Buyers beware!!!!!!!!

I bought my car last year in November 2015,they worked on the bumper prior to me buying in September (a month before my purchase). They never disclosed any info to me about the bumper being replaced/ repaired ( existing bumper issues!!!!!). Nothing in my original paper work says anything about the bumper being damaged/replaced/ repaired. I thought i was buying a NEW car! I had to look into it myself to find out the car was worked on prior, and now they say no warranty for the bumper work they did. They gave me a thrid party to fix the issue and want me to pay out of pocket. Im very disappointed in their " customer service" or lack of. I feel cheated. I wish I would have bought else where, very disappointed. Tis the season. Merry Christmas, people do your homework before buying.

Bad customer service I called to get my Jeep Patriot transmission check wich is under drive train warranty they put me on hold them hangout on me , I called again then they give me this guy number wich was supposed to work on my car , I called him and when straight to voicemail it said to leave a message and will call me as soon as possible, and I never got that call back now my car is almost in the 100k miles ' so I'm guessing I have to fixed and pay my self!!! Thanks to these people!!!

Worst experience ever :( Took our truck to get fixed , the body shop they told us it would take 7 days to do repairs.They don't return phone calls and lied every step of the way .24 days later the repairs on our vehicle We're finally done .When we went to pick it up there was overspray on bumpers and windows which they could not remove . Not only is there customer service piss poor their job is just as bad .would never recommend anyone use this body shop .

My service experience was fantastic. Came in for a clicking noise stemming from my front left wheel well, and from the beginning, my service advisor, Mark, was very helpful and kind and always kept me informed as to what was going on, and the tech took the extra time to really try and diagnose the problem correctly, because I ve had this same problem occur before, and other jeep dealerships in the area did an absolutely horrible job servicing it. Overall, super impressed with my experience, and a complete night versus day experience as compared to the other jeep dealership in the area.

He helped provide what I was looking for in my new car and cleared the way to my 2018 Chrysler 300s. I got a great deal with minimum down! Not only that, once the transaction was complete and I went home, he gave me a call to tell me he can reduce my APR by an additional 1% to make my payments even smaller. Very happy with the service.

The service department at this dealership has been the worst i've ever dealt with. I've waited multiple months for them to resolve the issue I had with my car under warranty but i'm always told to keep on waiting. Talked to the service manager and he hung up on me. The sales on the other hand seem to be good.

I bought my car at Normandin in March 2018 Brand New with 43 miles on it. My car started having problems in June 2020. My mechanic told me I had a broken water pump. My warranty was still valid so I called Normandin several times to make an appointment left voicemails never had my call returned so made an appointment online and despite what the sales people had told me they would roll out the red carpet when I needed my car fixed cause I bought it there it was two weeks to the next appointment so I called them the day before my appointment (2 weeks of no driving my car) To make sure they understood I ve already had my car diagnosed and the part was back ordered per my mechanic so what are they going to do about this I haven t had a car already for two weeks, they told me I should ve called to make my appointment, haha which I had several times with no return call. They don t check their appointments they just let you schedule them online and was told I was going to have to be rescheduled I freaked out so they rescheduled me just to an earlier time the next day but it took 40 days to repair my car (54 if you include the time I didn t have a rental). I just got my car back two days ago and the problem still hasn t fixed my temperature gauge keeps spiking like my engine is about to overheat. I m so disappointed in the service. Don t fall for their promises when buying a new car with their platinum extended warranty. Your time is not important to them they think that their time is more important and they are super busy they don t understand you are super busy too. I bought a brand new car because I don t have time to have it in the shop. Maybe Jeeps are just bad vehicles. Now it s the weekend and their service department isn t open until Monday. I should ve bought a Toyota Toyota s service department is open all weekend.

Had an appt for 11am, they never scheduled me, I'm here on time, they didn't have a second recall part in (pass airbag), they want me to wait 5 and a half hours for service of an airbag that takes 20 minutes to install. This is the driver airbag for 06 dodge Laramie 2500hd.

Thanks for needlessly wasting my life today!

Terrible customer service. Walk into this dealer (ready to buy) the sales person was less than mediocre didn t know anything about the car he was showing me. I walked back in talked to the manager and said I need an expert. It took them more than 45 min to find me someone, which was apparently on call. I left because they have no real experts to sell their trucks. What a shame for RAM!!!

Really bizarre sales. I visited them to look at a car, left my contact info with the sales person because my time was limited. Expected some sort of call back... Never did. Then after few days i left them messages through their website. Zero. Lastly I called them and the person transferred me to sales, 4 minutes of waiting... got disconnected. In the meantime, i was able exchange many emails, texts and call with 3 other dealers in bay area, OR and NV within 1 hour after my first emails to them. Do they work at Normandin? Looks like a bunch of unmotivated and bored sales people. My first ever 1 star review.

