I called the Service Dept yesterday to schedule an appt to fix my visor, it came off the hinge and was dangling. I can't remember the advisor that truly helped me. He asked for my name & Vin # he informed me my car had a recall. So I asked him when can I bring it in he said tomorrow @ 845a we will fix both things. I go today from the morning person to Jason excellent experience and customer service...and they fixed it very fast!
