I give them a 4 because the last Honda I bought from Turnersville the salesman called me 2 weeks after I brought the car home checking to see how I liked it, and if I had any questions about it. It just shows real commitment to customers. I haven't heard from Burns since I drove my Ridgeline home. The salesman was great, just being in business I know how important communication is. By the way, lovin' my Ridgeline!
