I've been to this hospital before, and have never had a complaint. I went last night because I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and I am in a great deal of pain. I fear I may have dry sockets, and I the earliest I can be seen by my dentist is Monday. I went to the ER in hopes that they could at least help me, and give me some tips to deal with the pain, and to see if I actually have dry sockets. The staff and Nurses were all very kind, and caring, they were not a problem whatsoever. My complaint is about the HORRIBLE ER "doctor" that "cared" for me. After waiting roughly an hour (which was fine, it IS an emergency room, it is to be expected) they called my name and took me back to be seen. This so called "doctor" would not answer my questions and she was VERY rude. She ignored me. She looked in my mouth, and when I specifically asked her if I had dry sockets, and what I need to do to help ease my pain, SHE IGNORED my questions and told me I was being discharged. I know she heard me, my friend who was accompanying me, heard me and understood me just fine! She said there was nothing she could do for me, and sent me home. I don't know if maybe she was someone who was impersonating a doctor, or if she is just a really REALLY bad doctor. She was extremely rude. I had a serious concern, and am in serious pain, and this sorry excuse for a doctor didn't seem to care at ALL. She shouldn't be doctor. She should be fire if she is like THAT with all of her patients.

The Nurses and other staff were kind though. But I wouldn't go there again if I had a choice, in fear that I would be seen by that sorry excuse for a "doctor" again.

To make it worse, they expect me to actually pay this! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I REFUSE to pay for such a horrible experience! What should I pay for? The "doctor" did nothing! Literally! She did N.O.T.H.I.N.G. I will NOT pay for that.

*update* Just made it in to my dentist today, and I have dry sockets. So thanks for nothing to the AWFUL ER "doctor" that did nothing to help me. And yes, Dry sockets are extremely painful. Don't go here if you have an option to go somewhere else.