I would recommend NOT doing any kind of business with this company,when you need service and you will,your treated horribly,they just don't care,it shows from your first interaction all the way through to the cashier. Got to b a higher up problem,if everyone thinks it's ok to b so incompetent.

Great selection and staff in the sales department....

Great selection and staff in the sales department. We got our Pacifica Hybrid from them and they stayed late to get everything worked out.
Better than that, though, is the service department. They went out of their way to make sure I could get warranty service performed on it when the wiper washer pump died, and the service technicians really know their stuff, as repair was performed in about an hour.
Awesome. Highly recommended. :-)

I had to have my car towed in because of it overheating and leaking coolant. They kept my car for a total of 2 days counting the day it got towed in. I was told they couldn't figure out what was wrong and get the error to come up. They added that they were going to hold on to it and update me the next day. I was told it needs a new radiator cap and that the thermostat and housing would soon need to be replaced or fixed. One costing $15 the other costing over $1000. Not only was it upsetting as I had the issue happen while on a delivery for work but I was also talked down to like a helpless child that didn't know any better multiple times. I had the cap replaced and picked up my car two hours later. While on the way home my car started to overheat again. It was more frustrating since I had gone a total of 6 days without driving my car to work and having to use a different car. I had called my parents and my father being an ASE certified master technician was not happy or amused with the situation. He drove 4 hours to look at my car and in just under 2 hours fixed the problem that would have cost $1000. I paid $200 for him to fix it which was the cost of parts. After my experience I can fairly say I won't be returning to the dealership to have it serviced or to purchase a car. I had asked all the right questions and was rudely ignored and treated poorly. I will never forget how this dealership treated me.

I do not like car shopping. I think a colonoscopy is more pleasant (really), until now. I was in and out in an hour with a great SUV. The salesman was attentive but not pushy and the finance department was very informative, funny and knowledgeable. I very welcoming dealership from start to finish. If a quality automobile is what you are looking for with great rates, then Normandin is your place. I will recommend them to anyone needing a quality experience top to bottom.

I purchased my car here. I have been bringing my car here for repairs. But I think this is the last time. Everytime I have a problem. They always find a way to make it a bad experience a simple oil change first person there and have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours and I am still waiting. I was told only 1 technician on a Saturday! Everyone else coming in and out. I can't help but wonder what the problem is. Time before I was called to bring my car in because a part had arrived I was never told that they had ordered a part but ok. I had already paid for everything so I took it and I was very rudely told that I need to pay for it.

Bought a lemon from here. Nothing but problems since the day I bought it. Spent 37K on a piece of junk that I been taking to the mechanic every week. Don t buy used cars from here because they get them from auctions without spending a dime on them to fix whatever is necessary before reselling them. And once the car is out of their lot they won t help you fix it. I already spent over 1.5K and I have only had the car for 2 weeks. So disappointed.

In 5 mins at the dealership.
1- David offered a used car to us, instead of a new one!
2- The excus was " no inventory "
3- He didn't bother to check the upcoming inventory when we specifically asked him for it!
4- I asked for a drive test because, my nephew wanted for me to feel how it drives. David answer was " they all drive the same".
5- David didn't offer any similar model higher or lower.

This was the worst dealership customer service I ever experienced so, no wander why it is never busy at anytime.

Worst customer service. I was looking for a new vehicle that Chrysler just launched this year. Went into the dealership and the overly arrogant girl at the counter neither greeted us or asked if I need any help. I asked if any of the sales person is available and she didn't answer. Neither she tried to page anyone or showed any respect to the customer. I waited to see if I can spot anyone who can help.. I left in 15 mins.

Absolutely rubbish place and no sense of customer service. Whatever, history this place has is wasted by such arrogant and insensitive employees.

The salesman helping us did not seem too interested. He was a short and older man. I went in during black Friday with my brother and we're both young so the salesman seemed hesitant to help us. We asked if we could see inside a few trucks and he lead us to the computer to show us prices instead. We asked again to see the inside of them and he insisted that he's helping us out by letting us see them on the computer. He was paged by someone and walked away without saying anything to us. After waiting for him for 10 min or so we went outside to look at the cars for ourselves and we saw the salesman outside.

I was fortunate enough to deal with George in the auto body shop after my 2015 Rubicon was transferred there by the Allstate body shop because they weren't able to fix my Jeep. George and his team really treated fixing my Rubicon as a labor of love and gave it back to me looking and driving as good as new, with a lifetime warranty for their work. Needless to say, these guys are superstars, after having replaced my frame and putting everything back with all original parts! Before and after pix below

People are very pleasant, but no one seems to be in any real hurry to get you taken care of and on your way. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up to do the paperwork on my car to have a safety recall worked on. The paperwork said it would take an hour. But that appears to be from when they actually start working on it. Even though I had an appointment, they weren't going to work on my car for a couple of hours. Said it would be done by 2pm and they would call me when it was done. At 4:30, I called them and they were surprised I was calling; of course your car is ready. Even with all this, nowhere near the worst experiences I have had with other dealership service departments.

