didn't see until close to an hour into the stay). When I did meet him, he had few words and was very minimal as far as giving reasons for why certain things/treatments were taking place. I had to pry him. Besides that, of at least one dozen or more people who have been in the room, only about three actually introduced themselves to me and looked me in the eye. When we first got into an exam room, one of the nurses named Mario immediately adjusted the heart rate alert from 170 to 205. I asked the doctor what average heart rate was and he said 130. It appeared that the alarm was adjusted for convenience sake perhaps so that they wouldn't have to "hear it" go off. But it begs to question why they have the machines in the first place. To add, some of the nurses who were in there were gossiping and chiding about another co worker in front of me. I felt/feel somewhat invisible. All in all, don't come to the ER here. I don't know how the hospital runs, so I can't speak for that. It seems that there is no special protocol for patients with breathing issues, especially children.

Sad to admit I ever worked here. They've forgotten how to care for people but have sure learned how to push people in and out like an assembly line. Just plop on a bed run through a radiology machine and throw out to figure out your own problem. If you're not dying or dead don't bother with them they aren't here to save lives just bag bodies when all the other CHS doctors fail to do their job. HEALTCARE=CARE FOR THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE COME ON AND DO WHAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR!

I do understand there are issues with over crowding at local hospitals, but my father in law waited for more than a day to get a room after having a second series of strokes and no real care was given to him in the interim. Once he did get a room, it got worse, though some of the staff are caring and involved, many are not. The late night staff on the stroke floor is loud and act like children - burping, pretending that walking sticks are nun-chucks and giggling all while not being attentive to the patients overnight visitors. It appears that the nurses are the only ones working and they are understaffed and overworked.

Cafeteria food is great IF they take your order

Went with wife for flu shot. Decided to eat there, as we have before. Food was pretty good quality and value, especially since she gets employee discount.
Stood at counter for at least two or three minutes while others were served. Not sure what the problem was.
Were we standing in the wrong place along the counter? Wrong clothes, wrong look, age, color, whatever?
Don't know - we just left.
Very disappointing.

I worked for this company at this location in the EVS department which is the most talked about department in the hospital, being that it is probably the bottom of the barrel, job no other departments carried respect. I didn t know your badge determines how you are treated when clearly we are all HUMAN! Not to include when you no longer work for the company they TAKE half of your pto hours you earned. When you ask for proof in the policy about only giving you half if you work less than two years they decline to provide the information. I work hard for every dime the pto the 401k etc. I deserved to get what I am owed.

Well, here's the thing...it's an EMERGENCY ROOM......

Well, here's the thing...it's an EMERGENCY ROOM...it's for EMERGENCIES...and I can fully understand the frustration of the nurses who work there and the doctors too because I'm sure they didn't sign up for the types of "emergencies" they see there day after day that have nothing to do with real life trauma...but on the other hand, I can understand why some choose to go to the ER. Perhaps they don't have insurance like some of you fine folks...or perhaps they are just afraid. There are a number of reasons why people choose to go the ER route but I will say this...you are better off going to your primary (if you have one) or to a walk in clinic...because not only will you WAIT to be seen (because again, there are TRUE emergencies that will be taken care of first...hence the word TRIAGE), you will more than likely not get the results you're looking for...I mean, it's an emergency room...these Doctors and Nurses are constantly going...they are adrenaline junkies! I'm sure they aren't going to be pleased to take care of your pink eye sir, or your common cold and flu madam.

The nurses are awesome at their bedside manor and treatment of care. Dietary and housekeeping were awesome also. Not often one gives a hospital rave reviews, but I can honestly say they put the patient first and give you the care you deserve and want.

Update: so when I first got here they drew blood and sent me back in the waiting room for 3 hours with an IV in my arm. Finally I got up and asked them to take it out because my whole arm was going numb. They took it out and of course told me to have a seat. 2 more hours later I still haven t gotten seen. I m still sitting here waiting. If I hadn t had blood in my vomit I would ve left. The workers don t care that you re sick. I asked for more nausea medicine because after 5 hours of course the first dose worn off. I will not be coming back here. It s 4 minutes away from my house and I ll be going 25 minutes to the ER in Matthews.

The absolute WORST STAFF I have ever experienced at any hospital... and this is years over years. It is almost like they pluck all the flunked out medical students and put them here. I won't list out all the issues that have been experienced over the past 7 or so years from family.. but just recently a triage nurse listed upper gastric pain as rib pain... I cannot wrap my head around how these people still have jobs. I will continue to urge my family and friends to not go here! I would risk dying to get to Presby downtown before EVER consenting to being taken to this place. Shame I even have to give them one star.

The most horrible experience that my wife went thr...

The most horrible experience that my wife went through at Atrium ER. She developed inflammatory pain in the lungs. The doctor at Atrium ER was smart enough to run every test from gall bladder to ekg to chest ct scan but couldn t tell what it was. No diagnosis. Then she said oh, it could be ulcer, so take some antacid .
No attempt to properly understand the issue or perform physical examination, just one test after another to come up with nothing. And of course a bill of $12 grands.
Next day a simple visit to GP at OurHealth, we found that it was costrocondritis. And prescribed medicine for it and she got immediate relief.
Felt cheated as the Dr at ER kept saying sorry we couldn t help but of course they still asked to pay up the big bill for not being able to help .

We had our second child here and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was amazing!!They were so helpful and caring during our stay. They do a great job of explaining everything they are going to do and make you feel very comfortable at all times. Everyone was great but especially their nurses are top notch. Every nurse that helped us was amazing.

