i don't normally leave review but i had to say ..don't come here if your sick or hurt it would be better to drive to another hospital..because iwait times of 6 hours you will die before you get seen ..than they give you medication without seeing a doctor plus they will already take blood before they even know what's going on ..this is a complete insurance fraud ..on top of everything they didn't have a label for my urine sample so who do you know whos who........the one slow very slow person at the front desk on top of everything shes not friendly. i will try to dispute all charges...don't come here

I went in for a total hip replacement last Thursday June 15th, I didn't really have much of a choice on the hospital as my surgeon had privelages there. Every single person I encountered from the second I walked in the door was outstanding. Every admin, the intake nurse in pre-op, the doctors, the OR nurses, recovery room nurses, the nurses on my floor once I got my room as well as all the nurses aids, PT's, food services and people who cleaned the room. Everyone was outstanding, treated me like I was a family member and made me feel so comfortable. They made this experience as pleasant as a hip replacement can be. I will be forever grateful for all of them.

Extremely unethical organization. Fraudulently charge patients at care levels not received since they know that a patient has no recourse to dispute the charges by the doctors.

Worst front desk staff! Lady was huffing and puffing while family waited in the waiting room, was rude when we were asking her questions. Midwives were rude and inconsiderate. Hate this maternity hospital!

1 star is too kind for the patient care this hospital gives. It is a shame that a few nurses can ruin a hospital's reputation. My mother had knee surgery at this hospital on Thursday and she did not tell me until Tuesday that she had not had a bath since her surgery. She, also, told me that when she would call for help to go to the restroom, it would take them 10-15 minutes before anyone came in. Well, by that time, she has urine running down her leg. They did not bother to clean her leg up nor did they change her wet socks. To say that I was upset is putting it mildly! It has been my understanding that patients should be bathed daily. When I found out, I immediately called the hospital and asked to speak to someone over patient care. I was told that I needed to speak to the charge nurse on the floor first. If my problems were not solved after speaking to her, I should call back and request code care. I was transferred to the floor she was on and I spoke to someone about the issue. Their response was....they didn't know about that and it would be taken care of......do they not chart things they do with the patients??? I gave them the benefit of the doubt and THOUGHT it would be taken care of. When I spoke with my mother the next day, I asked her if someone came in the night before and gave her a bath. Guess what...they did not give her bath and they put a pull-up on her!!!! I was furious! My father and aunt were up there later that afternoon visiting and my aunt had to go out to the nurses station and ask them to get her some water and was it not customary to give patients a bath daily. They finally sent someone in, a male nurse (I don't have a problem with a male nurse, but I thought it would have been more appropriate to send in a female nurse to bathe her). The more I thought about it, the madder I became....I had called the night before and was told it would be taken care of (which it was not) and my aunt had to ask them to bathe her....I WAS DONE!!! I called back up to the hospital and told them that I needed to talk to someone over patient care. I gave them my mother's name and room number. They assured me that someone would go up and talk with her about the problems.
Finally, something was going to be done. They did send someone up there to talk with her and she told them everything that had gone on...went there on Thursday and it was not until Wednesday she was given a bath, was not asked if she needed to brush her teeth (my father helped her on Sunday and my aunt helped her on Wednesday), socks not changed after having urine run down her legs from their lack of response time.
This is one hospital that needs an overhaul on patient care. Now granted, not all of the nurses are bad. If that was their mama laying in that bed, they would not want her treated like that. All we wanted was for her to be taken care of and to get what she needed to get well and come home.
My mother did tell me that that first night I called (Tuesday), 2 young nurses helped her to the restroom and were standing outside the bathroom door.. She overheard them saying "her daughter called up her tonight" and started laughing about it. In my opinion, that is not very professional.
Patient care and professionalism needs work at that hospital!!

Been here in the waiting room since 1a.m. and haven't been seen or called. I asked the reception why are others being called before me that came in after I did. She says that the nurses decide who comes back first. Makes no sense. I've been in a vehicle accident and can't receive any help here. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Absolutely slow night, just 2 patients in waiting room at ER.
My mom had breath shortness and high blood pressure. They put her to waiting room, we have waited 2 hours and 20 mins. From 2 am till 4.20 am on saturday am.
Within 140 mins of waiting my mom already feel better. And we left. Staff was mostly Careless.
ZERO help was provided at the hospital.

I literally waited 7 hours to see a Physician Assistant! I checked in at 845pm. Went back to triage and ultrasound. They sent me back to the waiting room. Where I waited 4hrs before I was called back to a room. Granted, it was very busy but there should be some type of protocol or process in place on extremely busy nights so that a patients visit shouldn't be more than 3hrs. I watched several pop that wait 3.5 hours and more that got up and walked out. It was the worst experience I have had with CMC. And I actually drive 20mins just to come to this hospital but I think I will not be coming back to this location again.

worst service ever, last night I went to this hospital with a very high blood pressure and my head was about to explode with a pain that was taking over my body, the wait time was more than 5 hours and only lady told me she waited 10 hours to be taken care of
after 3 hours I couldn't stand the pain anymore and I told the nurse I was leaving and she said ok and took down my name off the list and walked away from me. I could be dying and I won't return to this hospital