The service department was not professional. Our van had a recall and we were told they did not have all the parts so we made a later appointment for another dealership just to get as much done and have a safer vehicle for our family. We had a few problems that seemed to be connected. We mentioned it to them and they said they had to do a diagnostic for each part, which would have cost us $500. I spoke to a second dealership, the one on Steven's Creek, and they said it could probably be fixed by disconnecting the battery. We did not pay the $500 and it was the battery. Thank goodness we didn't pay. Anyway, I brought the van in for the recall at another dealership for the part this dealership told us they didn't have. The Steven's Creek dealership contacted us and told us everything had been done. The Normandin dealership did the recalls, had the parts and did not tell me. This has been very frustrating and I don't have a car for today. I would go to another dealership if you need any services done, or find a mechanic. This place does not communicate well with costumers and would rather you pay more than be honest about what cheaper, easier options exist to fix your vehicle.

When asked where to go pick up my car, I was told down the hall which was very confusing as nothing is marked. I guessed and went to cashiers window. I mean who would know that? Then she handed my keys and said someone will bring my car around. Again, I'm standing there wondering where to go. I had to ask someone else. Apparently you go out the door to the garage, but no one said that. Terrible customer service there. The older gentleman that got my car was wonderful and should give a few lessons on how to treat customers!

Never had a problem with service or parts all good guys ...but the car sales people do tend to sometimes hang out near service and try to sell new cars ....which mine is 9months old dont need a new car mine is paid full at sale ...service good no issues yet they are quick when not buisy drop off in morning for quicker turnaround would recommend!

He asked for my name & Vin # he informed me my car had a recall. So I asked him when can I bring it in he said tomorrow @ 845a we will fix both things. I go today from the morning person to Jason excellent experience and customer service...and they fixed it very fast!

Bunch of scammers, from the sales representative, to the sales manager, to the dmv clerk and manager.
I got a 2016 supposedly Ram 1500, supposedly Big Horn. Turns out is 2015 ram SLT with Big Horn Package. I noticed Few scratches here and there, sales rep told me they don't paint their cars, i hit the bed recently and there is bunch of bondo under the paint. It also had dent on the roof. I was never informed. Also there are few places that says 2015 SLT, like the pre owned certificate and inspection. Turns out title is 2015 and they claim to be DMV error, so they are trying to change the title, which delays my registration and new tags, now temp sticker is expired so my truck is pretty much illegal to drive. So in short these scammers sold me 2015 SLT with big horn badge, for 2016 Big Horn. I will check with a lawyer to see my options.

Additionally the car was advertised accident free as shown on carfax, but autocheck shows 1 accident reported!

I hate this place. The only reason I come here is because I have to drop off a company vehicle. The employees here are very rude and very unprofessional. The service department is horrible! Service advisor ask why do I keep coming back?? Because the issue you as the dealer was suppose to be fixed is not fixed correctly. How is that okay to talk to a customer? I believe race plays a major part!

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 and 12 days later my change oil light came on. Mind you, it had a sticker on the windshield that service is due 4500 miles later. On the 30th day of my purchase it started leaking oil. I have made several attempts and can't get any information from them.

I was given a written warranty along with the carfax and pushed into getting there service warranty. I can taste the LEMON juice from this vehicle.

Horrible experience , the first thing they said is they were busy even though there was no on the entire place (but in reality was probably understaffed). Very quickly went on to ask me my budget in a condescending way. Once I refused to answer that and asked them to explain me the options. They seemed not interested in selling or even explaining things and the options on the car. I am now put off by Jeep even though it was my choice over Pilot.

The service department is beyond terrible. This is the worst experience I had in my life. This experience tops being hit by a car and hospitalized for 35 days. No joke. This is a novel but please read until the end for the icing on the cake! We dropped off our car on 7/24/19 and it is currently still in the service department as of today 9/17/19 with the ETA of start date for this following Monday 9/23/19 for approximately 2 weeks of repair time to be done on 10/7/19 (almost 3 months). I would not hold my breathe on this ETA because they had pushed the ETA out 3 times now and apparently been lying to us this entire time because the repair was never initiated.