One of Charlotte's finest medical facilities. Being in the ER there a time or two myself! Treatment for me was as good as it gets! GREAT! And for severe trauma they offer "LIFE FLIGHT" or Air lift. And maybe in my case most significant Atrium Health "Stroke Unit" saved my 78 year old father's life. What? So grateful. Thanks for all who dedicate their lives saving others!!!

I don t even want to give this place a 1 star!!!!!!!!
They won t let you give a 0.................
Why do they even give you an appointment when they keep u waiting for 45 mins to and hour and half after your appointment time?
And do not believe the ER wait time they give you online! I chose this hospital cause the online ER time was 15 mins, what an Fing lie!!!
It took 2&1/2 hours just to be evaluated and all in all total of 5 hours at ER!!
Don t go to this ER!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL, WASTE OF TIME. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT ONLY ABOUT YOUR MONEY. JUST HAD MY WIFE AND 11 YEAR OLD WHO HAS 103 FEVER AND 2. HOURS LATER STILL NOT SEEN. I CALL IN AS ANY CONCERN FATHER WOULD HAVE. I SPEAK TO FRONT DESK ATTENDANT FEMALE WHO REFUSES TO GIVE ME HER NAME. SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO SCOLD ME, BELITTLE ME AND INDIRECTLY CALLS ME A INCOMPETENT FATHER. SHE CHALLENGES ME AND STATED IF I WAS SO CONCERN WHY AM I NOT THERE TO PERSONALLY COMPLAIN TO ER. LITTLE DOES THIS (UNPROFESSIONAL MONSTER) KNOW, IM AT HOME WITH MY 1yr. OLD AND 3yr. OLD. THIS TOOK PLACE ON FEBRUARY 20th 2019 @ 11:09PM. THIS MISERABLE INDIVIDUAL STATES THAT ITS A 5 HOUR WAIT SO MY SON WILL BE SEEN IN A FEW MORE HOURS. I QUESTIONED HER AND STATED, WOULD YOU THINK MAYBE THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE PATIENTS WHEN THEY ARRIVE. IF KNOWINGLY YOU KNOW THE WAIT IS 5 HOURS WHY NOT GIVE PATIENTS THE OPTION TO EITHER STAY OR CHOOSE TO GO TO OTHER HOSPITALS THAT MIGHT ATTEND THEM SOONER. SHE STATED, WELL THATS A GREAT IDEA. REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME AND HANGS UP. CLEARLY WITHHOLDING SUCH VALUED INFO ON WAIT TIME AND REFUSING TO ADVISE PATIENTS, CLEARLY SHOWS YOU (THEY DONT CARE). I SPENT 27,500 A YEAR FOR INSURANCE FOR THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT. THIS HOSPITAL DOES NOT CARE. PATIENTS PLEASE BEWARE. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, THIS WAS PERSONAL, MY PARENTING WAS CHALLENGED BY A PROFESSIONAL WHO ACTED UNPROFESSIONAL. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT SHE IS TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. LETS SEE HOW MUCH YOU GUYS CARE TO EXPRESS EMPATHY AND REACH OUT TO ME.

Went to the emergency room with two ruptured discs. They shot me with morphene and told me to go and see a specialist. Visit lasted 35 min tops. Nurse spent two minutes with me then walked me out with no MRI or resolution. Then sent me a bill for over $4000 . This place is a joke. And a rip off of the worst kind. Do not go here. They will not help you.

I had a great surgical experience at this hospital. Natrell, Paul, and Dr. Newbie were all amazing! They were helpful attentive and friendly the entire time. Natrell made sure I was taken care of prior to surgery. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions and even gave a warm blankets. Dr. Newbie was my anathesia doctor and Paul made sure I was good after surgery before I was released. I wouldn't want to be taken care of by anyone else if I ever have to have surgery again.

Worst ER in Charlotte. Dont do it. Front desk staff is inconsiderate and laughs through individuals pain. Nurses are pretty decent, but Steele Creek is beyond more professional and the place is spotless. Lot less people to wait behind as well. No real communication in Pineville.

Went in for a HIDA scan and everyone was great. Followed all Covid precautions and was very clean. Staff was nice from check in to leaving.

The folks in the department that do HIDA Scan were fabulous (not radiology but maybe nuclear ?) but Kayla, Jon, and Gary all took the best care of me. Checked on me. Walked me through everything and kept me comfortable. Thank y all for being so kind and compassionate

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! I suffer from migraines and had been prescribed Vicodin as a treatment. I only get the prescription filled as needed which is about once a year for 30 pills. Not even close to being enough to be addicted to it. I suffered a migraine episode and didn't have my medication. I took my tablet into the ER with me so I could go to the health portal of my primary care network so they could see that I truly have a proscription and how often I take it, and that I wasn't some junkie. The doctor totally disregarded my health history and reused to give me just 1 pill to alleviate my pain. Instead I was hot up with 4 different pain medications within a 2 hour period. No of the medications worked, and long story short I was discharged and tole if the pain doesn't go away come back. Well 2 hours later I'm now drugged up, with a migraine. So I go back to the ER and they finally give me my regular medication. A month later I'm charged with 2 hospital visits!!!! Even after the doctor documented my conversation and experience, they told me I would be financially responsible for both charges. I told them that I should not be charged for the second visit since I was told to come back due to their doctor not giving me the care I needed. CMC was unconcerned about my experience and told me I would be responsible for both charges! I would NEVER go back into this hospital again. They should be ashamed of themselves.
