I ve had a chance to work with Bryce and KiwiProductions for the last few years. He has always been professional and flexible to the needs of our organization. As Production Director and now Operations Manager of the Edmonton Music Awards, I've worked with Bryce and his team since our very first Gala in 2011. In 2015 Wainwright Credit Union and Wetaskiwin Credit Union merged to form Encompass Credit Union. With this merger, our Annual General Meeting needed to happen in two communities at once. It was decided that the best to do this would be hold a video conference between the two major communities to try and bring them together as one group. Bryce and Kiwi were able to make that happen for us in 2016. This year we wanted to expand on what we had done previously, and Bryce and his team were more than up to the task! The ability for each location to participate and not feel as simply bystanders went a long way with our members.

Bryce produced a live webcast of our AGM and everything went smoothly. He also went above and beyond by lending us an audio mixer for our event later the same day. We highly recommend Kiwi for video production needs and will use them again.

Kiwi Productions did a great job with our 2020 District Conference, Vision 2020, held online on September 12th.
They looked after all aspects of the event, with the creation of the website, helped with registration, promotion, set up Project Fair booths, etc.
They coordinated the speakers, who were mostly live, from different areas of the world, the streaming of the event, audio, and more, all from their A/V studio in Edmonton.
A family run business who put in extra effort for their clients, I highly recommend them!

We hired Bryce and Kiwi Productions to put on a virtual youth conference for us, including website, livestream, and video production. With only a six-week timeframe, we had a very tight turnaround, but Bryce was always very responsive and worked around the clock to ensure our event was the best it could be.
For the event s website, we provided the design elements and Bryce put it all together beautifully, walking our team through the site in the early stages and implementing our feedback in a timely manner.
Unlike the usual conferences, our virtual conference was more like a live news broadcast, using a mix of live and pre-recorded videos. Bryce and Perdita were very professional and accommodating with any last-minute changes and additions to our broadcast.
Although we had technical difficulties with the registration process, Kiwi Productions was quick to think of an alternative solution so our registrants could successfully access the conference.
One suggestion to improve our overall experience would have been a rehearsal of the broadcast several days before the event to ensure flawless execution.
Overall, our team is extremely pleased with our experience with Bryce and the team at Kiwi Productions from conception to execution.
My marketing and pr firm has worked with Kiwi before and have found the company brings it's A game everytime. So when we needed a company to webcast 15 candidate forums around the municipal election, Kiwi was asked to quote.
They provided the assurance we needed that they could successfully manage 15 forums in a two-week period - 12 of which occurred - two simultaneously! Bryce personally accompanied me on all 15 site visits.
His knowledge and experience with the venues was invaluable - not only that, but he personally created detailed site plans for each location that should be the template for all future site plans.
He and his staff were the first to arrive at all 15 forums, they set up and coordinated the webcasting flawlessly and were able to troubleshoot a couple of times when things went wrong and get us back on track with no one the wiser.
I hope Kiwi is contracted to perform this role again in four years at the next election. Kiwi is definitely my go-to company for large scale AV requirements in future!

We worked with Bryce and his team at Kiwi Productions to produce our 2020 online conference. Bryce provided hosting website and design, pre-tapes of over 50 speakers/moderators, post production services, and live support during the conference. While we had originally wanted to do our conference in person, COVID made that impossible. Going online with Kiwi offered us a great alternative. From the feedback we received from delegates, they were impressed by both the quality and professional look and feel of the conference. We are hoping to work with Kiwi again in the near future.

With the need for our festival to move online, Bryce was quick to answer the call on very short notice. Kiwi Productions edited and packaged clips of archival Folk Festival footage swiftly and professionally, meeting every deadline set forth.