We dropped off the car in July and they were unable to diagnose the issue; during those two weeks there was ZERO communication from the service manager regarding the status of our car. We had to call and leave multiple voicemails until we received a call back with an update that they have no idea what is wrong with the car. We had to pay for a rental out of pocket for 2 wks. Once they diagnosed the car and got the warranty's approval, we got a rental car under warranty for 7 days because the ETA for the repair was 7 days. Once again, ZERO communication from the office - we called on the 5th day just to make sure that the repair was on schedule, but to find out they didn't start the repair because of inventory back order. The service manager said he could not extend the car rental even though the delay is on their end; he advised us to call our warranty for an extension. We spoke to warranty and the rep said the claim's adjuster and the service department agreed that it would take maximum 7 days for the repair thus only 7 days granted. Going back and forth, finally we spoke to a manager at the service dept and he called warranty and somehow got 3 extra days for the car rental, assuming they can repair the car in time. We had to call the service dept for an updated ETA, to once again find out that there is a separate issue with the car that needs additional repair so they need warranty to approve. During this inspection period for warrranty's approval, we are not approved for a rental. The service dept refused to give us a loan car or assist with rental, so we had to rent another car out of pocket.

One week later, the car was approved for the second repair and we were told that the parts etc. will take about a week and the ETA for the repair was one more week. So now we are renting a car out of pocket for 2 additional weeks. Since we know from experience that the service dept LACKS communication or more accurately has ZERO communication, we decided to call weekly for updates to ensure the car is on the right schedule.

The service manager informed us that the parts came in earlier than anticipated so that was the first and only good news we got from them this far. So the ETA was one week. By the end of the week we called to ensure that the car will be completed by Fri, but to find out that it will take an additional week. So ok, end of next week (by now we are taking about end of 9/20/19 - let me remind you that the car was dropped off 7/24/19) - we called yesterday to get an ETA and today, the service manager calls to inform me that THEY NEVER STARTED the repair. The repair is scheduled for Monday 9/23/19 with ETA of 2 weeks which is 10/7/2019. However, can I trust this ETA with all the past experience of ETA provided? NO!!! ETAs were pushed back because they never started the repair.

With all that said, no loaner or assistance with rental! No accurate ETA. No communication with status or updates.

And the real icing on the cake? While the car was left in their hands, it was broken into and the speaker was stolen, the garage opener, all the miscellaneous items in the glove and middle compartment was wiped out clean! They are reimbursing us for the speaker and garage opener but there are numerous unaccounted for items that are missing. Potentially private information like address, social security etc. that would put us at risk for identity theft. WORST service

I bought a Dodge Durango brand new, then after a week I found the color on the back door is different, I took the car to Normadin and say why you sold this car, obviously it's get damage and they painted and sold it as a brand new car with no damage and history. After hours and hours talking they repaint the whole door to match the color.
2. They have a recall for the call so the dealer has to fix something in my car on belaf of manufacturer. No follow up and not even a call to tell me about the issue. When I start to re issue my permit and plate I found there is stop on it. So I went to DMV and it took me 4 hrs then they said you can use your car till do the recall. I call Normadin the scheduler said you can come in 3 weeks. I said my car is not registered but she said it is what it is. I can not believe it. Please be careful if you have a plan to buy a car from Normadin. Totally unsatisfied.

We were just exploring & hopping around to dealers to get one nice SUV or Crossover and ended up landing in Normandin, San Jose. Really so much satisfied and relief with their concern and help. Everyone was very cooperative and helpful especially our Salesperson Mr.Harry Singh. He was very nice and friendly with great professionalism. He helped us to chose the vehicle which we were looking for the type and helped in every paper work maintaining a very good rate without any hanky panky. We would like to thank Mr.Marlon Dimalanta (Finance Manager)also. Finally we were very happy getting our New Jeep Renegade Latitude.We would like to thank the entire unit and wish Mr.Harry Singh a very best for his future endeavors. Worst customer service of all time. Incredibly rude and definitely profiling potential customers. Don't plan on purchasing there ever! Incredibly rude people who aren't even interested in helping and refused to test drive without appointment. There's no reason for that, it's simply laziness and profiling. Very little selection and the cars are not clean, very dirty and not maintained. We also got blocked at customer parking by the sales agent who took ten minutes time to move without a care. Nope! This is not how a business is run!

This is not the best place to buy cars new but used it better. I bought a Volkswagen Passat but the transactions were sooo slow. First we argued over the price. Second we waited. Third we tried paying with credit. Fourth we went to the ATM. Fifth we payed the rest using cash. They even got is to get the premium insurance.

Went there on a weekday afternoon, after taking an appointment over phone, but had they could not find my appointment in the system. Had to wait for several minutes before someone was assigned to help. The Sales person was very rude and unprofessional.

I decided not to do business with them, because of their unfriendly staff. I walked out and bought my new car from another dealer in the next 5 days.

My experience with Normandin dodge was Great! I was helped and assisted by Harry, Warner, and Richard! They are great sales representatives and very friendly! I highly recommend that if you go, ask for either of the three. 11 stars on a scale of 1 to 10!
