CTW Designs Review

Well, I was only parked near CTW Kitchen and Bath, but my phone assumes I was a customer. I really want to give 5 stars, but my parking experience was only typical.

Great store and show room!
I needed to get some counter caulking and epoxy for a granite counter top I directed to the warehouse and met Ben I could not have been happier!
Ben knew everything about the products as well as tips on using them Ben was very helpful and very patient I give Ben 5 stars *****!

Have only dealt with the warehouse in back. Staff is on it and plenty of in-stock items for Tiling. Great resource.

I was very disappointed with my customer service experience. I first emailed for an appointment as advised on the website, but never received a response. I then went to the store, waited as I had no appointment, but was finally able to speak with a salesperson. The bathroom tile choices, prices and warehouse pickup were great. However when we got to installing the tile I was advised that I did not have any edge pieces. I was never told by the Salesperson that I should purchase edge (bullnose) pieces. I called the Salesperson, Sophie, first thing in the am and did not receive a return call. I emailed her and heard nothing. I then called again and was able to speak with her. She advised me of a couple of ideas and said she would check on the finishes and prices and call me right back - I heard nothing for five days and at that point I had already gone elsewhere.

Great experience in finding the right tile at the right price.

Don, his family and their staff are the best! Superb selection of tiles and plumbing fixtures, knowledgeable and kind staff, and their showroom is a joy to peruse. They really care, and are doing a great job keeping customers safe amidst 2020 health challenges, with masks and gloves and limiting the number of customers in the space. Six stars?
