As soon as I walked in the door of Burns Honda, I knew the experience would be different than other dealerships I've dealt with. I was greeted warmly and not pressured by any of the staff members. As I had inquired online about a vehicle, I already had an appointment with Pat Hee. Pat is an excellent salesperson and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. My bad credit and past had been holding me down, but Pat and his manager Ray ensured they did everything the could to ensure I walked away with a reliable vehicle. As an EMT for a hospital based service in Trenton, I put a lot of mileage on a vehicle and have to answer the call in any type of weather. I had been driving a 2002 Subaru Outback that was unreliable and needed a great deal of mechanical work. Pat and Ray made me feel extremely comfortable even on the snowy day I arrived on. Thanks a million!
